One of those experiences you don't want to have again. Let's be honest, you shouldn't expect high cuisine in a wings and burgers restaurant. I'm okay with that, but a different thing is that you pay a considerable high price for wings not entirely cooked, a spicy sauce without sense, hope you understand what I mean. Guys if you said you have more than 6 or 7 different kinds and presentation for the beer, is unacceptable that you only have 2 brands and only bottled. I can understand that the place was fully packed and the meals were a bit late. What I don't understand is that "hold on, I'll be right back" when all we needed was just ketchup and ranch, and when the guy finally came, he just got the ranch. And one thing I REALLY dislike is the suggestion of how much I should tip, my standpoint is that is entirely on the customer to leave or not. Sorry Buffalo wings. My expectations were high, the reality was low, very low. First and last visit ever. Please improve your service, improve the quality of the wings, are just wings for God sake, put some flavor on it... remember what happened to Chili's

This place is absolutely terrible. Now I see why it's never busy. The boneless wings were rock hard. They didn't have any sodas or bottled water, just two flavors that tasted awful. There was no water in the bathroom. The prices were outrageous. I don't recommend it.

Very bad place, from the moment I entered they didn't greet me, they didn't have several sauces from the menu, they only had 3 types of beer, the waitress was very rude, she took away the plates that still had food on them.

It was last weekend, and they didn't have wings, they didn't have fries, they didn't have beer, and they only had two types of soda, both of which tasted awful. I honestly don't know how they're still open if they don't have the supplies to operate.

First, there was no dip or mayonnaise, and we asked for cutlery, which took a long time. Bad service. There was a mistake on the ticket. We were celebrating our daughter's birthday. It wasn't worth it. We never went back.

This is the second time I've been to this place and they take way too long. Today they gave me a hamburger that looked nothing like what they advertised; it was missing ingredients. The ranch dressing was watered down and awful. The hamburger was bad, honestly. The wings had very little dressing. The waitress forgot what I ordered. I don't recommend it. I recommend the one on Boulevard Morelos. I'm leaving with a bad taste in my mouth for the second time.

It so sad it used to be a great place to eat poor beverage selection, many items from the menu are not available (a lot) no entries, no sides, the staff embarrassed about the shortages, the facilities need maintenance a very disappointing visit not likely to return
