Little Caesars

Normally, I don't write too many reviews but when I saw that they had the old world fanceroni pizza on the menu again, I just had to indulge myself. I got to the store and there was no one running the counter. No one came to the front to help until there was about 4-5 customers waiting. The pizzas were ready when I got there so that is a step up from other recent visits where the wait time is a lot longer than what the app suggests. When I got home, I was bummed to find a pizza with half as many pepperoni on it than I've previously had on the same pizza and also differing substantially from the advertised product. I called the store and asked about it and the manager said I could bring it back and they could remake it but I wanted to see if it was going to be the same or different and I was told they just do 1 scoop on pepperoni on the pizza and that is why I would guess the picture and product don't match up. This store is slowly going downhill on service and food quality. Hopefully they can make some changes to the store soon because it's the closest little Ceasars to me and I've always been a fan.

I got there and all my food was ready except they didn't save any crazy bread for my order and informed me that I would have to wait 10 more minutes if I still wanted it (another specific reason I was asked to order from there), while all my ready for day under the heat lamp. Plus once I saw crazy bread came out I had to wait in line again. Really if they have a specific order they should make sure they don't give away part of it.

The other two were made incorrectly (Standard off the menu items, no added toppings to be confused or substituted), and had to wait 30 more minutes to correct. One pizza is cold and 2 just fine. They were not heavily busy, and only one or two customers were waiting for pizzas coming out. Playful banter between the employees didn't help the extra waiting time . Customer service was just not there.

The "manager" that I spoke with over the phone seemed condescending towards my concern. The employees here CLEARLY need better training in customer service. I've reached out to corporate. We'll see if I get a response.

I called to make an order today and the young lady told me I couldn't add any toppings to the italian cheese bread, i know its possible, i didnt argue with her so i drove to the magnolia location to get my order I wanted.

My pizza was not fresh also it was made like if a 3rd grader made it in a pizza learning class who. Puts pepperoni on top on pepperoni

I ordered a pretzel crust combo with crazy bread. I won't get this again. The pretzel crust was so salty I couldn't eat it. The crazy bread was not crazy bread, it was just plain bread. Sorry a hard day of work I just wanted something hot for dinner but I was disappointed with the food quality 🤬🤬 But at least the food was still hot.

i ordered a pepperoni stuffed pretzel crust pizza with pizza sauce,got home, bit into it and it was cheese sauce. i called and said im sorry i dont want to be a karen but my order is wrong i thought pizza sauce was like tomato sauce? and they said they'll replace it. came back to get my replacement,went home,they forgot to stuff the crust. i hate to leave a bad review on an 11 dollar pizza but im broke as a joke right now. im not mad,i could've called back and asked for another replacement but thats just too much at this point. not mad at any of the workers, they're probably just tired

I will never order from here again , didn’t even cut my pizza left both of them burnt , they’re cold and they told me that it was door dash fault but they didn’t make the pizza . Manager sucks at this location was helpless . DO BETTER TRAIN BETTER AND GET A NEW MANAGER .

Okay I ordered from this place about a year and a half ago but I never reviewed it because I didn't really think about it but it has now come to my attention. Never buy here. There was a large splinter in my food, it was stabbing my throat badly and I had to go to the ER it even hurt to talk. Even medics found it ridiculous when I told them it was from a pizza. They almost couldn't take out this spike out of my throat because it was so deep in there when I tell you I was at the ER for a while I was. It hurt to talk, and to move. Now imagine if they weren't able to take it out and that just went down. And the fact that this splinter wasn't tiny it was big but most of it was punctured inside my throat you almost couldn't see it. Never ever have I bought from here again and this gave me paranoia right after that made me watch out for every single thing I would eat. If I had a picture of the moment I went to the ER and they took out the splinter I would show how large it is.

This location has poor customer service and that includes the male manager thats very unprofessional and slams the pizza boxes on the counter. If your trying to last out here little Ceasar have your management and employees retrained them on customer service!

I ordered a pretzel crust combo with crazy bread. I won't get this again. The pretzel crust was so salty I couldn't eat it. The crazy bread was not crazy bread, it was just plain bread. Sorry a hard day of work I just wanted something hot for dinner but I was disappointed with the food quality 🤬🤬 But at least the food was still hot.

Food sucks here they take no pride in their food just got a pizza that was made off an old pizza. I mean lazy I guess you have to tip on top of delivery on top of fees. Try looking in the back when you show up no gloves are worn and floor is a mess. I'll be go I ng to another LC

Ordered two pizzas through the app. Tacker said my order was ready for pick up. Get there and waited another hour for them to give me my order. Get home to discover two things. First pizza was cut awkward. Uneven slices but at least it was cooked through because the second pizza I ordered, straight up was raw. The crust of this pizza was all raw. They only stuck it in the oven long enough for the cheese to melt then gave it to me undercooked. I called to ask for a refund and was told to come back to the store with the pizza for the refund. Got there, showed them the raw dough and was given a full refund. Grateful for that. Between the raw dough, weirdly sliced pizza and reading other comments below with the same issues..... wth?? You know that these employees would be upset if they were given the same food they gave us. Nonetheless, was happy to received a refund. Kindly showed everyone in line waiting for their orders my raw pizza and even contacted the Riverside Health Dept.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I placed my order at approximately 7:54pm. I received a confirmation email stating my order would be ready between 8:14 and 8:19 pm. I walked into the store more than once and each time, no one came to the front. I waited over half an hour only to be told there’s no more thin crust and that I was called multiple times to see if I wanted a refund or wanted to get my order replaced. When I told the employee no one called me at all, she stayed quiet until I told her to give me a refund. Absolutely terrible customer service. The employee gave me an attitude and approached me/the matter incorrectly. I won’t ever come to this store again. Employees need to be better at interacting with customers.
