Had an amazing experience here! The food was incredibly tasty, with authentic Indian flavors. Easily the best Indian restaurant I’ve tried in Miami. The owner was also very sweet and hospitable, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Would definitely visit again and recommend it to everyone.

We ordered almost order food for 200$ and quantity was so bad like not even 1 person can full their stomach! And service was so bad that we order food first and they served food to other people who ordered after us! And it took almost 1hr waiting in lobby to get food! And we ordered paneer kathi roll and they didn’t gave us! But we paid for it! Bad service and bad quantity even quality! We came from Chicago and we have better service and food compared to here!

Small place but the best taste! The food is fresh, flavorful, and truly feels like real Indian street food. Prices are fair, portions are good, and the service is friendly. Perfect spot for quick bites and authentic flavors.

I had the veg thali and absolutely loved it! The chole, samosa, and dal were all super yummy and full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The place is also surrounded by lots of great options nearby, which makes it a perfect spot to visit. Definitely worth stopping by!

Actually, the sign should read: ‘Chotu Indian Street Food – Inside Lincoln Eatery.’ Otherwise, we experienced excellent customer service from the two brothers and enjoyed the great taste of the food. If you are around Deco Art Street, you should definitely visit for authentic Indian cuisine. Highly recommended!

Chicken kati roll was packed and juicy, exactly how it should be. The paneer butter masala thali tasted comforting and rich, just like back home. Everything felt authentic, not toned down for taste. A Taste of Mumbai in the Heart of Miami Dining at Chotu Miami was a delightful experience. The food is truly excellent, capturing the vibrant and authentic flavors of Mumbai with remarkable accuracy. From the spices to the presentation, every detail evokes the lively street food culture and culinary richness of India. The atmosphere adds to the charm, genuinely giving the vibes of being in Mumbai. We love coming here, and it has quickly become one of our favorite spots. Chotu Miami is highly recommended to all—just give it a try, and you’ll walk away with a memorable taste that feels straight from the streets of Mumbai.

This place is located inside Lincoln eatery - which is like a food court which has multiple self-service restaurants. This was the most authentic Indian flavors in the neighborhood at a fair price. Chotu chicken curry was perfectly flavorful and spiced with Indian chillies. Vada pao was made fresh in-front of us. Our Delhi tastebuds were delighted. Worth every penny! Especially, considering the location being South Beach, where every place is already expensive and adds a 20% service charge by default. P.S. - Masala chai was a relief in the hot weather as well :)

Food: I was craving comfort food and decided to try Chotu Indian Street Food based on good reviews and it definitely lived up to the expectations. We had the Shrimp thali, Chicken thali, Chicken tikka kati wrap, and pav bhaji. The Shrimp thali stood out as the most exceptional, absolutely delicious. The chicken dishes and pav bhaji were also flavorful and enjoyable. Ambience: This spot is located inside a food hall, offering a casual and relaxed setting with a mix of different cuisines around. The seating space is decent and works well for a quick, satisfying meal.

I absolutely stand by every positive review of this place. This is a hidden gem in Miami, some of the best Indian street food I’ve had outside of India. We had the paneer Kathi roll, samosa, chana masala combo, pav bhaji and Vada pav along with the mango lassi. It’s hard to pick favourites but the samosa and Vada pav definitely stood out because of their intense and uncompromising flavour. Overall, I think the best way to describe their approach to Indian food is those words: intense and uncompromising flavour. Where you have other Indian place skimping on the spice, they don’t hold back. Where you see other place make things sweet and bland, they don’t do that. They’re true to the authentic street food taste of the items they serve, at least the ones we tried. Pretty much went for seconds till we were all more than full. Planning to go there again before we leave Miami for our next destination.

Samosa chat was reallyyy good. Vada pav was also good, little spicy for American taste.

Fast friendly service. Excellent samosas!! I tend to stay away from fried food but this was a light fry. Didn't feel greasy at all. Glad I decided to try it. The sauces were awesome too. Will definitely try more next time.

I don't understand some of the negative reviews here. We were looking for chaat options in south FL area and was recommended by someone to try Chotu. The place. The two boys working both their names is Shivam and were really sweet and kind. We really liked the food here. The bombay sandwich and vada pau is a must try. The dahi puri was really good.

