Appena arrivato una giovanissima ragazza sorridente con i capelli scuri mi ha accolto al check-in e un altra mi ha subito accompagnato al secondo piano nella mia stanza la numero 207. Appartamento si presentava molto pulito ordinato con lenzuola asciugamani lindi e profumati oltre ad esserci un bagno una televisione un lavabo e un comodo terrazzino esterno tutto per me . Il giorno dopo sono sceso per la colazione: eccellente. In una grande sala tutta bianca si offriva agli ospiti un abbondante colazione con briosche fresche bomboloni alla crema crostate e ciambelle in aggiunta a tutte le varie bevande e cibarie classiche delle colazioni continentali. Tutto molto buono fresco e abbondante . Ambiente sempre cordiale e gentile. I camerieri, due uomini e una bellissima ragazza bionda , ogni mattina si premuravano di salutare tutti dando il " Buongiono " offrendo aiuto e servizi alle richieste dei clienti sempre con un sorriso. Durante il pomeriggio al mio ritorno trovavo sempre un cordiale uomo anziano sempre sorridente che aveva sulla spalla destra un piccolo pappagallino colorato esotico, il quale mi dava la chiave della stanza e si premurava che non avessi bisogno di niente. È bello arrivare in un luogo dove nessuno ti conosce , eppure sentirsi immediatamente benvenuti ed accolti. Purtroppo non conosco tutti i nomi delle belle persone che ho incontrato nei corridoi, sulle scale , all entrata e al cancello che gentilmente mi avvisavano che la colazione fosse pronta . Ma sicuramente ricorderò sempre i loro sorrisi , i loro " buongiorno ", e i loro modi garbati. Il mio voto è 5 stelle !!!! Auguro a questa struttura un grande in bocca al lupo per tutto Buona estate. Hotel Margherita - Rimini 🔝cortesia , gentilezza e buona cucina tutto accompagnato dal calore e la simpatia di Pasquale e Sara che sanno coccolare i loro clienti pure la sera con serate animate da musica e buona compagnia. Consigliatissimo sia x adulti e sopratutto x famiglie con bambini. Per noi è il secondo anno che siamo loro ospiti penso che sia l'inizio di una lunga serie.
My husband, my two children, and I spent eight days at this hotel. It was a truly positive experience. The staff were attentive, efficient, friendly, helpful, and responsive to every request. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and the beds were made every morning. The food is fantastic, from breakfast to lunch and dinner, with excellent buffet options every day, including excellent meat and fish, and the price is more than fair. I'm reluctantly leaving tomorrow, but I'm sure I'll be back next year. Thank you for letting us spend eight wonderful days. Spinella Family
My friends and I stayed at this hotel for a week and had a wonderful time. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. The restaurant offers tasty, high-quality dishes. Plus, the location is truly convenient: close to the sea and just a short walk from the train station. Highly recommended!

Excellent value for money, a perfect guesthouse. The food quality is excellent, and the chefs are skilled at showcasing the various products. The waiter Angelo was excellent, and not just him, but everyone, including the front desk...very kind. The housekeeping could be improved. And I would change the shower stall in room 211, since it's larger than the shower tray, resulting in a 28 cm opening that's barely usable for thin people. The location is close to the city center and the station is a short walk away.
We spent 5 days at Hotel Margherita and had a great time....The staff and owners were very professional and ready for any eventuality....Customer care is the main thing....the room was very clean and with a nice balcony....what can I say? We chose it without knowing the hotel but we will definitely return as soon as possible....Thanks to all the staff...😘😘❤️
We spent 4 pleasant nights. The room was a bit small and the mattress was too soft for us. Unfortunately, the balcony was above the garbage cans, and if you left the window open, the smell would come in. However, we had air conditioning, which made up for it. The bathroom was renovated with a shower. The breakfast was plentiful and good. 😉
Accoglienza e gentilezza del personale sono i punti di forza. L'animazione bimbi all'ora dei pasti consente a mamma e papà di rilassarsi a tavola e fare conversazione, mentre i bimbi mangiano e si divertono nella sala a loro dedicata, insieme all'animatrice Leila. Le camere sono un po' piccole ed essenziali, ma ben pulite. Per chi arriva in auto è difficile trovare parcheggio nei pressi dell'albergo.
