I loved the size of the entrance salads and the taste was amazing. As the main dish I had chicken with Fetuccini Alfredo and the chicken was delicious, while the pasta was ok. Fast and effective staff. Great service!

We have been coming to the beer dinners for years now. It's a tradition we look forward to every quarter. We've had some great servers over the years, Alejandro and Allix being two of them. It's so nice to see the same people time after time. They get to know us, and we get to know them as well. They make it a fun and friendly experience. Definitely part of the reason we keep coming back.

Don't let the chain restaurant aspect turn you away! The food is pretty good, but the two things that stand out are the amazing service and the incredible drinks. If you don't try the pizookie skillet cookie, you're missing out. I've only had good experiences with the staff, and the seasonal cocktails are always delicious. The pizza is nice, and the pickle fries are tasty to start with. The deals are amazing for weekday lunches and weekend dinners.

Went here for a homecoming dinner with friends and loved it! Very American and the food tasted great. Pretty easy to make reservations as well. Only complaint is that the food portions are too big. Otherwise, this place is great for a celebratory dinner or a casual hangout with friends

I recently had the pleasure of dining at BJ’s and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I highly recommend the seared scallops and the truffle pasta – both were absolutely divine. I would say it's ok, but nothing special. Food was fine. The deep dish pizza was ok to my taste. Chicken wings were my favorite though. The place was clean and service was adequate.

Overall just okay. We walked in to a fairly early dinner without many people there. Had to wait a long time for our drinks and food came slowly. The actual cocktails made up for that as I got a little tipsy and happy.

Avocado egg rolls were awesome. Chicken in the sandwich didn’t have any taste. Garlic Shrimp with Parmesan Toast was nice. PIZOOKIE was free as part of first time app sign up. Not too much crowd. Service was fast. Overall a nice experience.

It's a good family friendly restaurant with lots of options on the food menu and drinks. Avacado egg rolls were awesome, but Brussels sprouts came burnt. Others items are okay. Overall it was a nice experience!

Went here for dinner around 7:30 and surprisingly it was packed but only had to wait for about 10 mins for 2 of us. Had the Jambalaya and the peanut chicken soba noodles and the original chocolate chip cookie pazookie for dessert. The jambalaya was good! Nothing amazing but it’s flavourful and tasted fresh with the right amount of Cajun spices. The peanut chicken soba noodle bowl was great but I have to say I didn’t taste much off the peanut sauce. It’s fresh and healthy and perfect for one person. The dessert is a must Ofc you come here for the pazookie as it’s ahhmazing! I feel like the food is good and definitely better then a lot of chain restaurants

Ambience and staff are great. Food was OK but over priced for the quantity and quality. Tried avocado egg rolls and sriracha boneless wings which were good, though didn’t enjoy the spicy peanut chicken soba noodle entree. The dessert trio were a good experience.

We have come here so many times, let me tell u the burgers are by far one of the best options on the menu, there is so much flavor. The dishes are kind of expensive though. However we got a free pizookie because it was someone’s birthday. The party pizookie was delicious! They were out of sliders but the waitress was amazing and very hospitable!

I had both carry out and a dine in experience this week. The food was delicious. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is because I waited both time. Carry was supposed to be ready at 7 and it was 715 before it was ready. Dine in experience was great but it took quite a few minutes before my server arrived to my table.

Nice food, excellent service. We got calamari and wings appetizer. Kids meal have many decent options including shrimp as a kids entree. Deep dish pizza was ok.

I like to go to BJ’s for their appetizers. I love their honey sriracha Brussels sprouts and avocado egg roll. Last night I also tried their mozzarella sticks and lemon pepper boneless wings. They were pretty good too. Ample of parking and seating space.

One of the best soups I have had. It’s a nice place to go and eat. We had a great time. Loved their staff etx. However we only wish that other branches were as good and professional as this one. Thanks for everything guys!

I’d recommend going to BJ’s for an early dinner. This is a huge restaurant with ample, spacious seating both indoor and at the outdoor patio. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly. There are plenty of options to choose from. Great happy hour.

