Quite a good and cozy place for breakfast. Good choice of dishes and everything is very tasty. The order is brought quickly. The prices are not too high and not expensive for Miami Beach. I definitely recommend going for breakfast at least once. We will definitely come back, we hope the food does not deteriorate.

Great place, spacious, good decor, nice vibes and good service. Got their two eggs onion omelette. The omelette was fluffy and buttery and tasted great with the bread. Also got their chai latte with a shot of lavender, lavender shot was a mistake the latte became too sweet. Would recommend to have it without any shot. Good stop in the North Beach area which has comparatively lesser options available.

Hey there!! I’m giving 1 star only for the service of one person in particular, not for the rest of the staff. I came today 10/4/24 and I soon as a walked in, this cocky lady who served me before, looked at me in a funny way, turned around to the kitchen window and whispered something to the guy inside. I can tell she is uncomfortable with my presence, but I just come to drink to my coffee, I might be a little difficult when comes to ordering but I’m not disrespectful. I can tell these people are pretty new in the business, they might be getting surprised by people like me…. But we are in the 🇺🇸 and here, at least we have some rights !!!! I will give an advice to the owners of the place in training the staff with more charismatic and sympathic skills. That’s all. After all, I’m paying for my food, I am not asking anything for free.

This is an absolutely amazing brunch spot! Came to south beach intending to try a different brunch place everyday of the trip and ended up eating here all seven days! Tried several things off the menu and the food was delicious every time! The coffee was made perfectly and the ambiance was wonderful as well. We were visiting Miami and searched for coffee right away. We love good coffee. Not super sweet. Not burnt roast. We tried several places first. We were so thankful we found this place. The food is amazing as well. The muffin we got had some type of apple stuff in the middle. It was like apple cobbler in my mouth. Breakfast sandwich was way bigger than I thought it would be and was crispy and super good.

Amazing coffee. I ordered a Nitro Cold Brew and my girlfriend ordered the café latte. The presentation of both drinks were great. The coffee itself tasted homey and unique. Also the location itself was very cozy and relaxing. If I had the chance, I would grab a book and relax while enjoying the atmosphere and the smell of fresh ground coffee. Prices were reasonable and I wish I had not eaten earlier so I could have tried their food as well. Gives me a reason to want to come back next time. Highly recommended.

Great spot for breakfast, had the avocado toast with a sunny-side-up egg and it was really good. The matcha is tasty as well, but it is sweetened and I think honey is been added. If you prefer to drink unsweetened you should specify while ordering. Overall recommended it and would definitely come back.

Are here twice on our stay in South beach. Good coffee but the breakfast is the reason to go. Had a pumpkin latte and wasn't impressed with it but it wasn't horrible either. I forget what I had the first time but I know it was way better than the pumpkin latte.

Great lunch spot! Sandwiches are simple but good and so are the salads. The best thing at Crema are the GIANT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES. You have to try one, no joke.

We come to Miami often and we go out of our way to eat here. The coffee and the food are both phenomenal. I like that they have some breakfast and lunch options that are healthier but they have standard American breakfast food too. The prices are also very reasonable, considering the location.

We found this place via a google search for “best breakfasts”. Well my wife is quite particular. This place delivered in spades. Exceptional diverse menu. Very nice eating environment with outdoor seating as well. The food quality was extraordinary. I had the smoked salmon bagel with a sunny side egg. My wife had the arugula salad. It was so good, we came back the next day and had the exact same orders. Only one recommendation. If your order requires a minor detail, like cream cheese on the side or a change of the dressing, you need to repeat it slowly as some of the team members don’t fluently understand. Every team member was warm and friendly. Great food. Great people. Great value.

Had açaí with my Brazilian friend and it was great. I love the fact that is was very smooth texture and it wasn't too sweet as many you find around in other shops. We talked to the manager and she was very welcoming.

