10 pm on Nov 24th I came to pick up i think my order was like 10min b4 that but the General Manager im assuming based off how GREAT he handled/took take care of me i can only assume such . I believe his name was Xavier (sorry if I spelled it wrong) has braces and tall . Holding down the fort with what looked like by himself. I hope this man is making +20 hourly the way he is representing as well EVEN THEN GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!

I heard JACK on the radio on my way to UTSW. I had fasted for a lab-draw and I was purty hungry on my way home. Inside dining is usually my choice, so I went in and was warmly greeted. I didn't see any adds on the window, but I asked about the Sausage-Egg croissant. They are on sale 2 for $5, and worth the drive if you are anywhere close! JACK-in-the-BOX serves their entire breakfast menu all day. Savor the perfect sausage, a real fried egg, and the truly tastie croissant with cheese. The service was friendly and fast, yet freshly cooked. I ate only one this morning, but just typing this makes me hanker for warming up my second sandwich. Gotta Go!
I've only ever done Drive-Thru but they never disappoint me. Food always takes a while but as I have said before on my review of Taco Cabana, I believe it is because everything they serve is fresh out of the... cooking appliance they use. Idk what that may be. Anyways, before I got my driver's license, my dad would take me here for breakfast before my early math classes so this place is pretty nostalgic. Also there's breakfast all day. I love that. Cluck sandwich was lowkey a little tooth-shattering, but had a great flavor. Probably won't order that chicken sandwich again, but thats just an opinion thing. You know... texture. I'll be back for breakfast at 3pm 🤘
It was empty inside but super clean. I was shocked. Friendly and quick service....Im a fatty, so I ate in my car, but I was again SHOCKED. It was good. I mean, actually good. Bought the mini tacos and a salad, and I must say, Jack may be making a come back folks.
It's alright. My only issue is that the soda machine seemed watered down and there was absolutely no ice there.
I usually order from here through Uber Eats between 2 am and 4 am. I really enjoy eating the Supreme Croissant with Curly Fries and a Large Coca-Cola, just like today. However, what truly disappoints me is when I take my drink and it’s more ice than Coca-Cola. I’m so sad because JnB is one of my favorite fast-food restaurants, but I hate it when they put a lot of ice in my drink. I even struggled to get the straw down because of all the ice. Please add an option where we can choose how much ice we want on our drinks. Thanks.
Super nice people amazing management looks like corporate’s not taking care of the store though to be quiet Frank. Ice machine didn’t work inside, or the drinks. The staff was super helpful and very kind. Definitely a clean place though there’s no doubt about that. I think the manager is doing the best he possibly can with what he’s been given.
Pickup order. Employee was slow and lazy making the food, barely any toppings, the wings were half-assed on the sauce. Card reader didnt work, he literally fixed it with a screwdriver in front of me while I was trying to pay. Bad experience.
My delivery driver Abby was very nice, however my pizza came to me all smushed and non edible. I’ve never experienced this from dominos and i’m kind of disappointed.
Honestly i love jack in the box but this location sucks. They cant ever get the order right at the speaker and you have to repeat yourself 100 times. And they NEVER EVER jave peach mellow yellow. Im starting to think the employees are lazy and just dont want to get us the right drinks. I mean, ive lived down the street for almost a year and they've never had the peach mellow yellow i come here for. Think this location needs better service.
Came in right before closing approximately 30min and a certain male individual took my order then proceeded to make my order put the pizza in the oven then I said excuse me sir which he was on his phone the whole time and then he looked up and said yes I said you forgot to add toppings on my pizza he then put his phone in pocket and reached in the oven bare hands pulled out my pizza didn’t wash his hands and put the missing toppings on with out washing his hands ugh I’m truly disgusted. Touched several surfaces and his personal phone and speaker to play music all while touching my pizza EXTREMELY NASTY. What happened to standards? DOMINOES DO BETTER! I could’ve posted a video!