We ate at BJ's Saturday night around 6:30. My wife ordered chicken fettucine and it wasn't great - tasted like it was out of a box. Anna was our server and we couldn't have been treated any better. She immediately took it off the bill and when my wife didn't want to order anything different Anna offered a bowl of chowder free of charge. Anna was fantastic throughout our time there - she really seemed to care about our questions and offered excellent descriptions of each dish. I ordered the fish tacos and they were fantastic! We will be back - almost 100% because of the great service from Anna.

Ordered chicken wings and a hamburger. The chicken wings were ok, the hamburger was so so. The service could be better.

Bj's was my usual office hangouts and always had a great service, food and atmosphere! The visit with the family didn't turn out as expected! Firstly, i got a chair that was wobbly and would make an embarrassing collapse if I sat on it any longer. I moved in along with my wife in the sofa as getting attention of my server was a bigger battle where I probably spent most of my time even for simple requests like water or the check! Service was super slow with more than 30 mins wait time! The frustration was the abandonment to be sitting without any water or silverware which had to be called out to the server after the food was delivered! Meanwhile, while most tv screens were showing a game, some were showing an adult sitcom like American Dad and kids being glued to it isn't a great atmosphere! Given the high number of families that visit Bjs, someone needs to look into it! The food was ok, loved the Bj's chicken wings, they never disappoint! the avocado egg rolls weren't the same like before, it lacked the freshness. and the Protein bowl was very bland, it felt like eating for a diet than a regular dinner!

A nice spot to hang out with family and friends, conveniently located in Redmond Town Center. It's great for large groups with plenty of food options. While they offer a variety of beers, none are particularly noteworthy. The food and drinks are a bit pricey for a sports bar.

The service was decent. We weren’t offered a refill on our drinks would be the one thing our server forgot. My wife and I started with house salads. I like the fact that the dressing is underneath the mixed greens. My salad had two croutons and very few pieces of tomato and cucumber. We decided to share their special full rack of ribs. Some of the bites were on the game side of flavor and I did spit out a few bites. The BBQ sauce did a decent job of keeping my appetite. We both agreed that it wasn’t worth the price. I would coach the management as the corporate office requested. Seems like that is someone’s job that works for BJs and not me. If I worked for this chain—these issues would not exist.

Second visit because I liked it the first time. Perhaps because it was Friday night my rating may not be as favorable as another. I had the prime rib special. I chose the clam chowder which was hot, tasty and filled with chunks of potato and clams. I had about three spoons of this and out came dinner. I hate when they do this especially around 6:00pm. Prime rib was medium rare on one side and closer to rare on the other. A nice twilight zone slice. Warm. Asked twice for au jus. Asparagus had sat for a while so it was cold. Bake potato was warm, decent size. Triple chocolate pizookie with chocolate ice cream was good. Warm brownie melted ice cream. Too much for one person let alone a pre-diabetic. Slurped up ice cream brought half of the brownie home. Lastly, service. Our server was not overly attentive. Maybe she had too many tables but she checked on us once or twice. I like prime rib from time to time so will give it another try. Maybe a Sunday since PR is available all day and maybe a 4:00pm supper will get a higher review

It's okay. Seemed busy. I've been to other locations that had better food. The prime rib deal on weekends is a good deal but the food at this location isn't all that great. Service was okay. Greeter when you first walk in is off putting.

The food is too overpriced for what it is. It’s usually served lukewarm. The “sriracha queso dip” tastes just like cheez whiz, the stuff you spray from a can. No complaints with service. Waitstaff was attentive, polite, and accommodating.