Originally Wanted to write a bad review so I could have the honor of being roasted by the owner but I couldn’t because my meal was so good. This was my first time trying Chotu and won’t be my last. I’m very familiar with many items on the menu and will be back to try those but had never tried a kati roll, I got the chicken kati and loved it so much I got a second one. The roti was perfect and the chicken had tons of flavor. Loved the spice. Don’t listen to the bad reviews go try it for yourself if you enjoy good Indian food. This is one of the few good Indian spots we have in miami. Also side note one guy said something about it being expensive and I actually though the opposite - I felt the prices were beyond fair.

The Samoosa Chattt AMAZING! The service was great. The guy that took care of us and took our order was very sweet. He had a very sweet disposition. Bhel Puri is awesome, must try. Thali is average, I’d say Tikka Chicken in the Thali is better than the Madras chicken. Chicken needs to be more cooked. Most of the meat is semi-raw. Chicken wrap is decent. Don’t forget to check out their menu board ifykyk.

I ordered non veg thali and curries were bland. No salt and no spice at all. Butter and papad were good. There are other restaurants in the same building. Ambience is wonderful with variety of plants. Rest rooms can be used with passcode which will be provided during order.

The food quality was good but it was little pricey for the quantity. The rice turned little crispy because it’s overheated.But there is no other choice for Indian food here… The samosa was so good tbh

Great place in the middle of Miami Beach for some Indian Street food. They were out of Pav Bhaji and Paneer items. Masala chai, aloo tikki chaat, vada pav, and pani puri were all great. Bhel puri was a lil soggy.

Visited Chotu Indian Street Food recently, and it was a mixed experience. I ordered Chicken Madras Thali, The food was decent — not the best Indian street food I've had, but still flavorful and enjoyable. It’s definitely eatable, but don’t expect anything extraordinary. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which added a positive touch to the experience. However, the menu was a bit of a letdown. It’s already quite limited, and to make matters worse, many of the items were unavailable during my visit. This left fewer options to choose from, which was disappointing. Pricing is on the higher side for the portion sizes and quality offered. While I wouldn’t call it a great value for money, it’s worth trying if you’re in the area and craving Indian street food. Overall, Chotu Indian Street Food is okay for a casual bite, but don’t set your expectations too high. It’s a decent spot to try once. 🌟🌟🌟/5.

Paneer Butter Masala ❌ Paneer Butter Chutney ✅ Jokes aside, curry was too tangy, clearly they used a ready to use pack to prepare. We wanted to order Pav Bhaji, Choley Puri - both weren’t available. If you’re a food enthusiast, check with them on a call first if they have what you want. Overall food quality, based on my order of Samosa and Panner Butter Chutney, was mediocre at best and isn’t worth a second visit. 2/5.

As an out of townie, Went with high expectations but overall it was below average. Charging 15% gratuity for a group of less than 4 people for food court type restaurant where you have to pick up your food is unreal. If you’re charging a premium please provide appropriate service. I got the one plate vada pav and chai. You can see the chai, looked like spoilt milk was added and it was watery. Coming to vada pav, too much chilly powder. You need a spice tolerance of level 4 to eat it without the burning feel. I asked for an extra pav so he was kind enough to give that with butter. However it was grilled on the same grill where chicken is grilled which is fine but the pav had few meat crumbles on it. At least clean before every use. Asked for tamrind chutney to kill the chilliness, it looked and taster more like tamrind water rather than tamrind chutney. Please fix ingredients and service if you want to continue to up charge.

Worst than worst. I have never eaten bad food like this. The food was stale. I hope we don’t get sick from the bite we have eaten. Chicken had bad taste, smell and was also very chewy. Stay away from this restaurant. Both thali’s were missing sweet item

EDIT: WOW!🤯 this is how the owner responds to people… I can see a trend here. Was going to eat here today, I stopped in and with one look behind the counter, I realized why the place was empty. Guy behind the counter is sitting on his phone while dirty dishes are hanging out on the hot plate to reheat your food… shame that this place claims authenticity.

The Tali did not taste good. The rice was old and and pieces that were stuck to the bottom of the pot. We asked for a rice replacement and he gave me some more of the same rice. The paneer was very sour. Not worth the money at all!