The staff is very kind and courteous, always available to accommodate your needs. The quality-price ratio is decidedly disproportionate. The hotel, although slightly renovated, feels like a bygone era. The disabled room is quite narrow, making it impossible to access the terrace.
Abbiamo scelto di trascorrere il capodanno in questo hotel, la nostra camera era nella struttura accanto ed era un buco,non rappresentava, di certo le foto, publicate nel sito . Il bagnetto era ordinato e pulito. Comunque, se non siete troppo sofisticati può andar bene per una mini vacanza.
The hotel is very dated. It's not like the pictures shown, and there's NO pool!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. 👍😃 Great birthday surprise! 🎂👍😃🥰 Coffee is always available at the counter, around €1.50 for a cappuccino. Daily room service. 👍 Breakfast buffet. Not a huge selection. Rather traditional: cheese, various cold cuts, cakes, and jam. Coffee, as is common these days, from a coffee machine (all the usual varieties). NO tomatoes or anything like that. Dinner is a 3-course Italian-style menu. The starter is pasta (various types) or soup; the main course is a thin slice of meat, prepared differently each time, with vegetable side dishes. Not exactly what you'd expect from a spoiled German. Dessert changes each time. The Metromare (a type of tram) is just around the corner, about 100 meters away. It's 6 stops to Rimini city center. After 4 stops and a 20-minute walk, you'll reach a large shopping center, which I highly recommend (Le Befone). Lidl and Aldi are about 15 minutes away, and Coop is just around the corner, about 5 minutes away. Free Wi-Fi and a TV (2 channels: RTL and ZDF) are available. The beach is about 400 meters away. I'd like to disagree with some of the other Trendtours guests: Our towels were always clean after being changed. Furthermore, the 3-star rating was based on the local standard, not comparable to German standards. Many thanks again to the staff, especially Angelo and Giovanni! 👍🫠
We stayed there for a week with Trend Tours. Given the price, we were prepared for a lot. The hotel wasn't announced to us until our arrival day. The lobby was a disaster. The rooms were different. Some of the rooms in the main building had been renovated, but we were in the annex, and some of them were simply not nice. The shower in ours was terrible. The walls were so thin. You could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. There were no smoke detectors in the rooms in the annex. The surroundings were very noisy. Some rooms had balconies, some didn't. The rooms in the annex were very small. Some of the rooms were very shabby and not clean. Breakfast was okay, and dinner consisted of three courses. The first course was quite tasty, the second course was okay. Dessert was sometimes just an apple or an orange. Also, 5 out of 7 meals were served with green beans. There was a special vegetarian option, and it was very good. There's a railway line about 50 meters away, which was also very busy. The waiters were very friendly, and the proximity to the beach is good. The hotel doesn't deserve 3 stars in my opinion. 2 at most.
First of all, I'd like to say that I don't recommend this hotel to everyone, especially families with children. The biggest problem is the rooms: they're small and cramped, the beds are crammed in to accommodate as many people as possible, and there's noticeable damage at the entrance (a missing shower door, a missing doorknob). It's clean, and the staff cleans the rooms regularly. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner don't offer a huge selection of food, but it's not terrible, and you can still eat well. Honestly, if it weren't for the terrible condition of the rooms and the hotel owner's attitude, I'd give it 5 stars. As it is, I'd give it 2 stars, because the hotel's good service saves its reputation.

