We get vegy and shirmp noodle very good and fast the service.

Pho is always great at this place! Definitely my favorite in the area.

Literally the best Vietnamese Food in town. The minute you step in, it feels like you're in Little Saigon, minus the traffic on the 91fwy, 55fwy, 22fwy. The space is small and it gets really crowded! The shopping centre is wheelchair accessible, and I have seen the restaurant staff provide accommodations before. The food is great and there are plenty of options for whichever dietary restriction you might have. I love the Pho Dac Biet, with some Spring Rolls, a Taro Smoothie, and a Rainbow Dessert!!! I have gotten the Pho Mi Viet which is the Duck Soup with Egg Noodles, and that was good too. If, you have ever had Pho in Little Saigon, you know what to expect. If, you haven't then let me clue you in, it's not like Western Style restaurant Service. So, if you tend to be a needy customer, this is going to be a bit of an adjustment for you. Basically, in Asian Style restaurants, you go in, they'll seat you, you order, they bring you your food and anything you might need is either at the table or you have to get it yourself. The server will check in if you need water or want to add more to your order, but because they are servicing the whole restaurant it may not be as frequent as you want, or are a costumed to. So, know what you want, order it at once or all in one whole, and enjoy!

Walking in the atmosphere is very calm and welcoming, the waiters and staff were very friendly and attentive. We both ordered the pho with different brothers to compare the two. She got the vegetarian where’s I got beef broth. Hers had a really decent umami flavor but needed salt(our table was missing as salt shaker) where’s mine had a rich flavor. Prices were not high for the portion sizes and you were given the option of medium for 12.99 or large for 13.99. We opted for medium and that was more than either one of us could finish.

Most of the people that work there, know little to no English, so you will have to rely using your body language and a lot of pointing at the menu. I will post the picture of the menu for your reference lol. You will notice that every table has a number assigned to it... remember your number. When you are done eating, you may or may not get a check from your waiter... if you do great! You will have to take your check to the cashier and let them know what table number you were at. If you don’t have a check, just let them know what number you were sitting at and they will have the check at the cashier desk. So like I (& many others) have said, the service sucks, but the the food is always great & fresh. With that said, Good Luck!! 🤣

Food is fine. Served lukewarm, but tasty. My issue here is that more than once, this place has overcharged, thinking that I don’t notice. Today, we were charged for 2 lemonades (only ordered 1) 2 orders of egg rolls (only ordered 1). We brought it to the waitress’s attention and she said that the order was correct. It was not. The issue is not so much that we overpaid—the issue is the attitude that we got for bringing it up, and that -this is not the first time-. While the food is nice, this interaction left such a sour taste in my mouth that after several years coming here, this was definitely the last time. Strongly recommend you do your own math before the bill comes to the table, and be ready to defend yourself.

The food was not that good. I love Vietnamese food and thought I would try this place out. I walked in, and several tables had old dishes on them, and it wasn't super clear if you seat yourself or if they seat you. The server sat me down was gone for about a minute, then stood at my table, waiting for me very impatiently to find what I wanted to eat on the menu. When you have never been to a place before, this is very annoying. I rushed to order my food. My appetizers came out after the main dish. The main dish was rice with beef stew. This wasn't bad. I have had much better. The rolls were not well rolled, and the peanut sauce wasn't very good. My spring rolls still had cling film on them. They don't co.e round to see if you need anything. I'm not sure if everyone there is rude or just the male server. Even when I was checking out, he seemed to be inconvenienced by me. Overall, not a good night. I'm already feeling a bit sick in the stomach as well.

No brisket, tendon, tripe (these are generally my expensive than plain sliced rump roast).My friend order something similar (#2?)but got the same thing. Very dishonest. We will not be coming back.

