Great place to sit and eat! Either with people or by yourself at the bar. First time at this location at Miami Beach FL. It’s actually situated in a plaza where people walk in the middle and shops & restaurants on both sides. 8:00 pm Fri night, busy but not a long wait. For me, by myself, I got a seat at the bar right away where you can drink or both eat & drink. Environment is comfortable, low light but not dark. Music (easy listening/pop/R&B) is low but high enough to drown out other people, but you can still comfortably converse with people in your table. Temperature is perfect, it’s hot in Miami Beach so this place is nice and cool. Service is great and the food is always great. The menu can be a little overwhelming because there’s so much. But it’s also why I like this place. I can always try something different and it’s consistently good, in all the locations I’ve been to.

The cheesecake tasted amazing.. so many flavours and rich. The strawberry lemonade was also very delicious! Place is right in the middle on lincon rd which is awesome, it was full tables outside but we were lucky to get one ! Would recommend. Quite pricey but what can we expect from Miami!

I will say this Cheesecake Factory was very good! Service was good, food was great, and were seated quickly even for a table of 7! Nice atmosphere and nice area to walk around and shop! And gotta love the large menu selection! Even had vegan burgers!

I love this little plaza with full of restaurants and shops. Cheesecake Factory is located right in one of the corners. Service is great and the restaurant itself is very nice. A bit difficult to find parking specially on a weekend.

I had the stuffed mushrooms with mashed potatoes and green beans. The wine sauce on the portobello mushrooms really helped give the green beans some more flavor. It was so good. 4.) It was a delicious experience, as always, but special praise goes to our server, Bobby, who was very kind and attentive. He provided excellent recommendations and checked in on us often. A couple with a baby and grandma at the table next to us was giving him a hard time, and they complained a lot about everything, so we want to say that he was nothing but very professional and kind.

The Cheesecake Factory always delivers, and my recent visit was no exception! I absolutely loved the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp for my main course – the flavors were perfectly balanced and it had a great kick. And of course, you can't go to Cheesecake Factory without getting cheesecake! The Cherry Chocolate Cheesecake was pure indulgence, a delicious blend of tart cherry and rich chocolate. Visited The Cheesecake Factory for a delightful lunch. Exceptional service, generous portions, and a pleasant ambiance ensured a wonderful experience. Pros: - The Korean Fried Cauliflower, Stuffed Cheddar Burger, and the Orange Chicken were all scrumptious and offered generous portions. - The service was outstanding. Our server, Sofia, was particularly attentive and friendly, enhancing our overall experience. - The atmosphere was enjoyable. The establishment was clean, and the ambiance was inviting, contributing to a pleasant dining experience. Cons: - The wild rice served with the chicken was a touch on the dry side. Although a minor detail, some extra moisture would've made it perfect. Overall, a highly recommended visit for any food lover out there. Can't wait to go back!

Service was fast during brunch. I dont think you can go wrong with Cheesecake factory. Its a common stop for us when we want a decent meal. The price points for this area are a win! Service was great 👍🏼- tip freely here, there is no mandatory 20% service fee. We had chicken piccata and a breakfast combo. Not a bad walking area - parking is a bit of a challenge.

There were some cleanliness issues with the menu, one of the hosts wasn’t as friendly as the other hosts or the servers when I asked to be seated, and the music was VERY loud inside but Camilo’s service and kindness made up for it. When I went to the restroom to wash my hands the smell was absolutely disgusting and there was toilet paper on the floor everywhere and the trash cans were full all the garbage was on the floor even the bathrooms themselves were not clean My rating is 5/10

The attention was nice and in general must of the plates were good but the spicy tenderloin was a total waste of money. It was one of the more expensive plates we ordered and there were like 6 little pieces of beef, overcooked on a very oily sauce. Not even 2 oz of beef, a very small portion.

We sat for a total of 2 whole hours in the restaurant, less than 30 minutes of those were spent eating. We didnt get checked on once and no refills either. I know its not all the waiters fault but it still wasnt pleasant.

I love Cheesecake Factory and I always order the SAME salad in Aventura Mall. unfortunately in Miami Beach I ordered the SKinnylicious Asian Salad and it arrived with almost NO chicken. I love Cheesecake Factory in general but the one in south beach is a disgrace to the brand. Food and drinks take forever to arrive and is subpar compared to the other locations. I order a “flatbread” and got a fat hand tossed pizza instead. Giant waffles came with ONE sliced strawberry and five pecans literally even though is charged $5 for the upgrade. Very disappointing. As a Miami Resident I would avoid this location at all cost. The management here sucks. Literally had a manager, Devon, snatch a plate and throw away in garbage because I explained the portions for my order gave lunch portion and not full. He was so disgusting and nasty didn’t offer suggestions on another pasta just basically snatched my threw it out and gave the MOST attitude before walking away from bar. Horrible experience will not be back. Ventura and Coral Gables have much better staff. Let this location depend on the tourist because it’s not it.

We waited over an hour for a table while numerous outdoor tables sat empty. This lack of consideration seems to be a growing issue at Cheesecake Factory locations. I recommend exploring other nearby restaurants that offer far better service. Photos of the empty tables are attached.

We had to wait 40mins for orders. Pasta was first - rest came after 20mins. Cheesburger was cold. After all one day later they increase my bill of >20$ - this is cheating of clients. Waited for the hostess to be seated for too long but then after I have been seated none comes to take my order.. maybe short staff? who knows Get it together everywhere else in Miami has been a good experience.

stopped in here for coffee and dessert and was seated, waitress came over and said she'd be back and over 20 minutes later nobody came back. We got up and told the host that we were seated and nobody ever served us. No response from the host (there was two of them there) The lack of concern told us everything we needed to know and that we made the right decision leaving EDIT: cheesecake factory responded to this review stating they wanted to talk to me so I used the link they provided and they never got back to me. Not surprised.
