The rolls were clean and flavorful without being overdone, and the fish quality really stood out. Service absolutely made the night though. Franca was amazing — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and fun without ever hovering.
