Opinions de Fuji Teriyaki Sushi Grill Miami
Tonight my husband and I were walking around Miami Beach in desperate need of some good food, and we stumbled upon Fuji Restaurant , what a gem! At first, we said, “Let’s just try it,” and wow, we are so glad we did. Everything was beyond delicious! We ordered the wings, teriyaki chicken, and shrimp, and each dish was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. We even noticed someone next to us enjoying sushi, and it looked so good that we had to try it too and let’s just say, it tasted even better than it looked! The service was warm, welcoming, and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back multiple times a week to explore more of their menu. Fuji Restaurant truly exceeded our expectations, highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing food, great service, and a cozy spot right in Miami Beach! 🍣🔥❤️
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down the BEST Japanese restaurant experience I’ve had in Miami Beach! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine smiles and warm hospitality. The service is absolutely amazing — fast, attentive, and you can tell the staff really care about making sure every customer feels at home. The food? 🔥 Incredible. Fresh, flavorful, and made with love. Whether you go for the sushi, hibachi, teriyaki, or one of their bento boxes, you honestly can’t go wrong. Every bite tastes better than the last, and the portions are perfect. But what really sets this place apart are the people. They’re not just friendly, they’re genuinely GOOD people. You feel it in the way they talk to you, the way they serve you, and the way they make sure you leave happier than when you came in. This isn’t just a restaurant — it’s the kind of place you’ll come back to again and again because it feels like family. If you’re in Miami Beach, do yourself a favor and stop at Fuji Teriyaki Grill. You’ll thank me later. 🙌🍣🔥
Let me just say this is the best Asian food. You can get down here in South Beach without paying an arm and a leg… High quality, taste good, great people, exceptional for the price, I think this is the best deal you can get in South Beach! Fredis & Oscar and the best people around, I could not thank them enough, every single time I come in it is amazing.
Chicken teriyaki is delicious every time I go. Huge plate that could honestly feed 2, so great value.
I’ve ordered from here several times on DoorDash and they always have good deals! Today was a buy 1, get 1 deal and the sushi was so yummy n fresh I’ll have leftovers. The gyoza are delicious too! I have never had an issue with this place, their Japanese cuisine always hits the spot ! 😃

Food is amazing , great price and lovely staff :)
Seriously good food, specifically great meat. Super prices for the quality! The owner is very genuine and nice. Come in for a treat in Miami Beach …
awesome random find! I love the foods & the vibe, it’s super worth it! 💕
Great location in the heart of Miami Beach. Food are delicious and pretty cheap. I go there pretty much almost every day. The owner and employees are super nice too. Definitely a place for a good food for low price.
Food was great, delivery super fast, and a good value. Portions were nice and seasoning was spot on. Great place to order delivery !
We're from NYC and this is by far the best Chinese restaurant we've ever been! Besides the amazingly delicious food the service is also great! very nice and friendly people. Will definitely come back here when I get to visit Miami again. Highly recommend this place.
This place is AWESOME! Really cosy shop, with very tasty Asian food at a very reasonable price, served by a very friendly lady. I've been to Japan/Singapore/Australia/LA so have high expectations for oriental food but this place easily met mine. Chicken teriyaki was very good, would definitely go back here again. South Beach needs more places like this!
I was looking for some cheap and tasty meal and I got it. To be fair, the place is not very inviting and from an outside look it seems a bit of a scam. That said, I went in, got some teriyaki beef and got out with a smile. Try it!
Super friendly, exceptionally fast service, freshly made to order. Ate there two days in a row and loved it. It's affordable and a nice break from spending big on the strip. Thanks again ❤
My Girlfriend and I eat there 3 times a week (we live a block away) I always order salmon sushi(8 pc.) and she get chicken teriyaki with brown rice. We have never had a bad meal from there! I’ve had six piece salmon sushi from other south beach sushi places that cost two to three dollars more and are not as good and two pieces less. For price and quality it cant be beat.
We went here for a meal to go. We had the salmon teriyaki and beef & chicken teriyaki with fried rice and steamed vegetables. It was delicious! We highly recommand Fuji Teriyaki.
Their sushi is so fresh and delicious, my husband come back the next day to eat at this place again, the chicken teriyaki is also delicious, great food overall
Great food. I've been cooking for quite some time and its fresh food. I haven't tried the sushi yet though. Prices are amazing and happy hour 4-7 gets you 1/2 beer. Great place to hit up before going out!
Great food and atmosphere. Made to order and cheap beers. You can sit on a bistro table outside or inside if you chose. Karen, who works here all the time, is like another mother to me!! She is so sweet and welcoming and always remembers her customers. Very inexpensive for a ton of food. Great sushi too!!!!
Huge, delicious portions, very clean, great prices, and a lovely person at the front counter.