Ordered two pans and cinnamon twists last night. Order was placed around 6pm, put to quality check around 6:30 (where they cut the pizza, box it, and put it on the heating rack) where it sat there until 7pm. Called to cancel our order after waiting longer than the quoted times but was put on hold and the order was sent out shortly after that. They didn’t even pick up the phone after 5 minutes so we waited for the delivery. When we received our food, it was missing the Buffalo sauce on the pizza. So our food was cold, late, and missing the Buffalo sauce on the pizza. I’m currently on the phone with the store and have been on hold for about 20 minutes. The first 10 minutes was as if they took the phone off of the receiver because I heard other phones ringing, trays banging, and people talking. I’ve never experienced customer service like this before. The employees are definitely not paid enough but damn, at least buck up and answer the phones.
I ordered brownies and when I got home and opened the box, they were completely burnt and hard as a brick. I called the store to request either a refund or a remake, but the employee who answered was very unprofessional. He spoke to me in a dry tone, argued that the brownies were “fine when they came out of the oven,” and even told me, “bro, you’re being rude.” That response was completely unacceptable. I had just driven home after picking up my order, only to find it inedible, and then I’m being told that my order is fine when clearly it is not. When I asked for his name to report the situation, he questioned me, then hung up on me. I called back and was finally able to speak to the manager, but instead of addressing the poor customer service, he told me that my comment about bringing the brownies back to show them was a “threat.” That is not acceptable. I was simply asking them to see the poor quality of what I was served. This whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional. The food was burnt, the staff was rude, and the handling of the situation was dismissive. I’m extremely disappointed would not recommend.
Where do I begin🧐🤔. First, let me start by saying that when I entered the store, no one was there to greet me. It took them a couple of minutes to even acknowledge that I was there even though the could see me 😟Secondly, the register did not work properly and I had to wait on it to unfreeze and there wasn't even an apology for the register not working properly and the wait. Even when it was working again and I was being checked out, the associate was doing other things while checking me out and then told me that my charge went through and left the counter. She did not even hand me my pizza!! I had to bend down and slide my pizza over to myself. Like WTH 😒 🙄. I asked for parmesan cheese and was told that they do not carry parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes...say what??? 🧐🤯. How is that even possible at a pizza place??? 🤷♀️🤦♀️The pizza was supposed to have extra cheese on it it does not!! There's even spots where you literally can see the bread so its missing cheese. 😒 The toppings were sparse, and the taste was HORRIBLE, dry, cold, tough crust 🤢 I think this is the worst pizza that I've ever had in my entire life! I understand now why I haven't been to Domino's in years! The only reason why I went is because I've been 👀 seeing people talk about it, and their Pizzas actually looked good, so it prompted me to go. well, my pizza looks nothing like theirs, unfortunately, so I guess it was a location issue, or maybe it's just in this state because other people who displayed their pizza did not live here. I had the Philly cheese steak add green pepper and sausage...TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY 💰 20+ down the drain...or should I say IN THE TRASH 🗑 LOL. I do NOT recommend 😷😶🤐👎🙅♀️ Ps.. I added that onion on top of that slice on the picture 📸 lol
Ordered a pizza. Had no sauce. Called them and the guy tells me I need to bring it back to prove it had no sauce. I respectfully said “no thanks”. I mean if you’re a pizza place, the least you can do is put sauce on the pizza.
It’s seems like every time I order a pizza at this location, they either get it wrong, or don’t care. Last time they sent my pizza out cold after it sat in their heater for almost an hour, then when I got it, it was only sliced on one half with hardly any ingredients. This time, they overlooked my request to have NO garlic seasoning on crust. I order it this way every time, and when I called and spoke to “manager” Xavier, he said that he doesn’t blame them for the mistake. Because they often have that request and overlook it due to being busy. Except in my case the request isn’t for no reason, it’s due to an allergy. Up until then he was brushing off my issue and making it seem like it wasn’t a big deal. He didn’t understand that it could become an emergency complication that could result in a law suit to dominos, and him, since he was the acting manager and did not care. I asked for a refund and he said they could only give a credit. Why do I need a credit if I don’t plan on spending my money there any longer? Then he refused to give me his general managers information so that I could escalate it to her. Very under trained, and unprofessional.
I rarely go to this location and when I do I'm always disappointed 😞 Pizza was cold and look at the pic of the pasta, was it like that because I used the points I earned for it...not sure.I normally pick up my order but got it delivered this time....
