questa volta mi sono fermata solo per la colazione approfittando solo della promo che c'è fino al 22 febb dove caffè e cappuccio costano 1 euro e si potevano scegliere se muffin a 1.50 o ciambella a 1.00. Devo dire che alle 9.30 passate c'era ancora ampia scelta con e senza coupon, che il servizio è stato rapido, ho trovato posto sul divanetto e mi sembrava pulito. ma non mi sono fermata moltissimo A me il caffè del MC piace davvero molto come miscela! e la ciambella benchè non sia una fan sfegatata non era male... croccante fuori, fresca e dentro morbida.

Ambiente un po dispersivo perché ampio. Ma servizio veloce e cibo ottimo. Parcheggio un po piccolo. Drive scomodo

Commessa manco buona a prendere un ordine , sbaglia a fare il panino , al momento del pagamento non consegna scontrini e così facendo non ho potuto “cambiare” il panino

Avessi potuto dare 0 non avrei esitato. Uno dei più sporchi che abbia mai visto, frequentato più volte ed ogni volta i cestini dell’immondizia scoppiano, ci sono liquidi e caffè per terra e non si può camminare senza imbrattarsi le scarpe Lenti nel servizio, anche quando non c’è nessuno praticamente nel locale si perdono gli ordini un giorno si e l’altro pure Al drive la metà delle volte manca roba e devi fermarti a controllare altrimenti “ti tiri, avevi solo da controllare quando era ora” testuali parole Panini freddi; manco capaci a montarli Formaggio che non si fonde mai, sembrano pezzi di cartone veramente allibito Personale scortese e maleducato (ad eccezione di qualche anima per fortuna) Ah e primo colloquio della mia vita fatto su un tavolo per bambini con i giochini che scorrevano sotto Non penso ci sia altro da aggiungere Ps Pieno di maranza e bocia

I never write reviews, but this awful place deserves one. I'm no expert, but I've been to several McDonald's around Italy and abroad, but I've never heard of anything this pitiful. I don't know who the manager is, but he'd be better off looking for another job! There's always something missing: bacon, fries, cup tops... Not to mention the chaos created among the employees, who in this environment often make mistake after mistake in orders... Terrible! If you can, go somewhere else, at least you'll avoid a lot of nerves...

I tried the new Arch sandwich. It was full of sauces that covered the flavor of the meat, the onions listed on the menu were missing, and there was an enormous amount of salad. In short, it was a sandwich that didn't match the promise. I didn't like it... The atmosphere was young and the staff very friendly.

Nonostante il locale fosse vuoto ho dovuto attendere 20 minuti per poi ricevere un panino freddo ed un Happy Meal nel quale mancavano yogurt e toast ordinati. Servizio pessimo e disorganizzato

Ordini persi, disorganizzazione totale, pulizia a dir poco carente. Se avete una qualsiasi alternativa a questo McDonald's sceglietela. Oggi siamo passati per un McFlurry e due ciambelle al volo: ordine sparito e solo quando esasperati siamo andati a chiedere al banco del bar, dopo averci fatto aspettare ancora un po', ci hanno servito...

Purtroppo per la seconda volta manca un panino nel ordine

I think this is the worst McDonald's I've ever had in my entire (long) life. I had to return the sandwich because it looked like it was assembled by a drunk and there was more stuff scattered in the packaging than between the two slices of bread. And the food isn't the worst part! I watched in disbelief as staff shouted and yelled at customers and in the kitchen. Takeout wasn't any better. Once we got home, we realized it wasn't our order, and when we called, they said, "You just have to come get the right order."

They brought me a completely MELTED caramel sundae that had been ready at the counter for 10 minutes and what was the excuse? “The caramel was hot and melted the ice cream.” Draw your own conclusions…never again!!!!

If I could give it a zero, I'd give it a zero! First and last time... Wednesday evening, waiting an hour and a half at the McDrill and then coming back twice because either the Coke or the sandwich were missing. Really poorly organized!!

I arrived at 00:35, as the opening hours were supposed to be until 1:00. I came from another city, 20 minutes away. The store and the drive-thru were closed, even though there were employees inside.

One of the worst McDonald's ever. At first we thought it was a teething problem, but it's probably gotten even worse. Every time we order, something is always missing or the order is wrong. Just look at the other reviews that say the same thing. We gave up on the drive thru because every time, even without a line, we had to wait for half an hour. Ordering from the app always has a long wait, and they often start the order when they see we're there (even if we ordered maybe 20 minutes early to find it ready). Now we have to check every time to see what they've put in our order, and even then we still have problems. The last time we had completely raw ingredients, the wrong drinks and sauces. Like others, we can't find the receipt inside the bag to take the survey, is that possible? This review comes after many times that we've ordered, and not just since the last one. I hope they do something.

Three times I've gone for takeout, spending no less than €40 each. Three times a sandwich has been forgotten, three times the rich fries are less flavorful than the regular ones. And what's more, half-eaten food among the rest?

I ordered a My Selection MC menu with a special offer. The offer was rejected by the kiosk and the POS didn't work. I went to pay for my menu in cash at full price. When the sandwich and fries arrived, they were already cold. I really don't think I'll be back.
