This place is the best!! I love Coffee Bean! I am So happy 😁 they finally made a Coffee Bean by my house. It is not a syrup flavored coffee, it is the real thing that is why they are so good! If you order a hot Hazelnut Latte at the competition then go order one at Coffee Bean you won’t be going back to the competition. The same with the Chai Tea hot Latte and so on... Coffee Bean is hands down the best!! Speaking of Coffee Bean, I think I hear the alarm going off it’s Coffee Bean time, yeah!!!

Great experience. Came in for a bakery item and walked out with a drink and bakery. Clean and welcoming, the cafe is well stocked and warm. Parking is a bit hard as the drive-thru is where their main business is made. But there is a small lot where you can park. Milo was so nice, very friendly and made my experience great. Definitely recommend this place. Give the employees and raise and treat Milo well. A+ definitely recommend.

A cozy place to have your morning coffee and avocado toast. Nothing special but very easy, quick and tasty. I like to begin my day with this.

I just wanted to give them a good review because they have a good barista in the house. I get the White Chocolate Mocha, but it was discontinued. So they suggested the White Macadamia Ice Blended instead. I get mine size regular, Extreme(coffee base), Thin, 1/3 of Vanilla powder scoop, 1 pump of the Macadamia syrup, with 2 shots of expresso Drizzle of chocolate to give me some chocolate sweetness. It came out perfect and delicious. Thanks a latte, guys! I know my drinks can get complicated, but I trust your ingredients and love Coffee Bean & Tea leaf 🍃 😆

Have done both. The coffee it's one of the best I ever had. Smooth and excellent flavor, and hot as it's supposed to be. The caramel latte is absolutely delicious. The best part is that no syrups are added to our drinks.

The Oatmeal from MacDonalds is Better , yours does not cook , or either the server has not been trained enough or the Oatmeal should be changed , I’ll never ask for one there anymore . You can do better as a company ! Sorry and hope you fix it !

Nothing new...same great experience! This new location does the Coffee Bean brand justice. The service from ordering to the moment you get your hands on coffee...is efficient and most of all...friendly! Great staffing whom are knowledgeful in drinks and baked items. I love that they have a roomy parking lot unlike the one on Crenshaw that gets packed. I came into purchase my usual Colombian blend and hazelnut powder to prepare at home myself (save mula doing that). FYI: You recieve a free black coffee with every bag of coffee you purchase. Don't forget to ask them to grind beans to your cofee maker specifications. They accept the Coffee Bean rewards...spend $40 and get a free coffee or baked item (download app) then scan at any store that accepts the rewards system. Great location near Galleria Mall, on Artesia Blvd. I certainly will frequent such a great spot! Well done Coffee Bean...well done.

I've always had a decent coffee or snack here I love their tuna sandwich on a flat round and I usually get a caramel iced latte. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait but not usually too much. Their coffee is not as strong as Starbucks and I like it that way.

Good service but the mug gift with my purchase wasn't available so they just give regular trumple. Plus the flavor of the iced blend drink was very little on the top and when you go deeper is unsweetened.

Nice chill place. Seating could be better quality than the cheap plastic chairs. Also server Lindsey was a bit weird. She’s not good looking, imho, at all but was acting as if I was interested in her. I suppose someone might be but she was just aloof/distant when asking questions about thier coffee. Bad customer service was left in my mind.

It's a shame with a brand new building that they built such a small area for DRINKING coffee. Coffee is about drinking, not buying. But this chain doesn't bother to delight in the drinking. If you want to drink, please go outside with the cars circling around the building and rushing by on Artesia! Wonderful experience, not. Coffee's ok. Pricey, but Ok. Building fail.

I come here often. Today all I wanted was a Vanilla Iced Latte - & then blend it. It's simple. The woman that helped the gentleman on drive thru was not helpful. Just technical - she tells me "what I want is a vanilla ice blend" & says she has to charge extra for shots. I just want what I always order, an Iced Vanilla Latte & then you take the recipe & put it in a blender. Why is that so complicated. Vanilla Iced Latte w/Oatmilk. Can you blend that just the way it is?? It's simple. Yet, she made it difficult.

I ordered a hot chai and it was super sweet. My husband got a gingerbread latte with an extra shot and you could barely taste the coffee.

I ordered a hot chai and it was super sweet. My husband got a gingerbread latte with an extra shot and you could barely taste the coffee.

Also, the workers are super loud. It's never busy here so the workers are just loudly talking and their coffee grinding machines sound like cement mixers. The coffee is good but the ambience is terrible. I would suggest going to the other Coffee Bean just farther down Artesia towards the ocean.

Employee did not understand what I meant when I asked if they had a plain coffee flavored ice blended, maybe they don't sell one🤔. I ended up getting a dark chocolate flavored ice blended, it was good

Horrible service. Worker would ignore when I wanted to ask her a question. I had walked up to her and tried to ask her to close the blinds as the sun was hitting where I sat, and she kept walking away. Then when I tried to talk to her again, she looked at me and went back to what she was doing. Overall, just a bad worker.

Just spent $9 on a Hot Chocolate, Moca and a cake pop.. and the guy wanted to charge me .25 for a cup of water.. No wonder the store doesn't have but 3 ppl in it..That's the craziest thing I have ever heard.. Dont know that I will be back..you would think after spend over $9.00 they could pony up some water..

Disappointed. So many employees 5-6 of them but the work is too slow. Mess up the order and Unorganized. I'm waiting and I told one of the them if my order is still on queue since it been awhile. I know that been ignored by she/he so I have to ask again.

I usually like this place and it's super convenient. But it is not open till 10pm. So when I arrived at 9, they would not let me through the doors saying they were closed. So I completely wasted my time

The barista at the drive thru at 5am is rude. She acts like you are bothering her. Has a bad attitude.

I walked in looking for a free baked good, and a store crew member scanned it. Soon after, the code disappeared. It was good until 10/1, when it said it was a faulty code. Just terrible service. I was looking for it all week; I just feel cheated.

The drinks taste like straight milk and very faint green color. Sorry for the long review but it's at this point I'm just gonna take my business elsewhere 🙃
