Ordered a Machaca Plate from the drive thru. I swear the container weighed 5 lbs. Best value for my money. Service is always excellent at this location. Food is so good.

I was driving down magnolia yelling stupid stuff at the slow poke in front of me,when all of a sudden there is an Albertos. So I pulled in for a Carne asada burrito and a large horchata, figuring the slow poke would be at least three blocks ahead of me by the time I finished eating. But that burrito was so big that by the time I finished eating he was four and a half blocks ahead of me it was a good day.

I went there today ( nephews wanted Mexican for dinner ) I ordered 3 asada nachos ,asada fries,2 two burritos plates( comes with rice y frijoles ), and a pork chile plate with rice n beans....let me say HUGE PORTIONS !!!! This fed 8 adults and 4 boys ( 7-13years )....and yes there's was leftovers...we were all stuffed ! Food was good...lots of cheese fresh ingredients...plenty salsa was given ( 30 packs )....a pile of napkins n utensils....food was yummy...but best part was the lady at the drive thru window ( she was upbeat... efficient...smiled...great customer service skills !!).....I'm definitely make this my go to Mexican food night for the kiddos. FYI. Cost 110.67$

$10 for a Chicken shredded burrito this big is very affordable unlike other places that are small & almost $14. But honestly it’s quit bland & unseasoned… tried my best to like it but tasted very blah. Very unflavored & chicken was somewhat dry. Even with the Salsa. 3 different kinds and they are watered down sauces. Grilled jalapeño too, wasn’t seasoned with salt or grilled well. But i guess it’s a hit or miss. To each its own , i was going to dine in but extremely Hot inside, No Ac. Very fast & Nice Service though.

The only reason I return to this location every once in a while is because I like the quesadillas and the little lady that works during lunchtime. She always remembers me, and I go 6+ months in between visits sometimes. The quesadilla is a great deal at 4.75, packed full of cheese and is always piping hot. I cannot say the same for their enchiladas. Every single time I've ordered enchiladas, the cheese inside is cold. The sauce isn't even really hot either. Knowing this, for dinner tonight I asked nicely when ordering if they could please cook it longer to fully melt the cheese inside. She asked if I wanted them to microwave it because all they do is pour the sauce on top. I said whatever you gotta do to melt the cheese please. My home is 1 mile away. I unpacked the food. Quesadilla- hot and tasty like usual. Enchiladas- COLD. Sucks because I even agreed to them putting it in the microwave (which doesn't sound very professional. She could have just said okay we'll heat it more). It's not half melted, it's like completely not melted cheese. If I need a quick quesadilla during the lunch time, I'll return. Anything else at any other time, I'll drive further for another location.

My Husband and I have always come to this Albertos I don't know the womens names who always served us but they were so nice every visit a little while back We came to Alberto's as we always did and there was a male inside who we went to order from We had never seen him before We wanted to get our usual sides of rice and tortillas and carne asada fries and my husband always got a lot of green sauce for us. this place has always been reasonably priced even if it was expensive it was worth it because the amount of food you got This gentleman wasn't giving the best customer service and he gave us the smaller sizes when we ordered our food he told us it was the only size that they had and we said they used to have bigger containers and he said no they did not but that's not true because we always got the bigger containers something that you would go into a Mexican store and get the big you know containers but he said that They didn't have that size at this location but this was the location we always went to We bought the food we let it go didn't really argue We also left without as much green sauce as we normally got he handed us a couple of containers and said we could fill them up and take them with us but that's all he could give although we were kind of upset we left didn't leave a bad review been a while since we've gone again we went I think a month ago and the women were there again and we got the same portion size we always got from them and we were happy we're like oh thank God cuz we thought that guy was taking over the restaurant Tonight we went around 9:00 and we got four sides of rice two sides of beans four sides of tortillas We asked for their biggest size and he said you mean half pint and he kept repeating it over and over to the point that we couldn't really argue it so we said okay yeah when I tell you the difference in the sizing of what those women gave us and what he gave us I think you're going to be shocked I don't believe this Alberto's is worth going to if he's working if the women are there you'll get decent sizes if he's there you're not going to get good sizing We paid $4.25 for a little small half a pint of rice for each container and I'll add pictures I don't recommend going to this Alberto's go anywhere else but not this Alberto's

Bacon was bad in this burrito. I could taste the bad meat . Took it to go and could not get refund. Did not eat this !

This place sucks. If you go during the week the lady is great! But on the weekends the guys suck, they will mess up your order and they will cut you off in the middle of ordering. ALV. Just stop by M- F and save yourself the dissapointment.

Food has change It’s not worth the money now . Now that Lorena is not there the food sucks my bacon burrito is all potatoes now . Fool me twice now you lost a long time costumer just like Riverwalk Burgers just like Green Burrito just like Subway just like Jhonnys Bugger and every other place around here . At this point I’ll just cook at home

This last Sunday afternoon We got home to a very unpleasant meal the Tortillas were so firm We couldn't chew through them the meat inside was tough and dry, the beans and rice was dry and looked old. The cheese Enchilada was real saucy and cheese not melted and cold, the meat in our Taco was without flavor and mushy. Don't know what they did to the red sauce it was real vinegary, Really disappointed. Don't know if We will ever go back.
