I went today, December 4, 2025, between 3:15 and 3:30 PM to eat with my wife and kids, and I was told that she couldn't take orders because her colleague was unloading and I was on my break sitting at the cash register and therefore didn't want to do her job, which IS TO SERVE FOOD FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO EAT PAGANÐO. So, starting today, even though I'm a regular customer in Appiano Gentile, I'll stop using this place, and obviously I won't recommend it to friends and colleagues.

Terrible experience, and not the first. To make things quick, they cut the cured meats like steaks, all clumped together in the center of the piadina. Obviously, you can't eat them and they fall off, or worse, as in my case, you risk choking on a piece of ham. The cured meat must be sliced thinly for safety reasons, because with a child the risk would be even higher. And the fast food philosophy or too many people can't justify such a failure. I had to throw away the piadina after paying for it. Disgusting.

AWFUL store. And I can confirm this after experiencing the abysmal difference at the Olgiate location. Scandalous... young girls answering "hi, tell me" to 65/70 year olds... rolling their eyes... if your job is a burden, STAY HOME, or look for something else. You ask for a patapollo and the potatoes and mayonnaise are missing, sometimes they're out of drinks, ask for fries and the fryer doesn't work... if you want some advice, CLOSE IT... you're disgraceful... and I understand I'm not the only one who thinks so. Not to mention the half-empty piadinas... ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

The restaurant's poor management has been confirmed. My wife and daughter ordered via the app today. They waited 40 minutes, only to receive three prosciutto piadinas instead of the two we'd ordered. I immediately noticed the mistake and reported it, but the surprising response was, "Eat these since you're in a hurry, or we'll give you your money back!" (!). The manager, who was present, didn't even intervene, having seen the situation. Finally, after much insistence, they prepared the piadinas we'd ordered, since our 7-year-old daughter wouldn't eat anything else. They clearly profit from the brand's advantage, completely disregarding customer service.

I ordered online to skip the line by arriving at a pre-arranged time. When I arrived, I saw a long line at the register, so I moved to the online ordering lane. I stood there for 10 minutes, and the girl at the register completely ignored me. To avoid people thinking I was trying to cheat, I got back in line with the others... starting the queue all over again. I arrived at the girl who told me that online orders weren't working. She asked me what I'd ordered and gave me a light-up button like the others. I had to wait another 25 minutes before I got my piadina. Embarrassing.
