I definitely recommend this delicious snow spot.. all flavors are good 👍 and there Staffing is amazing prices are reasonable and Snow cones are filled all the way to the top with popping sprinkles.

Amazing! Think about eating fresh SNOW!! It is so soft! I got the caramel apple and my kiddos got the smurfs sno with sprinkles! They were both incredible!

Did a google search looking for some shaved ice and this store showed up. There were so many flavors to choose from! My family and I wanted to try something different and super glad we did. Service was really friendly and fast. The drinks were absolutely DELICIOUS!!! We are definitely returning for more. Oh and added bonus… color changing spoons!

The server was alone working there taking orders and well as making the orders but she was very patient and friendly. My daughter loved her sno come. Thank you for making her day.

10/11/25 - New review - Although I am disappointed that Will, Manager, left the Habit, Jr. is still there and managing the Habit efficiently. It’s consistently busy, clean and the workers are great. The food is delicious; the atmosphere is relaxed and fun. I recommend Jr. be elevated to corporate. We need more leaders like Jr. running great establishments like the Habit and expediting/ accelerating revenues. I’m definitely a fan of his management style! I called the call center about 8:20 pm tonight because I could not leave a review online. The website would not accept the store number and survey code. Laurie at the call center said she could not transfer me to the corporate office or give me an email. She cannot think outside of the box and was willing to let me hang up without giving a glowing review. Jr., on the other hand, would be able to manage this issue in an instant and ensure there are no barriers to a review. 10/13/25 - Josie has helped a few times with other employees and she gives great customer service. She is thoughtful, personable and helpful with all aspects of my orders. Previous review - Will and Junior, are excellent managers. I am impressed by their professionalism and how they exceed my expectations as a consumer. They go above and beyond to make sure the restaurant runs smoothly and all the employees produce quality work. I wish all the employees and supervisors success and the confidence to have their own successful businesses one day.

Avocado tempura? Yes, please! Great service, and we love the burgers, chicken avocado club (my favorite,) and all the sides! Salads are full of flavor. This restaurant is clean and we love the overall atmosphere. But again, the food. So good. Please open another in Yucaipa!

The highlight of my visit was meeting William, the General Manager, who was one of the kindest, most professional individuals I've encountered in any restaurant. His dedication to ensuring every guest had a great experience was truly commendable. Nayeli also assisted me with the same level of warmth and kindness, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. I decided to try the Chicken Club, and it was incredibly tasty—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. While I was there, I noticed the steak was no longer on the menu, which was a bit disappointing since it's one of my favorites. However, William mentioned that it’s likely to make a comeback in the near future, which was reassuring. The entire atmosphere was welcoming and clean, adding to the overall positive experience. I left feeling appreciated and well taken care of. Huge thanks to William, Nayeli, and the rest of the team for making my visit to The Habit such a memorable one. I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit!

Great service, delicious shaved ice. Really light fine shaved. Creme topping is really good with it too. They need more natural flavor options or at least more "no added dye" options. I think they only have 4 coconut, guava, mango, and watermelon . The price is pretty crazy, like $22 for two baby shaved ice with a scoop of ice cream at the bottom, but I understand there's rent to be paid and this location is a prime spot. And really the baby size is too much for a kid, so just share with them. Maybe a kid that's like 10 or older can eat a whole one baby size. Without the extra stuff a baby size is $6+ add Bahama Mama Rama $3+ and tax it's an expensive time... Delicious, but expensive for shaved ice and syrup.

First time going, great experience. Only recommendation is when there is a dietary need the kitchen staff needs to pay attention. A person has an allergy to a certain sauce, they stated they would accommodate but when the sandwich was made, delivered and ready to eat whomever wrapped it had the sauce on their gloves and it was inside as well as outside the wrapper.

The food was delicious. I tried the veggie burger and loved it. The fries could have used a little more salt but were cooked well. The shakes were also fabulous. The only negative is the it took a really long time to get our food and we watched the staff barely moving and just chatting. We would definitely go back though!

Burger was great as always. Fries were soggy and cold. Saw three other people try to return their fries. I just threw mine out. Waited 3 minutes for ketchup from the woman behind the counter. Then waited about five minutes for my food to go from the kitchen counter to the front counter. Yes it got cold sitting there. Staff was very in organized. All the self serve items were empty and had to wait to ask for things (napkins/ketchup/etc.). Get some better service for your customers. Spent $30 on two meals with lousy service. Good atmosphere though and good burger. Hopefully they can get a bit more organized and learn to cook some fries better!!

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. I went with my family on 7/21 and my entire order was wrong. I ordered a chicken club and it was missing the bacon and avocado that comes on the sandwich. I also order the half fries and half onion rings and they gave me half fries half sweet potato fries. I ordered another chicken sandwich and added avocado for an additional $2.20 and it wasn’t on there. I went back to the counter to explain that my food was wrong and they were extremely rude and looking at me like I did something wrong. I requested a refund in store and I still haven’t received it. I called guest services and they are telling me there is no way that they can get in contact with the store I would have to physically go in. This is ridiculous. Worst Habit I have ever been to. 10/10 would never recommend this location to anyone.
