Excellent service. The staff is very welcoming and are happy to help. The food is always hot and fresh. I love the flavors they have. My favorite if the boneless mango habanero with a side fries.

Mateo And the rest of the guys gave us great service and we really appreciate it. They are the reason we come back to this one

Nice selection of flavours. Love how you can order online and pay when you pickup, makes things a lot faster. There's also something they do to their fried that makes them tastes really good.. sugar?

the food was aight but the cashier named Marleni got my name wrong so many times, she wrote “goper” as my name when i repeated it countless times, where am i starbucks? edit: i ordered a six piece and she charged me for a 10 piece

Bad Service Now I went and waited more than an hour because the workers left 10:00 pm because manager doesn't like it. Pay overtime and a single person stayed at work. They don't know how to organize the workers they warn you if they stay working longer than their normal time…

I ordered 10 boneless chicken and 6 pieces were hard. Other than that it was good. It took a long time to get my order. There were was a family of 4,a couple when I ordered my food. After 5 minutes of waiting. I went to Bed Bath and Beyond and was in the store for 5-10 minutes. when I went back to Wing Stop I still had to wait another 5 minutes. I was at Wing Stop between 4:00pm and 4:30.

Ordered parmesan cheese wings and lemon wings. Overcooked and extremely oily. There was so much oil in the to-go box. Service is great though.

Surprisingly oily and greasy. Unlike any other Wing Stop I have visited. Fries were warm, limp and soggy. Very unhappy.

I've ordered Winstop through Doordash twice now and both had issues. The fiest order took over an hour and the second missed an entire order of wings.

Food cold after only a 10 minute drive home. Barely has sauce and no seasoning on the wings. No flavor. Not good.

I usually have no problems here. My order is usually good. Today I made an order online. One hour later, they cancelled because the restaurant didn't process the order. I am very hangry right now. That's why the 2-star. I might change it later, if the restaurant contacts me about this specific situation. I tried calling but no answer.

UNSAFE WORKING CONDITIONS FOR EMPLOYEES I love coming to this Wingstop it has to be one of my favorite locations for wings. However I went in today and as you guys know we have been going through a heat wave this week, currently it's 91°f outside. When walking in to the store it was hot inside as well. The employees had NO AC and when asked why their ac was not on they said since it's Labor day it was no programed to be on that day. I asked to speak to the manager so they could possibly open the thermostat since it was LOCKED. Unfortunately the manager was not in and an employee did mention he spoke to him about turning the AC on but said no. I would not be surprised if one of their employees gets heat stroke due to their environment. I feel bad for the employees that have to work today in those conditions.

Very inconsistent. Sometimes way too much salt. I had to throw it out last time. It was really good when a women was in charge. Great service. But no women were there last time. Roll your dice and see what you get.

Sedated unhelpful staff. They never bothered to announce my order, which wasted my time. When I mentioned this I got no response.

Wings were very greasy. Fries were very dark on the outside but squishy on the inside. Seems like they need to check the temperature of the oil. Employees were friendly. If the order hadn't been to go I would have asked them to redo it.

They take way to long to get orders done. At first when I first started to go to this location everything was great but lately it has gotten worse and worse. I mean I like the food but just the time it takes them to fulfill your order is not worth it to me personally. That is the only thing that I have a problem with other than that I would have given it a 4 or 5 star rating.

Female employee sure has an attitude and lacking costumer service. Instead of handing my order which was completed and on the shelf she instead gives me a cup and proceeds to help another customer

Greasiest, most flavorless wings I’ve ever had from wingstop. I usually order the 10 piece lemon pepper wings but every time i order from here they are shriveled up and drenched in grease. You can definitely tell they are refried. Better off going to San Carlos wingstop where the food is actually fresh, don’t waste your money here

This is the second time they got my order wrong. I asked for hot honey rub, they gave me the hot flavor. There needs to be someone to quality check all orders before they're packed. Not coming here again.

Amazing food but they need better service . I seen a couple customers become very irritated because of the wait.

I am so tired of this location!! They never cook my food the way I order it and have the most sullen attitudes! Even when I order at the counter and am specific about what I want, it is STILL never right. This location is about a mile from my house but I'll never go here again.

Staff is very rude. They were almost gonna beat me. I didn't feel comfortable. They were cleaning the table with the dirty towel which is using for surface.

Very disappointed today. Spent 20 mins in front of the cashier and nobody greet me. The worst customer experience ever. I decided to leave in the end and went to another restaurant. Will never come back here.

Wings tasted ok, fries were over cooked. Waited 40 minutes for our food. Asked for a refund on the fries was told the manager wasn't working. 60 dollars for everything not worth it, won't be back

They delivered a big package to the wrong address and didn't pick up their phone when I called. No receipt, just "Brian" on the bag. I asked around the neighbor houses, scaring neighbors at 840PM, until a few houses down somebody's older father was Brian. If your delivery service is haphazard, at least put an address on the bag so people can help an older person get his dinner.

Told me 13 minutes then 40 minutes later still no food so I asked for a refund because I needed to get home and never got my food and they refused because the cashier “didn’t know how to open the cash register”. Also the chef was constantly removing her mask while cooking

Hello, The 3.5 starts is questionable. I would like to file a complaint. I place this order on 1/18/24 at 2:55 pm for a 3:30 pm pick up same day. It’s a pretty simple order. I was running late and my sister whose name was under the order arrived at 4:52 PM at the Redwood City CA Wing-stop location. However my order was not ready because they “claimed “ to not have found my order. They then stated I didn’t place it. My sister showed them the email which clearly stated the order was placed via your website. The order was under my sister name. The staff then claimed that I placed a DoorDash order. I did not place a DoorDash order. It was an absolute mess, the staff did not offer to make the food even after finding the order. They didn’t offer me a refund. I got no food, no refund and bad customer service. I’m a very upset costumer. Please refund my money. ** this email was sent to the wingstop email**

I just had the most dry chicken wing ever Honestly I think the just reheated or something . And the vegetables they only put 4 pieces of carrot and 3 celery, and i spend 40 dollar I think the quality and the service is really poor, and the the price to high. Next time I will get them from the 7/11 cheaper and at least they are juicy. 🤯

Bad. Over salted fries. No garbage cans. Wings served in grease stew. Inner Ketchup canister filthy disgusting. No ice on soda machine, they werent able to do anything about it. 90% of sodas were flat, expect for the nasty lemonade. Ice tea non existent. Ran by a bunch of kids. Had to clean our own table. Never going back there. Too bad their fries used to be delicious.

I ordered 2 meals for 60$ and all came unseasoned and plain without any flavor added whatsoever . Try another wing spot this place isn’t worth the cost.

Staff does not speak the English, understand basic Spanish, or charades and pointing. They could not process that I just wanted chicken, "no meal". Took about 10 minutes just to order a 'meal' (which I clearly did not want, and attempt to communicate with all means necessary. Order then took over 30 minutes, and was incorrect. $60+ for 30 wings, frys, and at least 30 new grey hairs. Incompetence is on the rise, and this location is leading the charge.

They give you the wings soaking in a grease stuff that ain’t that sauce, the fries are soggy and over salty. The sandwich the buns look like they are dip in grease totally disgusting, the only reason I didn’t bring it back is because don’t wanna waste my time driving there