Lovely breakfast menu that hits all the right spots…sweet, savoury and sumptuous!! We just had lattés and avocado eggs, with yummy grainy toasts. Excellent efficient service and simply a great little local spot!! All I request might be some real jams for the toast…otherwise it’s a home run!!

Nice local shop with fast service and reasonable prices. The wait staff are very kind and efficient. They have a small menu, but it is more than sufficient for a local cafe. The drinks were very good as were the food options. They have a few vegetarian options, but not a lot. It is a nice spot to get out of the humidity and enjoy a quick snack.

While visiting Miami Beach Crema Gourment Espresso Bar was my favorite place to have a morning coffee. Place is very cozy, Friendly staff and of course amazing coffee to wake up and get energized

Both my boyfriend and I ordered the pancake breakfast and it was amazing. Their pancakes are the best pancakes I’ve ever had, they were super fluffy and flavorful. Their fresh squeezed orange juice is worth the $7 price, so good! We loved this place!

My go to place every other day to sit back and relax after enjoying the beach.

Walked by on a trip and glad we stopped here! Latte was creamy and delicious. Everyone’s food looked delicious, I could see their fresh kale and carrots behind the counter, definitely quality food.

Best espresso in South Beach! They know how to make a great Macchiato and it’s even better than Italian one. Have a La Marzocco machine and Illy coffee. Ordered breakfast online for delivery through Google. Took 1 1/2 hour to receive. Thumbs down. Food was absolutely tasty! Croissant breakfast sandwich is a must to try Green juice- it was okay- Could be better. Coffee was great- I wish they has a low sugar or sugar free option. It was pricey for the portion of food. It was higher than other comparable restaurants nearby. Customer service on phone was horrible. Needs a lot of improvement!

I loved the style of this place. They had lots of coffee options and quality was pretty good. I ordered and Iced Caramel Latte; have had better coffee but it was still good. I also ordered a Nutella croissant, which was warmed up, perfectly flaky and buttery. Wish there were more pastry options to try. I’d say the pricing is similar to Starbucks Would choose this place over a big chain coffee shop

For a coffee lover like myself, this is a great stop for quality coffee. I love the cold brew coffee they serve! Definitely gets the job done. I had a chocolate croissant as well which was a nice small snack to go with the coffee. I wish they had more Pastry options, besides that everything else was good.

This place is so good that we came here four mornings in a row! Tried several dishes, juices and coffee from the menu. All really good. The one star we deduct because of the pricing. Quality comes with a price. But still it is quite expensive.

The Space was nice and neat. Tables were too small to eat comfortably. The food was good. Nothing special. We enjoyed the fresh squeezed juice the most.

The juice offerings at Crema exceeded expectations - I recommend the V8 - though my iced caramel latte didn't offer as tasteful an espresso as I'd hoped. The wifi in the shop was also subpar, proving to be slow without much of a crowd to blame and cutting out fairly often. Nonetheless, Crema is reasonably priced and offers a nice ambiance through and through - the mason jars in which cold drinks were served certainly provide a nice touch.

Came here because I was looking for fresh food, smoothies and a good cappuccino. We only ordered smoothies and cappuccino and weren’t impressed. Idea is great, fresh ingredients and Italian coffee. Execution unfortunately not so much; taste of coffee and smoothies as well as ambience were simply (as one previous reviewer put it) ‘forgettable’

The food here is genuinely great, but the timing was a mess. I went with my partner, and they brought out his meal first—by the time he finished eating, mine finally showed up. That’s just not acceptable at a restaurant. Timing matters—people want to enjoy their meals together, not take turns watching each other eat.

The food is great and the prices are reasonable, the service by the cashier is always great but even with a 20% tip the post service is lacking. It would be nice to have clean tables without asking and to get silverware or even talked to rather than having the food thrown at the table. There’s a missed opportunity here to provide great repeat customer service but it’s in a touristy zone so it may not matter as 90% of the business will be tourist.

