We didn't try the seafood at MiVa, but the pizza was delicious! The pies were round and the slices cut into large triangles. The crust was thin, with some crispiness at the bottom, but chewy otherwise. There was plenty of flavor. The pizza was very similar to thin crust NY style pizza actually. Also, they had actual napkins here, as opposed to the small, stiff pieces of paper most fast food places in Italy seem to have. I'm glad we stopped here. We didn't try any of the seafood, so I can't comment on that (though it did look good).

In hindsight we should've just come to Mama Mia to get a large seafood cone each, and grab a beer or wine, then go down to the rocks by the cove to watch the sunset. It would've been a much more enjoyable dinner experience Cinque Terre Style. Instead we wasted one hour for a nasty meal at Il Grottino before finding Mam Mia. Anyway, the fried seafood here tasted fresh and wonderful. It's cheap too. Will return for sure.

Price performance should be improved. IT/ Ho comprato fish and chips. Due limonate. Il pesce avrebbe potuto essere più buono. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo dovrebbe essere migliorato.

Una frittura di pesce da asporto molto buona ed abbondante, ma puoi trovare anche la pizza.

Tutto molto buono, prezzi forse un po' alti anche se il cono grande è molto abbondante, buona anche la pizza al pesto, comunque consigliato per un pranzo veloce a Riomaggiore tornati dalla spiaggia, il locale è anche vicino alla stazione.

Passeggiando per Riomaggiore ed avendo un certo languorino, ci siamo fatti attrarre da questo localino. Molto piccolo, con qualche posto a sedere, piuttosto affollato. Abbiamo preso un cono di fritto misto (pesce e verdurine) che ci è piaciuto ed ha placato la fame. Prezzi onesti, insomma un buon pit-stop.

Fresco, rapido e saporito. Il giusto compromesso per una giornata al mare. Tappa fissa ogni volta che capito a Riomaggiore.

Staff molto accogliente! I coni di pesce erano molto buoni, freschi al momento. Velocissimi nel servire. Molto cordiali, addirittura mi è caduta caduta una chela di granchio dal cono e il ragazzo ha provveduto subito a portarmene altro. Prezzi onesti, unica cosa : è da asporto, noi ci siamo seduti all’esterno nelle panchine presenti ma contengono circa 6/8 persone massimo

It seemed like everybody that was at this location was having the pesto pizza. We ordered two pizzas as a morning snack for our kids. Both were really good and recommended. Pesto. Arrived in Riomaggiore in the afternoon and was hungry so I stopped at this. I love eating seafood, that's why I came to Italy 😄. We ordered a mix and a fried squid. Food is served quickly, quite good for an afternoon meal.

Tried the fried calamari, fries, pesto pizza & the capresi pizza. Calamari tasted fresh, but could have used a little more batter/crunch. Pizza was delicious. Service was fast and they spoke English.

Yummy fish and sweet potato chips. I never had tried sweet potato chips before in my life but after having it from here now it has become my go to snack to cook every week 😂

Delicious and friendly! The food was done quickly, the service is super friendly and well located. We were told to avoid going up the hill because we would be met with a parking lot (which was true) It’s a bit difficult to eat as I’ve managed to drop 2 shrimps from my mixed cone, but luckily it didn’t go to waste as a big chungus ginger cat came to assist cleanup after the pigeons gave up, only to be spooked by the arrival of a large seagull who luckily left us alone. Location is great, right at the exit of the train station’s tunnel and plenty of things to look at if you choose to sit outside and eat.

Fritto da passeggio nella norma. Le porzioni sono regolari. Abbiamo provato il cono di pesce che quello con le nuggets. Quello con le chele di granchio lo sconsigliamo.

This place is worth a visit if you like shrimp. I'd never had fried shrimp before, but it was quite nice. It's simple food but could use a fat pinch of salt

We got fish and chips, the fish was cod and was chicken nugget size pieces, it was nice, the chips was very standard. Like other places in cinque terre can get pretty busy and wait a while. The most unfortunate part is having to pay for small sauce packets. It wa generally good to grab a snack.

Service was quick. They don't understand English so it was difficult to ask anything and to request for the food to be warmed up as well as to request for a takeaway. Had to do a lot of actions to finally get the message across. Had a onion foccacia and Pesto Lasagna. They have a few more vegetarian options. The pesto in Cinque Terre is supposed to be popular but we didn't find it special and in fact it lacked any taste and they had french beans and pesto in the pesto lasagna that we ordered. Not sure if long french beans are even an italian thing. The foccacia tasted good and the sea salt over the bread made it extra tasty. Its an ok place for a quick bite if you cant find anything else but not the best place to eat dishes apart from the Foccacia.

Quando vuoi fare troppo, non lo fai mai bene. Questo posto fa pizze, farinate, panini, fritto ecc... fa troppe cose e non sempre bene. Per esempio il fritto, per l'ora di cena, spesso sa di olio "troppo usato"..

Dreadful. Uncooked "fish", not actually fish, but fishcakes, potato abs fish in breadcrumbs. No seasoning, worst meal I've had in Italy.

Ok che al turista bisogna vendere di tutto, ma la chela di granchio fritta ore prima, calda fuori e fredda dentro, mischiata al resto del pesce che comunque sembrava prefritto e scaldato... è un po' un insulto. Acciughe e calamari asciuttissimi, un unico gambero in un cono da 10 euro. Filosofia dell'over tourism, fregali tutti tanto non li rivedrai mai più. Bocciato

Abbiamo preso un cartoccio di acciughe. Prezzo medio alto, 10€. Acciughe terribili, non pulite con lisca. Immangiabili.

Forse si mangia meglio a casa mia (e non so cucinare) Purtroppo sconsigliato. Sicuramente economico ma qualità molto molto bassa. Abbiamo semplicemente mangiato delle bruschette con pomodorini, scondite e con pomodori caldi, e una tagliata di manzo, durissima. Esperienza negativa.

Speso tanto qualità scarsa. Ho preso il fritto misto e dentro non c'è manco un alice, ma le polpa di granchio surgelata e fritta... per 14 euro me le potevo comprare al supermercato e farmele a casa mia!

I had the cone of calamari and it was absolutely disgusting. After 2 mouthfuls I had to throw it in the bin. It felt like rubber in my mouth and tasted as if it had been reheated in old oil many times. Unfortunately Pescetto Cooked across the road was closed (their seafood is fresh and delicious) Avevo il cono di calamari ed era assolutamente disgustoso. Dopo 2 bocconi ho dovuto gettarlo nel cestino. Mi sentivo come la gomma in bocca e ho assaggiato come se fosse stato riscaldato in vecchio olio numerose volte. Purtroppo il Pescatore Cucinato è stato chiuso sulla strada (i loro frutti di mare sono freschi e deliziosi)

In the evening they serve re-heated in oil calamari - so they become rubber, in-chewable. Also they put LESS then you pay. I would suggest to avoid. Across the street a little up - there is another one which is much better.
