We enjoyed a variety of authentic Puerto Rican cuisine that was full of flavor! We got the Mini Beef Alcapurria, Grandma's Favorite (skirt steak, fresh fries, platano maduro, white rice and beans), and the Caribbean Sampler and every single dish was so delicious! The waitstaff was very warm and inviting and Omar was super attentive and ensured we had a wonderful experience!

My friends and I have eaten at this restaurant twice and the staff were extremely attentive, specifically Yean, Yuliana, and Omar. Yean was super attentive and communicative, Yuliana was extremely nice and offered really good recommendations and Omar was very knowledgeable and super funny. The food was absolutely delicious, would definitely recommend the breadfruit tostones, they were my favorite. Definitely add to the list of restaurants to try at Puerto Rico. I also had a mango sunrise.

This was a amazing dining experience. The staff were nice and the food was lovely. I had the Farm to Ocean plate, which I remembered to take a picture of before devouring it. They have some incredible beers as well, which I was very happy to try. I very much enjoyed the steak. It sort of fell apart on the fork, just incredible. The meals are quite pricey, the ranging from $26 to above 100. It was very good, but it’s not something I can afford all the time a special occasions place for sure.

Absolutely delicious meal, from the drinks to the appetizers to dinner choices. The orange and chocolate cocktail was the best cocktail I’ve had. Food was flavorful, good portion sizes and had a good variety. Best meal of our trip!

Everything was amazing! Our server was Channery and from the moment we sat down until we left her service was top notch. Every single one of our apps, plates and desserts was incredible. All of the food came out perfectly and tasted amazing. 5 stars to the service and food! Will definitely be coming back!

As we were seated by the hostess, the server came and asked what we would like to drink and we were in the mood for Sangria. She came back with a pitcher of the best Sangria we have had in a while. The service was amazing and the food was so unique and delicious. Our amazing server was very helpful with suggestions on what to get! Our experience was amazing and you have to go yourself to try!

We had an amazing time. The staff was really sweet and took care of us. Aida was our host and recommended great dishes for us to try. My wife is vegetarian and we found some good veg options.

To do this restaurant twice in a row says a whole lot... The star was our server Yean, so relaxed yet professional so nice to talk to but not overbearing. Simply the standard to which any server should aspire to. The food, wow! For starters the eggrolls are an absolute must, so crispy and filled with the good stuff, needless to say we did those on both nights. We did the Yunque which is a vulcan on top of pork belly which my wife loved. and last night we had the fish which was also very tasty. However for us the star together with the delicious food was the service!! This restaurant should be front and center at the Hyatt Reserve!! The rest we tried both water's edge high priced buffet and the less than mediocre Italian restaurants are a slap in the face to those staying at this very high priced (read: Overpriced) resort.

We ate at Nectar while staying at the Hyatt Regency and were pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t actually a part of the hotel- and it showed! Everything we ordered was delicious and expertly prepared. I had the El Yunque pork belly and it was the best I’ve ever tasted! My husband had the land & sea, also amazing, and the kids spaghetti was even gourmet! Highly recommended and we will for sure be back!

Eddie’s Eggrolls were sensational - we don’t love pasteles but we loved the crunchy exteriors with pastele filling! The Mini Alcapurrias had a nice mouth feel with crab - perfect for the salt lovers. The passion fruit vinaigrette on the nectar salad was divinely light. He had the bifongo and skirt steak with chimichurri - OMG!! What incredible flavor sensations and mouth feels! Magnifique to the chef!! We also had the Our Rum Fashioned - the single ice cube and sugarcane stick were nice touches. The Cinnamon Blossom & Mango Sunrise mocktails were delightfully creamy and hit the sweet tooth perfectly! Thank you for a beautiful meal! We loved it 😊

We stood at the Hyatt for a week and ate here for our first dinner. We came back on our last night because the food and service is TOP TIER. 10/10 MUST recommend if you are staying in the resort. The steak is absolutely amazing! Drinks were perfect!

We both opted for steak, and it was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The seafood selection was equally impressive; I particularly loved the surf and turf, which was a delightful combination that showcased the freshness of the ingredients. The nectar bowls were also a standout, bursting with vibrant flavors and expertly crafted. But what truly set Nectar apart was the service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and attended to. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made our dining experience even more special. It was clear that they take pride in what they do, and it made a world of difference. Overall, Nectar is a gem that we can't recommend highly enough. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a delicious meal, this restaurant is a must-visit. We can’t wait to return! Also pro tip : they are very accommodating for dietary restrictions and list out common allergens right there on their menu!

This in amazing restaurant! The services is top notch I was attended by Noemaris and she was attentive and even took the initiative to sign happy birthday to my partner with the restaurant crew with pleneras. If you are looking for delicious puertorrican cuisine this restaurant is a most to visit. Carlos the manager was amazing attentive and made sure we had the best experience ever. I will go again and recommend it a thousand times!

Absolutely delicious food and kind staff. I was so surprised this place wasn’t more packed when visiting with my fiancé. The food is delicious. We ate her several times while staying at the resort. Easily the best choice out of the restaurants and Gian was a great server.

Very good and reasonably priced restaurant at the Hyatt Regency Resort. We had the Nectar Bowls with Shrimp. A number of entrees based on traditional local dishes with the Chefs own twist.

