Food was quick and fairly okay in taste. Servers were friendly. The price is a bit high for what it is. And the company has become pretty stingy with condiments, napkins, utensils, and such. Not bad overall. The draw is the kids meals.

Drove thru and ordered a filet o fish sandwich. Service was as expected, good. The shock came when opening the wrap to see a much smaller portion that I remember from years ago. The Price was high, total north of $5.00. Not a terrible price for a good sized portion. Unfortunately the current portion didn't exceed the bun coverage, puney is the only way to describe it. The flavor of the product was good bit the value was not. I won't make the same mistake again by going to a McDonalds.

Went to the Riverhead location the other day. Ordered at the drive thru and sat in the same spot for 10 minutes. Moved up a little and they kept taking orders but we continued to sit and not move. Sat in the drive thru for a solid 25 minutes. Once we got to the window, she had to ask what was ordered because we waited for so long. Also, no apple pies which truly was a bummer. 🤷🏻‍♀️

it's a McDonald's, fast food used to be a cheap alternative to cooking at home. this is neither fast nor food and definitely not cheap. ever since McDonald's broke their deal with Heinz because the CEO of Burger King took over for Heinz, The McDonald's in-house fancy ketchup tastes like chemical tomato candy barely suitable for lubricating french fries

I had to wait over 20 min to get my order. Pancake was not even warm to melt butter at all. While I was waiting I heard 'no coffee' repeatedly from kitchen and employee argued with customer... Total mess in management. Too bad. The guy who serves hall customers seems to make things are working, but no support.

This place is a rip off. Nothing is ever fresh and for the price you pay you'd think you'll get a decent meal. Not the case. Everything is always tiny. Like a joke, tiny. In the photo I posted this was supposed to be their premium chicken sandwich. The piece of chicken was like a large chicken nugget. And the bun was tiny too. Not to mention it had one little pickle and no condiment. I will not be visiting McDonald's again anytime soon.

All tables were filthy, had to clean off a table myself. None of the kiosks work. Ordered via app, double checked location with employee, waited 15 minutes and no food. Checked with cashier at front - no order. Checked app. Shows order processed, complete with order number. Homie in front was very nice & rectified it but the whole experience was overall displeasing & its McDonald's- already not expecting a lot

This place is under new management and the new manager is a lady who is so rude, I’ve been coming here for maybe 6 years now since I moved to Riverhead and I had to write a review about this because the way she treats the ladies in the kitchen and the staff is unacceptable, she yells at them in such a despicable way, I heard that they cannot even drink water while they’re in the kitchen and so many other bad things and the worst thing is that it looks like she is being racist with them when she is Hispanic herself, that’s disgusting, I think her name is Brenda or something like that I heard they call her. Anyways I hope McDonald’s does something about this because it really looks like the staff has a toxic work environment because of this lady. I feel bad for everyone working there specially the nice ladies in the kitchen.

Took 3 minutes at drive thru to get any body to talk to,went to window and lady did not even say have a nice night. Been going to McDonald's 45 years they always say something nice.very rude

Normally in the past, this was one of my favorite McDonald's to eat due to the cleanliness and friendly staff besides the Operating manager was friendly, now...there is a so called Digital brand ambassador that doesn't realize that calling names to patrons like myself is not only not professional nor called for. Second, if I ask for am extra sauce and there's an upgrade cost, they must inform patrons otherwise their tactics to add onto their daily total sales are by deceit and thievery. Guess this is no longer a place to eat or trust. Simple actions are demonstrated by their front counter person. No loss, many more options are better and healthier. The cost of any meal is irrelevant, due to the fact that these workers are not informing the consumers buying are wrong.
