Even though that price is a bit high at almost $9 a super burrito this place still has some of the best... Try to refrain from swearing on Google... But Take my freaking money and they feed you fresh and quick with a side of chip and dip. No rhyme intedED LOL

This location has a drive thru, so that’s great, but a down side is that they don’t have chips and salsa. The tacos al pastor are amazing and only $1.60 each. They are decently small, so usually 3 tacos per person.

The burritos and tacos here are excellent! The meat is good quality and the rice, beans, and other fillers taste great. Best part? The drive-thru! This is the only taqueria in Redwood City with a drive-thru as far as I’m aware.

Great, small counter pay type place. Authentic cuisine, but they were fine with us having things “plain” for the kids.

The costumer service is not always the best but than again I don't blame them for the amount the people they serve a day.. The food is good and worth the wait when it's busy. I think this is a fair place to do family gatherings.

This place was delicious, definitely my new go-to spot when passing through the peninsula. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and most importantly, the food was DELICIOUS. I got a regular chicken burrito with extra salsa that hit the spot perfectly. Can't wait to try more on their menu.

Redwood City has lots of "El Grullense" taquerias. This one is my favorite so far. Their quesadillas are a good deal (al pastor and carnitas are my go-tos), red salsa is very spicy.

I usually DoorDash tacos from here and they are my favorite. Never eaten at the place so I can’t speak to the rest but the tacos are 🔥, I love the pickled carrots and the prices are very reasonable for the bay.

I hate cilantro!!! Hate hate hate!!!!! I don't like it when restaurants mix the cilantro with the onions, or only have salsa w/ cilantro. I still like to order from here. Food tastes fresh and flavourful. Lost one star for adding Pico de Gallo which had cilantro, to my food.

I ordered a quesadilla it really didnt have much cheese in it at all it was pretty good but what's a quesadilla with no queso?

My mom once told me." Always order 3 tacos de asada first, to see if the food is gonna be good"" so I did. I was attracted to the nice, bright location, plenty of parking. A gal at the register was freindly & prompt in taking my order. Price was reasonable. Plate had nice presentation, and was hot. The meat appeared braised, not fried, or grilled . More like braised, bland ,tough to chew and topped with onion ,cilantro,and salsa that overwhelm the taco itself. I probably would not return.

For some reason the food here is not as good as in other grullense even tho it is the same menu and wait here is very long for an order of tacos. The only good thing is that thay have a drive thru.

I love the drive thru here because... seriously at night, this area gets pretty sketch. This place also has its own parking lot if you feel inclined to eat inside. I absolutely dread finding street parking in this area. The sopes and tacos are both pretty good-- at $1.25 a pop for tacos you get what you pay for. They are a bit greasy and tasty and are basic tacos. This is the perfect place for when its late, you have a craving for mexican food, and you don't want to change out of your PJs. The drive through only takes a couples of minutes. Don't forget to ask for the hot sauce. PS- they take credit cards! hooray!

Didn’t even get my food , after it was ready I waited 15 mins and never got my tacos. I ordered for pickup off DoorDash.

Staff are too rude when you ask for lemon or extra sauce. One time I used my Debit card to pay. In the evening someone from the restaurant used my debit card to purchase items on line . I reported it to my bank.

Their spicy sauces are great. I'm a huge fan of their "Salsa Verde". If you eat here without sauces, we all know you're a non-local with no taste buds! 😤😂 I do not eat here if they don't have that spicy green sauce. Period.

Attitude is one thing, food is another. Do not waste your gas coming here. Food taste is nasty, torta de asada hardly comes with anything. Bread and meat is all you get really. Picture is added. Nasty tasting tacos with no salt added. Eww.

This used to be my go to burrito spot, but not after today. I sat in the drive-through I for almost 30 minutes, and when I finally got my “super burrito,” it was a sloppy mess and there were just a couple of little morsels chicken in it. I was used to the unfriendly staff and the dingy interior, but they really did me wrong today with that burrito.

If I could give an even lower rating I would. The rice tasted like it had been left out for days. The burrito made my child sick and she threw up upon exiting the restaurant. The tables were dirty and the staff made rude jokes of the customers. Won't return ever.

The burritos i order are always dry, and i do mean always, so i orderd a super burrito, expecting avacodo and sour cream to help sauce it up plus i asked for extra green salsa to in my burrito. Not only did they not put any green salsa in my burrito but instead of the avacodo amd sour cream, i got lettuce amd tomato, LETTUCE AND TOMATO. ! WTF. ! Not only was it dry like its alwas been but i got no salsa not even in a little to-go container...

Omg this place was disgusting .a group of friends invited me to this place and as soon as we walked in the place ..none of the 3 woman working behind the food counter that were handling the food wore gloves ...we walked up to the counter and not one worker acknowledged us we waited 15 minutes before one of them took our order ..the lady that took our order wiped her nose with her hand took our money and continued handling peoples food without washing her hands. I was totally grossed out and will be calling the health department..i work in the medical field and its very unsanitary... 7/3/2018.....8:39p.m