The staff was extremely friendly and the price to portion ratio was good in my opinion. It was perfect for our late dinner. We got the teriyaki chicken plate and I loved the extra spoonful of sauce he put on the rice. I plan on returning to this establishment before I leave Miami.
Great spot for casual Japanese! Ordered for pickup and they had our meal prepped quickly. Super reasonably priced. The chicken teriyaki was great, and also got the eel sushi and a set with salmon, tuna, and California roll to round things out.
Awesome prices, great food, friendly staff! Ordered double meat chicken teriyaki and spicy tuna roll, both were delicious. $20 with tip for all that good food is unheard of on South Beach!
One of my all time favourite restaurants on south beach <3
Chicken fried rice was amazing and freshly made. Full of flavor!
Delicious food, friendly service, and great prices! Highly recommend
So delicious! We went two days in a row! Glad I found this place! I have here a Cali roll and a spicy tuna roll. The hibachi cook was the sweetest, I asked if they had fried rice without the peas and carrots, they said no. Came to us while cooking and said he was going to pick out the veggies for my kid! Very small thoughtful deed. I will be back every time I'm in Miami.
PHENOMENAL!!! I got the shrimp teriyaki with steam vegetables and white rice. So the food smelled so amazing, I didn’t get to take the before, 8 captured the after. The staff was so friendly and provided a great experience for us. Highly recommend them. We’ll be back when I’m in town again ✨
A lot of times we as people don’t appreciate the places and the people we encounter nor give them the credit they deserve because it’s what we are use to. I eat at this place everyday and I have never had a bad experience the food is always fresh and the service is an everyday pleasure. The Asian girl at the counter with the short hair is my favorite and is probably the main reason i come everyday. Good food you can find anywhere in Miami good service is hard to find in Miami. So today I wanna take time out of my busy day to recommend anyone new in town or local to support this local business. Affordable, fresh, friendly and the hibachi is tasty. Good food even better service 5 stars :)
Food was delicious! Great and quick service. Good prices! 😊😊
Amazing food! Every time we order, the salmon is so fresh, it melts in the mouth. I also appreciate that they accommodate customization. Our picky eater likes his sushi certain way and this restaurant's sushi are his favorite.
Always great, Bento box is an amazing deal! I always get it weekly and consistent food.
I am student from FIU a few steps from there. The food is good and the portions are large. Def. Recommend.
The food is great and big portions. I don't know why there weren't a lot of customers, because the location and the service is good. Would definitely recommend if your budget is under $20
Love this place. I go every week. Great food. Great service.

Delicious food, friendly service, and great prices! Highly recommend
We ordered the poke bowl and salads for pick up. The portions are large which was great and they have 5 dollar happy hour every day 3-10. Def one of the best deals in town
I have seen here in Google Maps that this restaurant has the Dragon Roll for 8,79 USD and 4.2 stars and i needed to try it. So i did go there and ordered. The price was 20 Bugs, not 8,79 USD like in Google Maps. 😂 But they offered 2 for the price of one. It was not possible to order one roll for less than 20 bugs. The second roll was another one and it was good sushi in a typical fast food setup. I would go there again. They also have many other interesting things, but not for the prices you find in Google Maps.
Decent food for very low price. The store front is a little dingy and no frills so I took my order to go. Good was tasty. Friendly counter service. The only thing that was disappointing was that the mixed vegetables were 90% cabbage but I guess that's what you get for these low prices.
For less than $10.00, one can get a heaping plate of fresh, warm chicken fried rice minus the typical vegetables normally included. There are multiple combos to choose from, including sushi platters. Nothing fancy here, but the entree is filling. Cold drinks and an assortment of beers are available. Good place if you're a solo traveler or want a break from fast food. Good customer service too.

Fine. Basic. And prices are low which is great. Not many option for a value meal in the are so if you are on a budget and don’t care too much for the look then this is your place. Basic but nice 👍🏽
Very good, tasty oriental food. Great sushi. Great service. The lady behind the counter is very friendly and helpful. 4 stars - place should be remodeled a little bit.
Good food and nice staff. Hibachi Chicken was good, but could use a little more sauce. The teriyaki chicken could also use more sauce. Overall though I liked it.
My daughter wanted rolls so we stopped in here. The restaurant was clean which is important to us. The service was excellent…the older gentleman even walked our food out to our car once it was ready (we were parked right out front). Food was good and fresh. Would recommend!!
It's great for the price you pay. Nice to find a spot where the food isn't overpriced. We ordered the chicken teriyaki combo plate and added the egg rolls. Again, you get what you pay for so don't expect the greatest egg rolls. The staff was friendly and the place was clean.
I was looking for a decent restaurant where I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg during my stay in Miami. This place was a winner. I had the Chicken Teriyaki and rainbow roll. The Chicken Teriyaki was good and perfectly cooked! The rainbow roll was decent and employees were pleasant.
