Otsuka Ramen and Bar

Stumbled across this gem of a bar looking for karaoke on a Friday night. They have food! Good food... REALLY GOOD FOOD! Strong cheap drinks too! We had a great time! The bar tender was very fast and attentive. What more could you ask for? We'll definitely be back.

I just went in for a quick drink on the way back to my motel. I ordered an Irish coffee. It was close to closing time and she didn't have a fresh pot of coffee so she used instant. I THINK IT WAS THE BEST IRISH COFFEE IVE EVER HAD.! SHE IS AWESOME!

1'st timer here on recommendation from a patron of another Riverside Bar Rest. Entrance doesn't reflect the menu or the quality and flavor of our meal Saturday Prime Rib Special. Great waitress, cheerful, knowledgeable and accurate w/our meal orders and pre-dinner cocktails. The Prime Rib was as ordered, a bit over the RARE but definitely juicy, tender and very tasty! We could have done without the canned green beans but our dogs didn't complain in the morning. All around a very pleasurable and tasty dining experience, definitely on our list of "B-Back" dining spots. Much better than Law's Bar & Restaurant down the street!

Don't let the little dive bar fool you. It's full of chill people and chill staff. I love the KJ even though the system used is a little outdated imo. This place is roomy and great for a Friday Karaoke night.

Ordered the Wednesday special... fish tacos. Really tasty. Crunchy. Sauce was pretty good too. Ordered the fries, which were good too. I asked for extra crunchy, and that's how they came. Went there for a paint night and it was a good time.

Very American bar. The food was very good and pretty cheap. Cocktail was fairly priced and have decent list of import beers as well all for reasonable price. Server is also amazing.

This dive bar in Riverside is everyone is welcome. It feels like a realistic version of the show Cheers here. Pool table good music great bartenders and Joe the owner coming out to say hi. Very Friendly and Nice attendants. They serve you well. I loved the steak and salmon menu. Their cook is amazing, her meals are tasty. I highly recommend this place, not expensive, good for any budget.

Hidden gem in the corner of a shopping center. Cozy place with friendly service and cheap drinks. Food was surprisingly good. I would definitely suggest trying their chilli cheese fries. They host daily food and drink specials.

Joe's Bar & Grill is practically an institution here in Riverside. The establishment was clean, except for the smell coming from the drain(s) for the refrigerated beer coolers. Hey Joe clean those drains out, it smells like you have a septic tank, that needs servicing. The atmosphere, service, food is good. We had the 12oz Ribeyes (blue to rare) and they were rib sticking good (no A1 necessary). The price for the Ribeye dinner is $15.75ea. That's a good price for a steak, baked potato, side veggie and Texas Toast. They also have a variety of appetizers, nightly dinner specials of streak, prime rib, chicken, burgers, soup and sandwiches, etc. If you like meat and potatoes it's definitely a good choice for dining. And, I didn't forget, the have a good assortment of beer and malt beverages, lots of spirits and mixed cocktails. They have a new billiard table and two big screen and two regular sized TVs, so you won't miss that big game. See you at Joe's Bar & Grill!

Awesome dive bar with strong drinks at a great price! Always a good time with the locals on Friday and Saturday singing karaoke - awesome KJ! The owner is cool and the waitresses are wonderful, you'll feel at home and you'll definitely be back for the stiff cheap drinks!

Cheeseburgers' above-average at above-average price. Chili cheese fries really good. Let's just say you shouldn't be expecting anything better than above average so it's pretty damn good.

Just so happens that when we were there all the pool cues had the felt ripped off the tips Every. Single. One. The bottle of beer was ok, I like mine ice cold, this was fridge temp. The older I get, the pickier I get it seems. Didn't have any of their food, we all took off to find another bar they could play pool.