Camera piccola, orzo invece del caffè e camera con condizionatore non funzionante. Ci avevano promesso che il tecnico sarebbe venuto il pomeriggio del sabato; nonostante la mia incredulità, ha insistito che sarebbe venuto.... è finita che abbiamo dormito col caldo asfissiante perché la camera si trovava in cima e dalla finestra entrava tutto il calore. Dimenticavo: camera e bagno minuscoli
Siamo stati in questo hotel per il fine settimana prenotato con booking. Già il fatto, che hanno subito voluto i soldi mi ha fatto pensare. Alla fine le camere erano in un altra struttura, antiquate per dir poco. Piccole e decadenti. In bagno lo scarico della doccia non funzionava. E non avevamo nemmeno la tv. Le prese nel muro erano usurate, il carica batteria del telefono non rimaneva inserito. Unica nota non negativa la colazione. Sconsigliato.
Una stelle perché di meno non si può dare. Partiamo dal personale che a parte la ragazza alla quale abbiamo pagato l'ultimo giorno, la quale è stata molto cordiale nei nostri confronti, siamo stati trattati male. Capitolo camere. Per avere una camera abbiamo dovuto girare 3 hotel, cosa non prevista alla prenotazione. Arrivati in camera abbiamo trovato la sorpresa del letto mancante, infatti nonostante la nostra camera fosse prenotata da una settimana, siamo arrivati in camera e mancava un letto, cosa sconcertante. Camera molto piccola essendo in 3. Inoltre nell'aprire un cassetto per inserire i nostri vestiti, quest'ultimo ci è rimasto in mano. Il primo giorno ci hanno dato degli asciugamani, ritirati il secondo e non li abbiamo più avuti. Altra notazione di demerito, è l'ascensore scadente nella quale siamo rimasti bloccati nell'ultimo giorno. Capitolo pranzo e cena. Per il pranzo ci arrangiavamo in quanto si trattava di una mezza pensione, ma per la colazione e la cena dovevamo recarci proprio all'Hotel Margherita, nonostante il pernottamento era presso l'Hotel Soave. Concludo dicendo che non tornerò mai più in questo posto.
Posto fatiscente carente di tutto! Sporchissimo con propretario arrogante,al nostro arrivo le stanze da noi prenotate non erano disponibili,le doppie venivano spacciate x triple e il terzo letto dotato solo di un lurido materasso.... I miei cani stanno molto meglio!!!! Abbiamo passato una notte da incubo,sarebbe gradita la visita dei Nas,certe strutture non dovrebbero esistere,lo sconsiglio vivamente a chi volesse farci un pensierino!

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti in questo albergo. Prenotato per un hotel a 3 stelle e dirottati in un altro albergo vicino a 2 stelle senza frigo né cestino x i rifiuti. Tutto il personale sembra abbia dimenticato il covid,mai visto nessuno con la mascherina neanche usata come foulard,comprese le ragazze dell'animazione per i bimbi. Servizio scadente,camerieri confusi, pulizia camere inesistente.da dimenticare.
I'm very sorry to say that we had a terrible stay at this property, and I wonder if some of the reviews are true. The hotel is old, poorly renovated, and not properly maintained. The room we were assigned, 206, had many problems: sagging mattresses (we would wake up during the night with back pain), the window had a broken shutter that once pulled up wouldn't go back down and remained stuck (so from before 6 am the light was already entering the room) and there were also problems with the tilt opening, the toilet seat was broken and was crooked, the floor was not cleaned very well (in the photo the situation was like this both on arrival and on the second day, always dirty), the shower stall wasn't functional and the shower head wouldn't stay in the locked position, noise until very late at night (after midnight with excessively loud music and noise and it was difficult to rest) not to mention the strong smells coming from the kitchen (you couldn't keep the window open), the split air conditioning wouldn't stay closed once turned off; The breakfast room was poorly managed and offered very basic choices. For example, we had to wait in line for several minutes to get a cup of hot water to make tea from the machine. The yogurt was in an open, unhygienic bowl, as were the scrambled eggs. The cakes were low-quality, industrially baked goods. After the first night, we reported the room's issues to receptionist Mascia, who showed us a room at the Creta Hotel next door, which was worse than the one we had been assigned. The worst thing is that nothing was done to concretely address the issues. Another thing completely missing is the typical warmth and hospitality of the Romagna Riviera. We didn't find the room and service adequate or commensurate with the price we paid. I find it very expensive compared to what we received, and above all, I wonder how it has three stars. (Before publishing this review, I emailed the property, which didn't even respond.) I've attached the photos I took.
