Everything was ace. The staff were friendly and attentive. Everyone was quite hospitable. Food is hot, delicious, quick, and reasonably priced. What more could you need? Definitely go here for any meal

Everytime I dine at IHOP, I’m never disappointed by the quality of their food. Their pancakes and waffles with maple syrup and absolutely delightful, and their chicken tenders are simply fantastic.

I occasionally end up in an IHOP for breakfast. This one was on the more disappointing side of things. It was very crowded there (Saturday morning), waiters were super hectic and forgot me twice, entire mood is a little rocked down. And the spinach omelette I ordered looked worse when compared to other IHOP’s I’d had an omelette.

This is a very busy IHOP. We received dirty cups. The portions were very small. Bacon and sausage tasted like frozen rubber. server didn’t refill our drinks and only after we finished eating did he bring the ranch we had requested at the beginning. They also refuse to give us the 20% off AAA membership coupon

1:6:26: 4:00pm: I found a white piece of plastic in my pancakes which looked like it was cut off from a milk jug cap. I brought it up to the waiter to let the chef know. When she brought it up to him he responded with “But it’s white I don’t understand?” The waiter then laughed. It was sickening because it was clearly on purpose and racist. I walked out letting them know that I wouldn’t be accepting the extra pancakes they offered: the trust was completely broken.

Serious allergy safety issue here. Staff told us a dish had no egg even though the restaurant’s own website shows it contains egg. This could have caused a medical emergency. Please be extremely careful if you have food allergies

NURIA is absolutely rude. I came to pick up my online order and I had a very unpleasant experience. I was informed that she gave my order to another person who had also came to pick up an order before I arrived. I understand it was a minor mistake, however, she was not apologetic at all. She told me I had to wait for my order to be remade and she rolled her eyes and walked away. She also got rude with me when I asked for syrup. When placing the order online, I put a note to include condiments, so the syrup should have already been included in the bag. As a customer, I should not feel mistreated for requesting basic things. Her customer service is terrible.

Our experience today was very disappointing. From the moment we sat down, the waiter, Jesus M, came off as a little too smart for his own grown age with a childish attitude that showed right away. It started when my mom politely asked for a cup of water with no ice, yet he brought it with ice. We didn't complain we simply kept it and drank it cold. My mom had ordered crepes, which he completely forgot to bring out. At the end when we finished everything he finally came back with our check and asked how everything was, our table was already laughing about how my mom never got the crepes she had been looking forward to. She politely mentioned that everything was good except for one thing, and he immediately looked at the check and said, "The crepes." Instead of taking accountability, he tried to act clever and said that's why he always came back to make sure everything is okay as if it was our fault for not reminding him to do his job. It's not the customer's responsibility to remind a waiter of what we already ordered. That's basic service. His defensive tone and immature response showed a complete lack of professionalism. It's also ironic that he wanted to talk about communication when he couldn't even get a simple request like "water with no ice" right. To make things worse, at the end he was quick to throw in a sarcastic comment "jóvenes" just because I was fed up with his behavior. That just added to the disrespect and confirmed how unprofessional he truly was. What makes this even more upsetting is that we came to celebrate my mom's birthday, and this is how she was treated on her special day. She deserved a warm, pleasant experience not to be ignored, dismissed, and disrespected. It's unfair that this is the kind of service customers receive when they’re simply trying to enjoy a family celebration. This happened on October 30th around 8:00 PM, and the waiter's name was Jesus M. This location used to have great customer service, but it's clearly gone downhill. Now I understand why this place hasn't received any recognition for customer service since 2019 and based on this visit, it's easy to see why. At the end, the waiter even said, "If you're not happy with the service I provided, you can write a complaint." So here I am writing exactly that.

Well, I would only give one star, the truth. Today I had a bad experience with me. Family In IHOP of Redwood City, terrible attention from the person who attended me, the truth would not return. Of what should have been a happy dinner with my family, it turned out to be an unpleasant dinner 👎🏻