Food was amazing, great service. Omar was very helpful fixing our table, it was tottering, not stable. He kept looking after us. My experience at Nectar was unique and unforgettable. Great choices. I highly recommend it.

We went twice during our stay and we had one waitress her name was Niomaris I hope I did not spell her name wrong...but she was fantastic she was attentive, knew the menu and you can tell she loves her job and serving her patrons.

Nellyhann was an amazing server! We ate here when we arrived and when we left. The Arroz con Gandules was on special and it made for a perfect ending to our stay at the Grand Hyatt. Go eat at Nectar for the BEST food at the resort. Farm to Sea, Smoky Hummingbird… delicious!!!! Enjoy.😉

We celebrated our 20th anniversary and decided on Nectar for dinner. Best decision we made! I hit the top of the menu with steak and lobster 🦞 the wife had 9oz skirt steak and all I could say was delicious!! Everything was on point! Our waitress Maillis was so awesome she took the time to talk with us and gave us a few other places to go. If our meals were that good I would imagine the menu all the way around the food is just as good.. Being our Anniversary I splurged and Maillis hooked us up with a nice bottle of wine.. I do recommend! Restaurants in these hotels are very pricey! Cheaper to get off the property for your meals.. The appetizer was plankton fritters with crab on top another winner!!

This place was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! The Néctar bowl was amazing and my husband really enjoyed the dish “el Yunque” everything came out super fresh and delicious! It’s a Latin fusion spot that is a must!

Delicious! just get to this truck and order something. We had rice with gandules and steak, fried sweet potatoes and pana (breadfruit). We were a group of 10 and I tried almost everything from my group. Everyone was so happy that we stopped here. Simply Yummy 😋

OMG all the dishes have excellent taste. That burst of flavor like abuelita used to do. Have been here several times..each time top notch flavor. Our server Yean is excellent and only gets better as the years go on. Congrats for a wonderful restaurant and staff.

I’m from PR and that was some of the best food I have had in a long time!!! Yaleisha and Armando were amazing waiters. Love this place. I highly recommend it. Plus the surrounding area and hotel isn’t that shabby either 😉🇵🇷

We loved this place. The food was outstanding and full of flavor. We had the chicken and Grandma’s Dinner and both dishes were cooked perfectly with great seasoning and generous portions. The service was friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A great spot to enjoy a delicious meal in Puerto Rico. We will definitely be back

We found the food at the Hyatt poor over all and went out to local spots twice a day. But we went here on our last night and it was outstanding. Best food all trip (including places like Marmalade and Santaella - Which were also great). It’s a pity the atmosphere is a little sterile and I can’t wait for the day that Chef Francesca gets her own spot. I’m n the mean time don’t miss this.

First time eating at this restaurant it was great the service was fast and sweet and always around, the restaurant was super clean and the food was spot on cooked perfectly and seasoned accept for the vegetables I got were kinda undercooked was the only bad thing everything else was perfect.

Wonderful service, friendly, professional and always going the extra mile. Good selection of food. Crispy shrimp tempura (5 large pieces) with 3 sauces was really tasty and really crispy. Large juicy pork chop was perfectly cooked. Nectar bowl was fantastic, really tasty spicy carb and avocado topping on their special fried rice. Quite pricey but worth it we felt. Only negative is that the acoustics are terrible and is very very noisy, even though the tables are well spaced.

Food was not hot when it arrived. The cake was old and dry (that was soposed to be a coconut tres leche). The service was good. I wouldn’t eat here again.

We have different feelings about this restaurant with my partner. We both liked the salads we ordered. I thought the vegetarian options are very limited and would not come again, partner would like to visit again and loved what he ordered. Also, I think they are overpriced!

The food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were good. Service was very warm and kind, but got our order wrong (ordered the lobster and steak and received shrimp and steak). Not a big deal as they were well prepared and tasted great. Drinks and food came out quickly. The atmosphere is not great, do not expect fine dining. It is very loud and feels like a chain restaurant. Some decor updates and noise control would make a world of difference. I would absolutely go there for the food again but would not go here for any kind of special occasion. Solid casual dinner choice.

Strange vibe. They are not affiliated with the hotel and let you know ("tip not included"). We sat in the front space which was effectively a waiting area and had people crowding around our table while we ate. Before that, our table was so wobbly we had to ask it be changed out. The manager asked for "space" while they did that. My toddler in this time walked near their Christmas tree arrangement and the manager immediately said "oh no, be careful". I'm not sure what he expected with multiple young families coming in. The food was flavorful and tasty. Our server came over at the end and said something like "I'm sorry, I saw your faces, I will ask the manager." We don't know what she was referring to, the manager did not come over and we paid the full bill. This was the closest to local cuisine you can get at the hotel but believe a car ride elsewhere would be better! An odd experience overall and certainty not inexpensive.

Food was good for the most part, My dish was very dry and overcooked, but tasty my son loved his meal. I think they must microwave the food because a lot of it was rubbery and it came out really fast. The service was great. However, there were children running around and screaming the entire time, and the staff allowed it to happen. I finally asked the adults to control their children it was only then that the manager finally came over and addressed it. It's disappointing to try to have a nice dinner with your family and have wild children allowed to run around your table screaming. The manager had told us she had to speak with the same family the night before, yet they were allowed to return with their horrible behavior. As a patron I shouldn't have to speak to another guest about their children running, screaming, and hiding under tables that weren't their own.