Fresh and tasty sushi. Good portions.
Great customer service! Decent food in south beach that isn’t overpriced.
Come to Fuji Teriyaki, grab the daily special (currently the chicken teriyaki), relax in some AC, and enjoy a freshly made meal for less than ten bucks. The tables were clean. Ingredients tasted fresh. It did need some soy and sriracha to meet my palate, but trust me some food still tastes nasty with condiments and this wasn't that at all. It's a great value, but it definitely needed a little cherry on top (remember this ain't San Francisco). Overall, a chill hot meal and my new local spot for lunch. They've got good people working too - added vibes for sure.
I had it delivered by Uber Eats. The spicy California was musing the spiciness. Had the shrimp tempura along with a side of fried rice. The rice was on the salty side, the shrimp was crunchy and perfect.

I got the Teriyaki Chicken and Shrimp and Spicy Tuna Roll. I'd recommend only getting one of their rice bowls and leaving their sushi alone. The spicy tuna roll was just ok, maybe if it was cheaper it might've been worth it. The chicken and shrimp teriyaki were good. The bathroom cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
So, a month ago, I visited the FL Supercon and I had the cravings for asian food and this restaurant was the closest to where I had stayed. To note, I'm not from around Miami Beach. The Ambience was ok. Isn't the most up to date but it wasn't that rundown either. Some parts seem old and the temperature was alright, one side was hotter due to the kitchen and other a nice breeze. Nice enough to dine in a quick meal. Waiting time was decent, then again I ordered a group meal for 4 people, so about 20 mins was pretty good in service compared to other places I've experienced. The food was pretty good, I fully enjoyed it. I got the sushi bento with a side of rice. Definitely help fill me up and satisfy my cravings! Though there were technical issues from the fountain drink machine but the cashier was nice to give us bottled beverages in exchange. Im also one who likes to get their receipts to make sure everything was correct but, the receipt was so vague..? It didn't fully list out every item as one is accustomed to see, just a summary of the total... so, it was a little odd but I received everything I ordered with minimal issues. Honestly an ok dine in/take out. I'd give it a 3.5 stars
this lunch cost $21. wings were dry and fried with a heavy slopping of sweet sauce to be extra sure to confuse your tastebuds. fried rice was ok, shrimp was fine, chicken super dry. fine lunch spot if you need to i guess but im not coming back
I didn't really enjoy this. Maybe the sushi is good. We went for meals. The Crystal Shrimp had a bad taste. Family didn't care for it too much. Was really looking for a new Asian spot. Everyone should try it for themselves though.
The food was good however Maria at the front counter clearly did not want to be there. She acted as if I was bothering her when she waited on me. Hopefully she won't be there much longer.
My colleagues and I were in Miami for the annual WHX (World Health Expo), and unfortunately, I made the mistake of not researching this restaurant beforehand. I’m originally from Hawaii, and three of my colleagues are from Kyoto, Japan—so we are very familiar with authentic Hibachi cuisine. Sadly, this experience missed the mark entirely. The service was poor from the moment we walked in—the host lacked even basic customer service skills. The food itself was bland and covered in what looked like a heavy mayo-based sauce. The rice was watery, and the entire dish had a soggy, unappetizing texture. We didn’t even finish our meals; we took them to go and ended up throwing them away. To the owner: if you're going to serve Japanese cuisine, please ensure that your staff—regardless of their background—is trained to prepare it authentically. This was not Hibachi. As frequent travelers and food lovers, we can confidently say this was one of the most disappointing "Hibachi" meals we've had anywhere. Please do better and stop misrepresenting Japanese cuisine.
No principle- Found spiders in my food, I was told that the owner will call me, there were no response from him/ her. Not Sanitary/ Non hygienic- Food had spiders in it. Don't let the reviews fool you, we don't know what happens behind closed doors, and I just found that out my self. Finding insects in my food only add the icining ontop of the cake; not to eat out at these joints especially this one. I'll prep my meal a day before going to work. My only concern are the tourist who falls for this insidious dirty diners. I hope my review will open the eyes of those who graves their food. This is the definition why people ends up with stomach viruses. Stay away from Fuifji Teriyaki, looks can be deceiving!!!! I've learnt my lesson, the question is, will you? Hey Fuifji Teriyaki, quick question, have you ever get hit up by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation? I assume you may not. Expect an unexpected invite from them.

The food was bland with no included sauce and it didn't have enough salt either and no salt packets was sent with Door dash. Also they charged for a bottle of Coca-Cola but only sent a can which should have been $1.00 cheaper.