We were accommodated in this hotel with trendtours, the bus company in Rimini. When we arrived, we didn't have a man yet. We had to spend a lot of money in cash for Venice to be assigned a room. What did we spend all that money on when we came? 😭 On Venice tourists, taxes, and the excursions we had booked. When we finally got to the room, we thought we'd been in the wrong movie. The toilet didn't have any silicone sealant around the walls, the shower was so blocked that you were disgusted to shower, and there was a shower curtain. The room was small, the TV had two channels, and the room was freezing cold. Every morning at five o'clock the street sweeper drove up and down the street five times in a row. So we were woken up by the sweeper every morning. The buffet was barely recognizable and abysmally bad; every morning there were thin slices of white bread with three types of sausage and jam. The coffee was disgusting, even from the machine; you had to stand there for ages to get to it. It was unacceptable. Dinner was a disaster. Every night, there was a flattened schnitzel. Either with potato mash, which was spread so wide across the plate, or with pasta that he cooked, it wasn't prepared with any love, and we missed the fruit. We were finally glad the week was over. We will never visit Rimini again, and certainly not the hotel. This was the first trip with trendtours, never again. 🇮🇹😭
The hotel is located on a side street just a few meters from a busy railway line, and the beach is a short walk away. The rooms are small, cramped, and in need of renovation (walls are stained and dirty). The air conditioning is available, but doesn't work, and the television only has Italian channels. The bathroom window doesn't open, the shower doors don't close completely, hot water isn't always guaranteed, and "fresh" towels are dirty. There is a roof terrace, but it is dirty, with worn furniture and is being used to dump construction debris. The breakfast is awful...every day there is only white bread (no toaster), cheese, salami, cooked ham, and scrambled eggs, with no fresh fruit or vegetables. Even though the staff tries very hard, this doesn't disguise the circumstances.
I would never recommend this hotel not even to my worst enemy. The rooms are too small, it feels like a prison in here. The service sucks because no one person can speak english and they said that we cant get our 2.000€ back so we had no other option but to spend 10 days in that place. NOT RECOMMEND
A truly subpar hotel. The day before, we were informed of the changed conditions: the air conditioning was broken (in July), with no recourse other than the option to cancel. We were relocated to the hotel next door; the rooms were not clean, pigeons had taken up residence in the windows, cockroaches, etc. Breakfast? We found ourselves in the middle of a chaos of people without clean glasses, food, etc. We skipped breakfast on the second day. Staff were friendly as can be, in a very, very subpar setting. Never again.
I'm sorry, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms, described on the website as large and spacious, are small and uncomfortable, with no drawers (except on the two small bedside tables). Very noisy because the hotel is located just steps from a pub and a bar with music until late at night; it's impossible to sleep even with the windows closed. The food is decent, except for the fruit, which is scarce and perpetually unripe. The breakfast was excellent, and the waiters were kind and helpful.
In January 2020, I bought a 7-day voucher in front of the covid. They believed under Covid that everything would be okay, we could go by email, they answered the phone. Now when we could go they say new management is there, not valid for my voucher ... Incorrect team I do not recommend. :-(((
I booked this hotel a week ago, convinced by the previous positive reviews. Unfortunately, I'm forced to give it one star because, even though I was alone with my 18-month-old son, after several minutes of waiting at reception because they couldn't find my reservation, they transferred us to another hotel. Upon arriving at the other hotel, they told us that we would have to go to the Hotel Margherita for lunch and dinner, but would have to stay overnight and have breakfast at this other hotel. And especially after seeing a room that was, to say the least, small, dark, and shoddy, with no crib for the baby because there wouldn't have been one anyway! I was forced to leave. Luckily, it's classified as a "family hotel"!