Always horrible service. Today I come in and asked for coupons since their system was down. I tell them I have two hungry girls at home. They could care less attitude and I just have to walk out. The last time I went there the pizza was cold when I got home and I called them up and they won’t give me my money back. Avoid this place at all costs.
So unsanitary I’m assuming it was only one front worker who was prepping the pizzas but rung me up. He did not wash his hands he touched everything then went back to preparing pizzas. The sight of that gross me out so bad.
I called this Domino's because I was having a hard time getting my order in online for the half off price. When I got thru I spoke to the assistant manager on duty. I told her that I was having problems getting my order in on line, but before I could explain I am 75 and have problems with computers, she called me a liar and said, we are getting a lot of orders on line. I am sure they were, but I am elderly. The store was busy and the assistant manager got even more frustrated with me and rudely told me to either order my pizza or go somewhere else. So we did! We ordered from Marco's pizza for the first time. The people were nice and the pizza was wonderful!! Much better than any pizza we ever got at Domino's. I highly recommend Marco's pizza. Their pizza is a lot better and they treated this grandma with respect! Shame on Domino's for not helping elderly people who arent computer savvy.
I don't like leaving back reviews but there is no sense of cleanliness here. Nobody wears gloves or washes their hands after dealing with money or sitting on their phones and nobody has a hair net on so there's a chance of hair falling into my food. Again, I don't like leaving bad reviews but this establishment needs to do better. The staff here is typically spot on and I never had an issue but cleanliness is a huge deal, come on guys do better.
Used UberEats, and it stated the only way to contact the restaurant was by their phone number. I tried calling 4 times. Each time they picked up and set the phone down and walked away. I never got a chance to speak to anyone before the delivery person arrived. I was trying to tell them to please wait on my order because I would not be at the location until a certain time. When they arrived early, they called me. I thanked the driver for waiting (for 2 minutes total) and explained that no one picked up the phone, and he asked for a larger tip. On top of that, they forgot an entire pizza and a salad from the order.
Went to pickup my order due to the fact I was told by the app it was ready. I was told a few minutes, after 5 minutes I asked for my order and they looked like it was the first time I asked. They said there was a mistake and will now start to prepare the pizza
So I made an order on the night of October 4, 2025. It was for delivery and when I got my order, it looked like somebody just shook my pizzas up in the box or drop them on the ground and then gave them to me. Unfortunately, by the time I received my order, they were closed so today I’ve been calling on and off for the past two hours to not get a response. It seems like someone picks up the phone because I hear background noises but fails to say hello. This is very unprofessional and I had to feed my family disgusting looking pizza.
Very poor service.... this place is so unorganized employee are so over crowded and nobody in the front ..waited 2 hours for my replacement to go home with NOTHING. PLEASE CHANGE MANAGEMENT ASAP... Saw employees not washing hands after picking his nose. Someone grabbing personal phone abd still not washing his hand. If ya gonna put a promotion please have enough staff. Don't waste your time on this location.
Everytime I order pizza or wings, I always order sauce cups, which are paid for. I never recieve them. When I call about it and ask for them to be brought its always an hour + wait. By that time the foods been picked over, and subpar. Sometimes they are never brought. What's so hard about delivering the full order and condiments ?
Wow seems like everyone has had the same experience. A place an order and I received a text stating that it was delivered. I called the store and the guy was so rude to me. He continue to go back-and-forth stating that his driver did in fact deliver the pizza and that I was lying about it. And then proceeds to hang up in my face. I called back and he puts the phone on the table and I can hear them in the background, talking and banking pans. A few minutes later, my neighbor, one floor above me, stated that she was delivered my food. And the guy would not give me his name.
Stopped at this location on Sunday evening with the hubs and some friends. Walked up to counter and stood there for a while before we got some help. Told the cashier it would be 2 different orders. He took mine and husbands and then walked away. Friends just stood there waiting. After about 15 min I asked if he was going to take our friend’s order to which his response was “in a minute”. While continuing to wait I looked over at one of the cooks and he was handling all the food with his bare hands. To make matters worse we had walked out of the restroom right as we walked in to order. After about another 15 min cashier comes back with our food and proceeds to finally take the order for the rest of our party. At that point I requested a refund for what we ordered. Cook came up to the register bother and asked what the problem was (still not wearing gloves and with his hands in his sweater pockets). Told him I wanted a refund and just made a face. I asked for his manager and said they had quit 2 weeks before. Proceeded with the refund for which I asked a copy of the receipt and he said they don’t provide that for refunds. Needless to say I would never return to this location.