The food was good but the lady at the desk was extremely rude, unpolite and cold. We had never seen such a cold person. We are old customers and in the past (4-6 years ago), there used to be such a kind lady owning the place. Last week, we came especially to see her but apparently the owner changed but we still gave it a try. The new girl at the desk was so mean ! When I arrived at the restaurant and kindly told her I am a old customer to engage the conversation while waiting for my dishes, she directly threw at me "I don't care you already came her, the ownership changed so don't ask me any question". She didn't even say "hi", she forced us to seat because she didn't want us to walk in the restaurant because according to her "walking makes the ground dirty and she doesn't want to clean it". She literally threw the plates at us and then urged us to leave the restaurant. She didn't even say bye or anything. I don't know the nams of that lady but she's asian, around 40, mid-long black hair and pretty thin. I hope someone can arrange that !
The food is about the same as what you get in Mall fast food Chinese/asian places however price twice as high with less meat than those typically serve. It was edible and OK hot. On top of that they charge $1 for a small container of sriracha sauce. No where have I ever been charged for Sriracha sauce if they have it. Would recommend literally anything else.
I dont know the best teriyaki place in Miami, but I definitely know the worst one now. At least keep the sriracha sauce and dont give cheap pepper sauce. Kinda bad place for Miami and they serve on a paper plate.
What can I say about this restaurant that hasn’t been said about a toilet in the back alleys of Thailands red light district. The meat was older than the class clown in Jesus’s school, Nazareth Elementary. The manager was so intent on charging me $5.00 for a Japanese soda that was priced at $4.00 in the system he rang it up as a Stella. It’s as if his mind couldn’t fathom that he was wrong about his own pricing, that or his child was being held in the back with a chainsaw to his neck with a dollar being the only thing between his freedom and decapitation. When the food came out I was served what appeared to be month old rice, shredded car tire(beef), and teriyaki sauce that was likely just the molasses that was dripping from the rear of cashier who took my order. Not to mention, the blacked vents with dragonfly carcasses hanging. Don’t even entertain the thought of consuming the sushi. If you have a taste for old fish that has been used and abused I hear there’s a woman on south beach that can give it to you for less. NOTE: This is in fact a valid review I am trying to save you from being disappointed in your dining experience as much as the owners father should be in him.
My brother had order some food for me last week from this location & upon delivery I carefully observe the food and notice that a spider was inside."Which was clearly noticeable". How can you miss that"??. If you carefully examine the food your going to see a (spider) in the bottom left corner between the two slice carrots. My immediately action was to have my brother reach out to the store and explained the issue "in which he did", One of the employee told my brother that, "They will have the manager/ owner reach out to him the following day, they never did". I consider that very unprofessional & careless at least take the initiative & take the issue into consideration and reach out but instead the issue was left alone unresolved, just to show you what kind of business these people are operating. My point is; People be careful on where you eat...not every restaurant are clean and sanitise.
It’s nearly 2x more expensive to dine inside with the same cutlery and packaging that ypu get by ordering to go on doordash, absolutely ridiculous. Their sushi is good but the kani salad is uneccesarily spicy and they’ll look at you all confused if you ask to lower the spice 🤦♀️ anyways just save your money and order on doordash, decent rolls
I’ve been going there for so long I was there today tried to order food. The lady worked there she was rude They should have someone else work there take the order, but the food is very good
WHAT A SCAM. I ordered the vegetable teriyaki bowl. They literally took a bowl of rice and cabbage that previously had meat on it, and took the meat off the top (there were pieces of meat still left on it) and gave me just the rice and cabbage that was the base. No mixed veggies, like broccoli and peas etc. Just rice and cabbage that the meat had been laying on. I paid $13 for this!!!
Beside over priced, this is the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever tried. Stay away. The food is not good — it's reheated, tasteless, and unappetizing. The service is extremely slow and unwelcoming, as if they don’t want to serve customers. The entire experience was a disaster. Do not go.
I ordered a spicy tuna roll off of UberEats through their bogo deal. Their ingredients online didn’t list cucumber, but my order came with the biggest chunks of cucumber. I can’t eat cucumber, and the flavor permeates through everything else it touches so unfortunately I was unable to eat most of it. I called the restaurant and they weren’t able to exchange it either. If you have any allergies, beware.
Ordered a miso soup to go. When I arrived home barely half of the container was full. Cutting costs? Ridiculous. Food lacking flavor. Place needs decoration
Ordered beef fried rice its come with really big portions, but it was tasteless , service is underrated and the places only have small space. Not worth it for the price at all
The food alone would ruin any service or atmosphere. I ordered the beef, veggie and fried rice. Double beef and veggie. The beef was tolerable dipping in the teriyaki sauce. The rest was terrible. Y'all added like a pound of salt/msg to the rice and veggies. Couldn't even finish half before I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. Like seriously the amount of salt was way past overwhelming. I eat all sorts of salty food. Plenty of salt on my popcorn etc. This was the worst I have ever had. White rice and fresh steamed veggies would have been way better. At least then the rice and veggie flavor wouldn't have been lost to the sea of salt.
