Ordered a 10 piece traditional bundle with a drink. The restaurant was very clean and the owner was very welcoming and polite. The service was excellent and the food I ordered was fresh, hot and didn't lack a bit of flavor!!! Highly recommend you visit this location.

I came here yesterday with a group of friends, and I have to say the customer service stood out to me the most! The staff were all extremely nice and helpful :) The wings were also delicious, and the deals make everything super affordable. On top of all that, the place was clean, and the screen showing all pending orders was extremely helpful as a hungry customer! I also appreciated the contactless delivery. Will definitely be coming back to try all the flavors!

The wings the sauce was really good I ordered online and it was still fresh and hot. But when called be ordering to make sure where do they get the halal meat the manager was really disrespectful and didn't want to cooperate with me I want talk to the franchiser or corporate about this situation

I placed a pickup order for their new special 20 wigs and fries for $20… can’t beat that price if you are a wing lover/foodie. This was a perfect family meal as a family of 4 as we don’t eat large portions. The wings were a little dry but they were a good size. Everything was hot when I picked up and the staff was nice and accommodating when I asked for a sauce on the side. Overall I haven’t experienced the negative things a lot of the recent customers have. I find it comparable to the quality of a traditional BWW. Would definitely order from again.

Love that this place is halal which is the main reason I ordered from here. But purchasing 20 wings and large fries and not getting even ONE ranch is kind of crazy. On top of that, being charged $1 for each tiny ranch container doesn’t sit right when most wing places include it with your order. I even purchased one ranch separately. When I got to my car, I realized I didn’t receive it, so I had to go back inside. The employee made me show proof that I ordered one ranch, then told me they were out of ranch. But when I mentioned that I had placed my online order, he suddenly said they had just received more and went to the back to get it. The wings were good, and I appreciate having halal options, but the sauce situation and the way it was handled was disappointing.

I made an online order then called to make sure they fried my wife wings crispy due to her being pregnant and not wanting to risk salmonella poison. Upon arrival I asked where the wings fresh out the fryer because she wouldn’t want it unless it was fresh not re dipped. Isabella assured me that it would be. She also explained that it would take about 15 minutes to complete. I waited for the food after about 20 minutes. The food came up. We walked across the parking lot to Cava because my wife wanted a lemonade from now while we eat our wings. We started to eat the wings. They were lukewarm instead of being piping hot as they came out of grease. I’m extremely frustrated because this was very avoidable and horrible customer service. I didn’t by the way a refund because she chose to eat cava and I decided to ask for a refund online after giving my review.And please don’t suggest that I go to the faq order part like you told another customer because that section doesn’t exist on the site. Reply with and email do I can request a refund.

Ordered wings from here and they are total trash. No sauce over cooked dry nasty wings. Go to popeyes, wings stop anywhere else. Insanely overpriced for frozen fried chicken wings with skimpy sauce. 0/10

The worst place. Got sick eating their cold chicken wing. And one of their wings looked like someone took a bite and tossed it in there. And this is the 3rd time they forgot my ranch. I even asked them when I was in there, you got my ranch? And he was like, yeah yeah its in there. Nope. And their chicken strip is a joke.

I was given undercooked chicken and had 4 onion rings total. Will never order from here again. Be careful if ordering check for doneness. The piece was already split up so not sure how they didn't notice it. Hope I don't get sick. Edit: The link provided below will say to contact the 3rd party delivery service but this is an in-store issue that really needs to be addressed. I hope you all handle this appropriately.

Failed to put bleu cheese or swest ranch in the bag. A very simple task. The items were highlighted on the receipt too. Also, no one signed their name next to “bags checked by” so clearly they do not care. When I called there was no apology, no answer for the mishap, and I could hear them laughing in the background. Be sure to check your bags or avoid this ‘GO’ location and stick to the regular ones.

Ordered mobile. Paid $9.99 for Mozzarella sticks. They gave me 3.5 mozzarella sticks. What a joke. The .5 mozzarella stick doesn't even have cheese in it.

Hmm - Called was put on hold for 10 minutes, then called again, someone picked up and put on hold waited another 5 minutes and then called again same behavior. You won’t get my business - Educate your team on customer service and that will go a long way. Place can be busy but need to respect other people’s time too.

Ordered boneless wings and wow was I disappointed. They were rock hard, cold, dry. The quality of BWW has hit a new low. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all.
