Service was good albeit a little slow. Very nice atmosphere with flowers and candles on all the tables, would be a good place to go on a date. Food was good, although portions were smaller than most Italian restaurants I've been to, they weren't small, it's just that many Italian restaurants give you more food than most can finish. I was a little disappointed that the eggplant in the eggplant parmigiana was unbreaded and grilled instead of fried like I've always had before, but this may have been in the description on the menu and overlooked by me. I did some searches and grilled eggplant is used in some recipes, I just never had it that way before.

My wife and I enjoyed an exquisite dining experience this afternoon. Cappuccino has a relaxing, serene ambience . My wife had Chicken Milanese and a house salad with their creamy Italian dressing. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. The angel hair pasta was delicate and tasty. I had the special of the day, Blackened salmon as well as the soup of the day, Lentil soup. The salmon was absolutely delicious and moist and the broccoli was beautifully and lightly steamed. The fettuccine was light and tender. The soup developed such incredibly subtle flavors. We have dined here scores of times and each occasion is a memorable, fun meal. The servers are personable, professional, and responsive to the diner's needs. Cappuccino is a gem!

Delicious, atmospheric, upscale feel Italian establishment; delivers $$$ quality at $$ prices, staff were very polite, attentive, and respectful! Strongly recommend for a date or a small business celebration. Pepper steak was memorable; they flame sear it right in front of you!

Very nice, intimate and cozy ambience. Food was excellent. Ordered the Italian margarita, a glass of Malbec, espresso, seafood pasta, mussels (w/ spicy tomato sauce — omg), and mozzarella caprese salad along with some desserts to go. Even the bread was good. Outstanding service from Stacy. Will happily return. Edit as of 2/28: I came back to reorder my cappuccino pie to-go as the one I originally took home few nights ago melted in the fridge (clearly my fault due to lack of knowledge). The manager was super sweet and offered it to me free of charge and advised me that it needs to be frozen. Thank you!!

Excellent service and very courteous hostess. Very nice atmosphere and good selection of italian meals. Warm bread served with a nice sauce and butter. Elegant table settings. Quite a nice upscale gem hidden in this area.

I came with a large group, and while I understand that large groups are much more difficult to take care of, it didn't seem like they cared to provide good service for us. They mixed up both my wine and food order. Again, I understand that large groups are tough to serve, and things do happen. However, since it happened twice to me, it's harder to let it slide. The food was okay, but nothing special. It was a little bland. Maybe it was just what I ordered. They also didn't check on us at all, in the end. We had all finished eating for 15-20 minutes, and were just chatting. When no one came over to check on us, we had to go flag someone down. I'm sure that a large group wasn't the easiest to take care of, but we didn't order anything overly complicated. It could have just been a bad night? I wouldn't recommend this place for a group.

TLDR Long story short there are ROACHES here and the service is bad. Went here with my girlfriend for a dinner date and had the Valentines dinner which is a 4 course meal for $70 per person. Service: our waitress would constantly give us the wrong dish. She messed up my order twice and forgot to give us bread at the start. Guess we’ll just eat the butter on its own. As someone who worked as a server in the past I can say with absolute confidence that she was horrible and threw off the experience. This isn’t a McDonald’s act the part of a quality restaurant. It may have just been that one server however as I never needed to ask for them for the correct dishes as the other server would catch the mistakes right after and fix it for us. I’ll give this place a two stars instead of a one as the person refilling water was always there and I never had an empty glass of water, unlike other restaurants where you have to constantly ask for more water. Which is nice because I had to wash down the horrible tasting salad and salmon. I ordered the smoked salmon, Caesar salad, bistecca fiorentina, and Tiramisu for dessert. Smoked salmon was not the best and there was an extremely salty taste causing me to gag. The toasted bread that should’ve been out before got delivered in between the salmon and salad. It’s bread not much to say. Caesar salad was absolutely drenched in dressing making it impossible to eat. Bistecca fiorentina did not taste like the ones I’ve had in the past. It was cooked all the way through and not medium rare. It was at this point that my girlfriend noticed the roach on the floor that climbed onto the wall next to us. And where there’s one there’s usually more. Tiramisu was alright but nothing could save dinner at this point. For a dinner that I paid $180 total for two it was unacceptable the service and dishes we got. I would stay far away from this establishment.

Food was cold and disgusting. Came as a group and took 2.5 hours to get the group fed. Biggest complaints were the appetizers were cold, lobster bisque tasted like a rubber tire and was cold. Got the chicken parm and the chicken was good but the sauce and pasta wasn’t up to much. Wouldn’t recommend.

Extremely dissapointing. The waitress with the 4's tattoo on her face was extremely rude and innatentive. The food was terrible and expensive. 5 frozen mozzarella sticks from Walmart for $9. We felt unwelcome from the moment we walked in. We weren't told the specials, we had to ask for refills. The waitress asked my girlfriend to move so that she could serve a martini to a some guy. Her serving other people is not our problem, and my girlfriend felt uncomfortable the entire time after that. The waitress with the tattoos across her face needs to be fired asap.

Had dinner here couple of time. And yesterday I got my dinner to-go... Firstly. I ordered Penne al Salmone pasta and according to Google to-go menu it costs 17$. But I was charged 25$😬 When I asked staff about it... no regrets, no appologies. Nothing... Just let me know I have to check their prices on the web site. And second. Does pasta really look like it cost 25$????
