Best tea spot by far! I had gotten their winter melon and tell me why it tastes so darn good like a bath and body works candle weird I know but everything we smell we taste. Hands down best pastries too! So yummy definitely going back.

This is my first time coming here, and I am amazed! I got the strawberry milk tea, and it is delicious! Plus, the Boba here is chewy and great, too. They make it very fast, and I would definitely recommend coming here.

Max is awesome! The guy was so kind and understanding. I come here often. Have never had such an amazing experience. All I can say is I most definitely plan on coming again. 😁🧋👍

We had an amazing first time “boba tea” experience with my family tonight!! The tea was awesome and they helped us choose some good options since were new to the craze. Highly recommend giving this place a visit. I had the Milk Strike Oreo and it was great!!

I called ahead to make sure they were open, I was told they were training but that I was welcome to come in and order but that the menu would be limited. I was told since it was training still to let them know if I didn't like my order and they would fix it. I didn't have too, the order was great and everybody was super polite. I highly reccomend the winter melon green milk tea.

What a delight to have friendly service and wonderful tea ! We were greeted with a smile and helped to define what type of tea to choose, mango snow was amazing, taro slush was delish and milk tea was refreshing. We brought friends and they loved it. Will be back and bring some more friends. Thanks

I have been to this spot several times since it opened. The staff is friendly and the drinks are great! One thing that I noticed, however, was that a lot of product is wasted. I watched as two drinks were made and at least a cup and a half of tea was still left in the shakers, which were then discarded in the sink. That was a little disappointing to see..but otherwise no complaints!

The crew is wonderful and very friendly. They are very friendly and the three drinks we bought were all delicious. Give these folks a chance. They are good people who just started their business. Obviously this early on, mistakes will be made. There's no reason to blast them so negatively over any tiny inconveniences.

Fun and friendly environment before you even walk in, with one of the best customer services I've ever had. The guy there was VERY passionate and generous, and made sure any problems were cleared up! Their food is apparently all made within the store, and it tastes just as amazing as it looks.

I'm very happy with Kung Fu Tea. The guys were friendly and accommodating to me and my husband. I told them I was in a special diet and I couldn't have sugar. They were so helpful and patient. Nice building and atmosphere. You can drink your boba outside. There is a beautiful wall with chairs outside. They're is also parking lot in the back. Highly recommended. My husband got the Taro Slush with Cooffee boba and he loved it.

You can earn rewards too, which i love because, like i said, i spend a lot of money here. And then there's just so many different options. This place is new to me, but I got a local T-Mobile Tuesday discount and checked them out. They are a small location, but they have lots of outdoor seating. Lots of different tea to try and I'm intrigued by some stuff on the menu that is new to my palette. They have a rewards program and I got a pretty large beverage for the cost

This place is so cute and small. My go-to tea is Thai with boba. I usually ask for less sweet, but I was advised that theirs are typically less sweet. So how they make it is perfect. They also have two sizes, which I prefer the smallest one so I can finish it. Lastly, the boba has plenty of flavor.

This place was great!! Manager was super awesome and attentive to everyone. Drinks are also not too sweet, they're just right. ☺️ They've even got lactose free milk! I got a Pina Colada and a black tea with sweet cream foam 😋 So excited to have good boba so close to home now!

We are now trying each menu item, combination, customer recommendations we can find! The boba is hot to serve and a honey taste. They have a lactose free option (great for my boyfriend because he's lactose intolerant), slushie, and kids menu! They even have cookies and pies! It's an instant hit with everyone we've brought. I recommend (as a started) do a traditional Ice Thai Tea with boba and if you're on the slight more adventurous side, the rosehip with boba or lychee. Enjoy!

This place serves excellent tea and is very consistent. The staff is nice and attentive. However, parents should be forewarned that the music selection is hit and miss. Today my teen and I came in. The rap music playing was NOT family friendly in any way. We aren't sensitive people, but my teenager asked me if we could go outside.

The dubai chocolate strawberries are delicious, the strawberries are huge and super juicy very well made. The chocolate bar was super tiny and not crunchy at all, the inside was super soggy.

We got cocoa cream wow and passio fruit green tea with boba. Although the taste for both was really good, they boba tasted a little firm and not soft/ fluffy.

Dubai chocolate strawberries were super disappointing. Too much chocolate, too much white sauce (tahini sauce?). Person working wasn't very lively with customers. BEYOND overpriced for something we ended up throwing away after 2 bites.

Not really satisfied with my boba. There are other Boba places out there that are better than this place. My taro milk tea tasted like apple juice. It was very messy Inside.

came here from an AD for dubai chocolate and was extremely disappointed. The chocolate bar was so small.. way smaller than a normal sized hershey chocolate bar for 15 dollars. It was very soggy. Insane, but The boba was okay for the flavor (got a lychee punch with aloe bits).

The worst thai tea and taro tea with Boba my wife and I have ever had. Taro was brown, tasted like cereal, thai tea had no cream and was just orange and might have well been water with boba. They're secret ingredient? Baby formula. It's gross and clearly a gimmicky place.

Just... don't come here. I'm sure they'll go out of business soon enough (at least this location). Bad staffing, no management. we waited for the store to open, these millennial employees can't even get out of bed by 11:30am to open a store. Uncensored music playing, not a place to bring kids or the fsmily. Man... Other than the poor service ofc, the boba + tea was just average overall. Not sure what they prepared the night before but was flat, stale, watery, and just not very pleasant. Hope the owners see this so they can re-train.... It's a good location, don't let poor employees tank your business.

I just went to buy some chocolate strawberries from Dubai. The strawberries are bad, they have white mud and they taste really bad. I'm coming from Moreno Valley and why would they sell me bad stuff?

I will not be coming back here to this location, they serve a white lady before they serve me and my friend and two other girls who were already there waiting before us, and the lady that got her drink before us when she ordered her drink like 10 minutes after me and friend, she literally ordered the same drinks as us and they gave my friend only the inclusions for the themed drink and not me, the staff was unprofessional

I recently tried a Thai tea at this boba spot and unfortunately, it was disappointing. The flavor was too strong, and it lacked the usual balance of milk and sweetness. It felt like the measurements were off, resulting in a very unbalanced taste. The boba was hard. I kindly asked if there was any way to remake the drink, but the cashier seemed taken aback and said that no one had ever mentioned anything like this before. Despite trying to explain that it didn’t taste like other Thai teas I’ve had, he seemed confused. Eventually, the person in the back added more sweetener, but it didn’t improve the flavor much. Overall, the quality of the drink was just not up to par. I’d rate it 1/10 and unfortunately wouldn’t recommend it based on this experience. I couldn’t drink it.