Pathetic Food Quality/Taste & Disgusting Preparation- First time here in Miami and we thought to order some Indian snacks, Chotu was on top of the list and we ordered Samosa and Aloo Tikki Chaat. 1. Order came on time - Thankyou for that, however the Samosas were overly fried and burnt to death. I have attached the pics as well for your reference, probably you acted blind before packing and sending. 2. Despite of mentioning specially on my order to pack Aloo tikki and chana separately, you guys mixed it and it became all soggy by the time it reached us. When we opened we had to dig in to find if there are any tikis. Chhole was so tangy and had big sized tomatoes floating on top. I don’t know if it was added to make it taste sour. Chutney was like water with red color in it. 3. We requested to send the disposables so that we can eat but it was totally ignored and nothing was sent. Spending about $35 was such a waste of money. We are first timers in Miami and was really excited about the food here, but totally disappointed. Please improve your services, quality of food and must check what you are packing for your customers. Would you eat this sort of food if served to you? If the answer is No, then please be human and do not sell this kinda food to others.

Not worth going there .. pani puri masala was very spicy, no one asked how much spicy to make , water was not sufficient for the puri in plate .. Kathi role was in sane plate for two persons. Should have been different plate for each person . Attitude of the person was very bad .. this is first time I didn’t like an Indian restaurant in USA .. Since I’m pure vegetarian. So normally opt for Indian Resturant.. but was disappointed with the food . Service and behaviour of the person..

Ignoring the hate reviews my husband and I wanted to give it a try. It was a total disappointment, we had ordered 1 chicken thali. I had opted for Madras Masala Chicken curry which with just a bite made me regret of coming in the first place. 1 roti is included in the thali, on asking for it they said rotis are over and would provide naan and you can have a look at the portion of naan they provided. The good part of the entire thali was the samosa and the hot gulab jamun they gave. I would not make a comment on the entire menu I shared my experience for what I had ordered. And people who do not like their food bland, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Please don’t go here. Worst Thali and over priced. One gravy for chicken, prawn and Panner which were sweet too , how to eat with rice? Very less dal and rice also less. This place may b good for chat . Waste of money and stomach not full…

We ordered butter paneer masala, and chicken butter masala. Both gravies were sweet and gravy was not good at all. Naan was frozen. If you really know what Indian food taste like, and then you never eat here.

I ordered samosas today. They were hot on the outside, but the masala inside was cold. Oil was leaking out from the filling, which made them very unpleasant to eat. This was one of the worst samosas I’ve ever had.

Very bad . Every other kitchen is open at 11.30 and our Indian people are always late at their jobs . They kept saying 30 minute more and after 30 minutes another 30 minutes more. We wanted to eat Indian but we end up eating Ai Tallatian Asian street food. Their fried rice is a must try 😋

These people are disgusting scammers. I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala from this restaurant on uber and they accepted the order... knowing they did not have chicken to prepare my order. Shortly after they called me to inform me that there was no chicken but they could offer me something vegeterian (chepaer in price OFCOURSE because thats the type of business they are running here). I told them that i did not want this so they could go ahead and cancel my order. They hung up on me and called me back to ask me to cancel it on my end knowing that since they already accpeted the order i would not get my money back and they would still receive the $30 from uber because of their policies. I called back and they told me there was nothing they could do. SO be very careful ordering from here.

I don't mind paying more for the food as long as it is worth the value. When I said it is not cheap, I was clearly stating that the quality doesn't justify the price - does that make sense to you? No, it won't because you are busy serving packed food to customers who have very little Indian food options nearby. I am pretty sure there are self aware customers out there who look for genuine reviews like mine and would not fall the quality of food being served here and the arrogance being shown by the owner. I wish to support Indian businesses but there has to be some value to it. Cheers!! ----- I wouldn't recommend the food here unless you are fine with packed food being heated and served. Only plus point seems to be that it is closer to the beach and can serve those craving Indian food (not entirely though). We got Pav bhaji, chicken curry with naan and samosa plate. All of them were packed food, just heat and serve. It may be fine if it tastes good but it wasn't good at all. Pricey for the quality. It is inside a food court so you might as well explore other options. Sit outside to avoid the oil-fumed air inside. Parking is paid on street. Cheers!!

Pathetic frozen food. Chole was made sweet Puri is cut in triangles and fried until it turned black. Kati roll also sweet. Nothing Indian about it and too expensive for the quality and quantity