We visited this restaurant on Christmas Eve for a family gathering with more than 10 people. The restaurant looked nice and wasn’t busy, and we ordered hamburgers, pizza, and steaks. Unfortunately, the service and food quality were very disappointing. The waiter initially forgot to take my order, and I had to remind her. I ordered a well-done steak, but it was not cooked properly. When I pointed it out, she admitted it wasn’t well done, took it to the kitchen, and returned it in less than a minute. It looked like they simply used a blowtorch or high flame to change the surface color, but the inside was still not properly cooked. Another family member ordered medium-well, and his steak was completely rare. The service felt rushed and inattentive, with no follow-up after the food was delivered. Considering the high prices, the experience was not worth it. I do not recommend this restaurant, there are much better options with higher quality food nearby.

The menu is huge and I think that speaks for itself. It’s cool inside and the wait staff was great, but the food was so expensive and very subpar. We had a huge party and nobody was super crazy about what they ordered. I got the buffalo wings, very sugary. I tried the smash burger which was greasy and not super flavorful. Ended up spending $100 on wings, half of an appetizer and two drinks.

Look, I get this is BJs. I’m not expecting anything crazy, but I am surely expecting a baseline quality. Initially we were told to wait for an open table which is fine. But everyone after us was put on a waitlist which we were not. They all were seated well before us. We ordered our food, and for 60 bucks we got this chicken parm and a cold personal pizza. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant. Our server Anna was very nice. We were planning on getting a pizookie but after this, we had to cancel our plans.

This restaurant made the worst mistake that could be done. It serves a extremely undercooked chicken for children. Let me explain my negative review, share a little bit more details. The atmosphere is fine, the service is welcoming, I don't have any complaints about the work our waiter did. It could be 5 stars, but food... There is definitely a big problem. The kitchen is the heart of any restaurant. Different people have different preferences, but food should be safe, it should be prepared properly. It is the must for any place that serves food. My hungry husband ordered New Orleans jumbalaya, and he couldn't eat it. The rice was undercooked. OK, it's not a nightmare, instead of that we shared my pizza (solid 5 stars). The cocktail was good, so the restaurant still had a good chance to be on an average level... Unfortunately we ordered a kid's chicken tenders for my little daughter. Luckily I decided to cut the chicken into pieces, and there were completely raw meat inside. Raw chicken for a kid dish - is a double safety hazard. The waiter apologized, he didn't include the amount of this item price in our bill (it's the minimum for hospitality business). However I strongly believe it's a job for the management to go to the guest and express their apologies for the kitchen work, not the server.

Terrible food and service we get in get seated wait 40-50 minutes to get our food and its cold and our appetizers come after and its cold and the Alfredo pasta tasted flavorless terrible didn’t eat it and the Garlic Shrimp with Parmesan Toast Appetizer tasted terrible i felt like throwing up after but they did remove from the bill and the waitress was really good and i really liked how she handled the situation i would not recommend.

The facility/ building its self is clean, properly lit and has a good layout and ambiance. Maybe our server was having an off day. All the staff seemed uninterested in helping each other or customers. Our meals took and hour and a half and the restaurant was 30% full (it was not coursed). Our server dropped the check unprompted when we were half way through our meals. The food was bad, not one of us was happy with our meals. Poor quality, dirty plates, little flavor. Everything was served at “danger zone temperature,” food that was supposed to be hot was room temperature and cold foods were warm. Needless to say, I got food poisoning… I don’t recommend sick that tastes of blue cheese and baked potato.

Um what an experience to say the least. No waters for the first 20 minutes. No utensils the first 10 minutes of having our food. Then the waiter never checked on us. We asked a diff server for utensils and boxes. Then had to call the restaurant, as we are sitting IN THE restaurant to ask for someone to bring us a check 30 min after we ate. I ordered sliders and it came with wet soggy lettuce on the side. I asked for more lettuce….. and well. Just see the attached picture. … the lemon pepper wings had no lemon. The bjs original wings came with barely any sauce on them. The Buffalo wings, maybe 4 wings had sauce the other 6 were dry. As if they poured the Buffalo sauce on the plate first. Haha. I wish I was joking. The salad and appetizer “limited edition “ shrimp dish were missing the sides of lemon….. ahhh the server needed help. Not sure why no one realized or she didn’t ask. & yes. That’s how the sider came. It had a dot of ketchup on bottom bun. And I do mean a dot.

