The staff is very friendly, the food is excellent, yummy desserts and lively atmosphere. The music playing inside the restaurant is also very nice.

Stopped by for a quick bite and ordered the truffle hummus and rigatoni amatriciana….both dishes were SO good. Very fresh, authentic and homemade tasting…delicious! Would highly recommend.

Greeted by a very nice young lady doing double duty as both hostess and server. We ate outside because people watching is half the point of Lincoln Road. We had the spaghetti Alfredo and the Carbonara. We were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The Alfredo could have used a little more sauce, as it was a bit dry by the end. Decent portions. Pricing was reasonable, especially for that area. People around us ordered the pizza, and it looked delicious. Will definitely return.

Great spot! Reasonably priced food. Super selection. And tipping options that are from this planet (10/13/18% vs usual 20/22/25%). And free (tap) water instead of $4 a bottle (environmentally and wallet friendly). Just found a fave spot.

Solid 4 restaurant. I’d give it a five, but there are many little details that prevent me from doing so. Service is good, but not very attentive. You will only see someone when your food comes, so order as much as you can at once. May be I was there on a busy night, but there were only 4-5 tables with customers outside. Food comes out hot and fresh. Pasta is freshly made, so no questions there. I tried their carbonara and it’s good, but needed more salt, tasted blend. Pizza is great. Specialty was also not very good, chicken in the parm was dry. It would be great if they brought Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on the food and had salt and pepper on the table. Drinks are great! Overall a solid 4. Inside is very cozy on a rainy day, but we sat outside since it was nice out.

It’s a casual Italian trattoria. The decor transports you to Europe. The paninis were tasty. They had self-serve olive oils and balsamic vinegar which was a nice touch. You order then wait, there wasn’t any table service. The service was abrupt and not very friendly but the food was pretty good. I’d go back for a quick, no fuss meal.

I stopped by for a quick meeting over coffee, and while the ambiance was nice, the experience was a bit mixed. The staff were very busy and energetic, which is understandable, but they were calling out to each other across the space. It was not aggressive or unprofessional, just part of their normal workflow, but it made it a bit challenging to focus on the conversation. That said, the food looked amazing, and the menu has something for everyone. It is worth a visit, but maybe not if you are looking for a quiet environment.

Ordered a prosciutto & burrata pizza with a spaghetti carbonara. The pizza was very good, very well made. Unfortunately the spaghetti carbonara was not as good. The sauce was not carbonara sauce. It heavily needed salt as well. They didn't have a manager on duty to issue a refund either, which is unfortunate. As a restaurant, you should always have a manager on duty or allow your employees to issue refunds.

Staff are nice but this place is understaffed and I feel sorry for the waiters . Food is bleh. They forgot our order of bread and we had to ask for water. Pizza is decent but pasta is nothing to write about. Prices reasonable for Lincoln road.

Honestly, I had the pasta bolognese and it was pretty much Ronzoni with Ragú sauce from a jar. I’m not even exaggerating. Most places on Lincoln rd really are just there thanks to foot traffic. But none are very good. Sorry to say 🫤

The pizza chef lady who was there today at 6:30 was kind of standoffish and she made my pizza in a way that is sloppy and not professional. lease see attached photo where she piled all the meat in the center of the pizza. This was a 23$ pizza and she cooked it like this and it was also slightly cold too somehow. The gentleman at the counter and the guy out front were extremely nice though and inside the building is good atmosphere and decor so that explains those scores.

Asked for lemon and honey for tea five times over 10 minutes and fell on deaf ears. Croissant with boiled eggs arrived so late. Worst part, two servers acted with bad faith. Avoid at all costs