I ordered number one pho and number eight I ordered an add-on of shrimp, which was a hefty price got my food ran my errand got home settled in and there was no shrimp. It’s clearly on the receipt ordered but no shrimp so I bit the bullet and learned my lesson not to order from them again

When this restaurant first opened everything was amazing. Then several years ago something changed with the quality of the food. That wasn't so bad because it was still pretty good. Now fast-forward to this modern mess of a restaurant. The meat is chewy like it is old as well as overcooked, and the customer service is truly pathetic. I went in there and the whole time the workers were less interested, if not openly annoyed, in taking care of their customers and were more interested in brown-nosing the manager that was present. All in all, if you're in the area and craving some Asian food go anywhere else and you'll be better served.

We were yelled at from across the room to sit at a specific table and it took a while to get menus. Tried to ask for water multiple times and was ignored. I placed my order first and the person with me needed another second. Once she was ready I looked and spoke directly to the waiters but they walked past me and completely ignored me. Didn’t check up on us or offer drinks. Didn’t ask if we were ready for the check and just brought it. I asked for to-go boxes and they walked away from me in the middle of my sentence. BUT there is one older lady who brought are food and was very nice. The problem are the two younger workers. I understand that it was near closing time but as someone that works in the food service industry too, this was the worst customer service i’ve seen. The food is very good though

They seemed bothered when you order or ask for something. When I eat there they watch me til I'm finished eating . I love eating under pressure.Not.

What happen to the Pho? Absolutely no flavor, very disappointing. Plus the prices are now outrageous. They've never been friendly when ordering over the phone. Won't be going back had been going for over a decade.

If you actually close at 9:40, don't state your closing time as 10:00.

I would give zero stars if I could , the place was empty which should have been an indication of how my meal was gonna go. We got in and the person that took our orders did not put it in. Another waiter asked for our order again after 20 minutes of waiting for nothing. Gave me my Pho without any noodles on it. This the worst place ever.

I don't like the way I am treated at this restaurant. I've been there twice and will not be returning. When we walked in we were not greeted or seated. The employees literally stood or sat and just looked at us. So we chose our own seats and had to ask for menus. Meanwhile the next couple that came in were immediately pleasantly greeted seated and given menus and water. Our waiter did not hide his irritation at our presence. He was impatient and rude and paid us no attention the whole time. I asked for a Togo container because I was too uncomfortable to finish my food and I was given the container and a bag and then they watched as I struggled to transfer pho from the huge serving bowl to the plastic container. The food is okay but not good enough to get treated like you are being tolerated. I will not pay my money to be treated badly.

Well family and friends!!!! This has got to be the first and last time eating at this restaurant. We entered the restaurant with Big stares as if we weren't welcome. No one said hello only gesturing to a table. We both ordered pho chicken soup which came out with wilted veggies and old chicken. Everyone knows what that tastes like. To top it off, there was zero communication from the staff. They never asked once is everythings ok. It's sad these days that we as patrons spend are hard earned money at these establishments only to be neglected. I sure hope for the owner that he or she steps up and treats All guests with the same dignity and respect especially if you want to survive in today's high cost environment.

Food and atmosphere was modern...but ZERO SERVICE!!! Even though there were only 3 tables with guests, it took us unusually longer to get seated...and immediately as we sat down, they asked if we were ready to order but we didn't even open the menu yet. They took our order and that was the only time they came to our table. When we got up to the counter to pay, the employee was asleep, his head ON THE TABLE! We kept looking around for probably 5 mins...I could've walked out. This was HORRIBLE! NEVER GOING BACK...EVER!!!

Do not come here if you’re black, the servers here treat you very disrespectfully. I went here with my sister and her Asian friend and they would not great nor talk to me or my sister but they were very nice to my sisters friend. And when the time came to pay the man looked at my sisters friend expecting her to pay (she’s 14 and I’m 20). Overall this place is very unwelcoming and would definitely not come back again. Also don’t ask the woman for anything she gets very annoyed when u talk to her.

I was really craving Pho after work. They closed 30 min early. The nearest one was too far to make it before they closed.