They are so rude and when u try to call they don’t answer and the food was wrong they seem not to care to help us customers. This place in the morning is the worst
This is a shame, to have it this close to home and have so many disappointing visits. They always have something incorrect in my order. What should I do expect it’s jack in the box …. The clown. Me as a fool always coming praying for a complete correct order. Nope …..
8am The guy in the front window was with an attitude and didn’t care to be there. I order a cheesecake and didn’t gave me a spoon or napkins with my order, I was really being patience because I knew he was working and from a customer service stand point, this is really unnecessary. I ate my food and dessert with no fork or napkins or ketchup, just because he was feeling mad doesn’t mean I have to be mad with him too,
We USED to love this location and would swing by a few times a month on busy weeknights or for a quick lunch. Food was always good and service was always great UNTIL TODAY! For reference, this is the Jack in the Box in Richardson, TX on Arapaho Road - Store #4818. Highly recommend avoiding before you spend $23 on dinner for two and consequently feel guilty about the money thrown away on subpar food and the worst drive-thru attitude ever! We ordered a Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger with meat, cheese and bread ONLY. This was repeated when CHRISTE barked "what did you say!". You can see in the picture below that after repeating our order a 2nd time, we received a Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup and mayo much to my daughter's dismay but not surprise after the ordeal we went through at the drive-thru. She also ordered a large cherry coke but received a large vanilla coke instead. She ordered a large curly fry and did receive a large bottom of the barrel over-fried "curly fries". I ordered a Chicken Fajita Pita because the picture on the drive-thru menu looked so appetizing. I will say this is the most accurate representation of false advertising I've ever seen! The picture on the menu depicts a cold over stuffed pita with grilled chicken. I expected a cold pita but instead received sauteed chicken with sauteed onions and maybe two very tiny strips of green bell pepper. Maybe 1/2 a tablespoon of cheese, a leaf of lettuce, one slice of tomato quartered in a pita. The chicken shown separately amounted to 1/2 of a thin chicken breast. I also ordered a large curly fry and a large coke zero. I was given a medium regular fry and a medium coke zero. There was another large curly fry in the bag that I was charged separately for by CHRISTE. CHRISTE hates her job and hates people which is why I suppose they put her on drive-thru. She was aggressive over the speaker and cut me off every single time I spoke. Likely this is why she never heard my order correctly but I wager to say she just didn't care. I couldn't fully see my order on the screen b/c there was a computer error message hovering in the center blocking the full order and my total. When I pulled around to the window, she took my card and handed me our drinks. I questioned which one was which and she said the large is cherry coke (it was not. it was vanilla) and the medium is coke zero. I told her I ordered a large and she informed me that I did not. She proceeded to tell me that I ordered what she gave me. WOW! Because I didn't want her to spit in my food, I held my tongue until she brought the bag to the window. I also asked for a receipt to which she let out a big huff and sigh and walked off to a register. I suppose it was out of line to ask for a receipt or beyond the scope her job to give me one. When CHRISTE returned with our food, I showed her the receipt I had just studied and pointed out where the problem was with the order. She barked that she did not get the order wrong. I asked how could you know b/c you spoke over me, stepped on every word I said by barking "is that it". She then with a very annoyed tone of voice said, "what do you want, you're money back?" I said no, I want to speak with a manager. She left for a few minutes and when she returned she said, managers do not work at night. I can come back tomorrow if I want to. We left at that point only to come home and unbox this ridiculousness.
A truly horrific location, appalling experience. There are leaks and dirty floors that have not been fixed. There was no soap in any of the restrooms (which raises sanitary concerns) and they apparently do not have any sanitizer or any replacement, which also raises sanitary concerns for the crew handling our food! The drink machine has been down for over a month with no end in sight. The food (chicken strips) I had was overcooked, fries were cold. I've been to this location a few times over the past year (I am a fan of second chances) and every time it has ranged from bad to truly atrocious. I would never recommend this Jack in the Box location to anybody. The owner needs to start caring.