Service was none-existent. Food arrived very late and cold and yet one of the people in the party did not get their food until everyone else was ready to leave. The servers had no idea who ordered what. A lot of the entrees had no resemblance with the menu pictures with missing ingredients. They brought a meat pizza for a vegetarian order and when asked said “that’s veggie with some salami!!!!!!!!!!!!!” In the end when they brought the “right” pizza it was just a thin crust pizza when we had ordered “deep dish”. When asked they insisted it is in fact the deep dish pizza. I guess their dish was deep! I let the photo be the judge of that.

The food isn't worth the wait times, I don't think we'll be back. While acknowledging that they were likely understaffed, and not wanting to go on a Karen-level rant - we waited an hour for our food, a Caesar salad and spaghetti with meatballs. They first came out with the wrong thing instead of a Caesar, and then the most depressing Caesar came out, and the spaghetti and meatballs were cold. Hopefully BJ's management can support their wait staff better in the future. We left and got two meatball subs at potbelly instead.

We went to this restaurant tonight, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. My son was eating his meal, and at first he didn’t realize it tasted bitter but when I tried a bite, I was shocked by how bitter it was. We had also ordered chicken nuggets, and the fries that came with them were bitter too, exactly the same way. Clearly, something was wrong with the oil or seasoning they used. When we told the staff, no one apologized or seemed to care. They just kept saying “We don’t know.” We asked to talk to the manager, and even the manager said the same thing — “I don’t know.” I said, “Then who should know?” Everyone in our group tried the food, and all of us agreed it was way too bitter to eat.What made it worse was their attitude. No apology, no concern just “we don’t know.” I told them I would leave a review so others would be aware, because something was clearly wrong with the food maybe the oil or seasoning was bad especially since it was for kids.They didn’t charge us for the two kids’ meals, which I appreciate, but overall, the experience and customer service were very disappointing and unprofessional.

I’ve been going to BJ’s Restaurant in Redmond for over 10 years. I also own a business at the Redmond Town Center, and I’ve recommended this place to many of my clients and guests over the years. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, I will never return and I definitely won’t be recommending it anymore. When we arrived, we told the host we would sit by the bar. We seated ourselves and waited for 10–15 minutes, but no one came by to serve us. We got distracted watching the baseball game for a bit, but eventually asked the host if someone could help us. She was polite and went to let the bartender know. That’s when things went downhill. The bartender came over looking angry and irritated, as if she was pulled away from something else. Instead of greeting us kindly, she was rude right away, telling us to “move your chair it’s a fire hazard.” The funny thing is, we hadn’t even moved the chair; it was where it originally was. We said “okay,” but the way she said it made us feel completely unwelcome. At that point, we just wanted to leave. I asked to speak with a manager, hoping they’d handle the situation better but the manager didn’t do anything. No apology, no effort to make it right. It felt like bad service was just normal there. I’m honestly shocked. After being a loyal customer for more than a decade and recommending BJ’s to so many people, I can’t believe how poorly we were treated. I don’t want my guests or anyone else to experience what I did. If you’re looking for good customer service, this is not the place.

I have been to this restaurant at least five times, and each time I've given 18% tip for the waiter for courtesy but in my opinion none deserved it. We had a waiter who was barely even at our table, never offered to refill drinks, never table touched us, said "I think we don't have (insert appetizer) it does say we currently have one but I'm not going to go check do you want something else". And when I said could I have a minute maybe he stood there waiting, mind you I asked him 2x to have a minute. And he didn't leave. We had another waiter who probably had a bad day but took it out on our table where the service was lacking enthusiasm and efficiency. I personally think as a customer, and a service worker too, if you can't be pleasent when questions are asked or when families come for dinner then this isn't the job for you. Applebee's in Bellevue has a waiter named Trevor and a manager named Randi, they are spectacular I highly recommend them and that restaurant. For the food, atmosphere and the service.