So I asked for the chicken greens salad with Caesar dressing they gave me croutons. Then they remade the salad and screwed it up with vinagreete dressing. Nice concept flaws in execution. Pretty place decent prices.

Breakfast Croissant was good , Acai Bowl was frozen in the middle. But to charge 7,49$ for Orange juice that comes out with 60% ice cubes in it.... So avoid the juices here , also took forever to get it.

I was in the mood for a café con leche and noticed this place and felt like trying it out. The place is really nice, love the style, very clean, comfortable to sit and have a chat with friends. I ordered a café latte and it was warm and it was a bit thin, not creamy. And the mocha iced latte was bland.

Coffee is what they do best here! So, definitely get that here. I got their Lavender Latte and enjoyed the floral hints admist the coffee brew. Very delish and sweetened appropriately. They finish it with a classic latte heart as well perfect for the gram! I had to knock it down a bit because as a Millenial their Avocado Toast was not up to par. It looked good, but it wasn't seasoned enough and needed much more salt. For the same price as one of their other sandwiches (such as the Breakfast Sandwich), I think it can do a lot better. Even adding some sea salt on top or a flavored oil could enhance it much more. Definitely overpriced and that's the bane of my existence as a Millenial to be allured to...well, I learned and will get something else next time. Anyways, it's still a really good coffee shop. I'll be back to try something else for sure!

The coffee was good but my pancakes tasted like they were pre-made/frozen. They had a rubbery texture and had so much chocolate sauce on them, I ended up only eating a few bites.

**NEVER COMING BACK** First started visiting here as of January 2020 I love it here the staff is very friendly. It’s like France in Miami… all the food is great. I’ve told others about it and my friends have visited more than I have. We love it here. September 6, 2021 Ordered the salad which was great. However my juice came when I was almost finished my food, hence why it wasn’t in the photo. September 7, 2021 Revisited again for lunch was greater by the barista however it took about 2 minutes before someone approached me at the register. Today I ordered the tuna sandwich a salad, large OJ, and a Greek yogurt. I had to repeat my order to 3 different staff members to get it ALMOST correct. When the OJ arrived. I asked for a large however was charged for a small. The cashier went back and forth stating that we paid for a small. That’s not good, that could’ve been fixed or charged to the correct price which was a dollar more. I had to go to another worker to speak regarding it, and eventually had to use the intermediate Spanish that I know to get my point across because no one barely spoke English. This place is going from my favorite to least favorite. Again there is nothing wrong with the food at all…. The food is absolutely great but at this point I’ve visited so many times and spread the word and even had friends join me here, but I’m beginning to get let down each visit after another. **NEVER COMING BACK** First started visiting here as of January 2020 I love it here the staff is very friendly. It’s like France in Miami… all the food is great. I’ve told others about it and my friends have visited more than I have. We love it here. September 6, 2021 Ordered the salad which was great. However my juice came when I was almost finished my food, hence why it wasn’t in the photo. September 7, 2021 Revisited again for lunch was greater by the barista however it took about 2 minutes before someone approached me at the register. Today I ordered the tuna sandwich a salad, large OJ, and a Greek yogurt. I had to repeat my order to 3 different staff members to get it ALMOST correct. When the OJ arrived. I asked for a large however was charged for a small. The cashier went back and forth stating that we paid for a small. That’s not good, that could’ve been fixed or charged to the correct price which was a dollar more. I had to go to another worker to speak regarding it, and eventually had to use the intermediate Spanish that I know to get my point across because no one barely spoke English. This place is going from my favorite to least favorite. Again there is nothing wrong with the food at all…. The food is absolutely great but at this point I’ve visited so many times and spread the word and even had friends join me here, but I’m beginning to get let down each visit after another. This was the 2 egss any way. I asked for scrambled but this does not even look like 2 eggs. This is how the eggs came straight from crema. Horrible that they charge for this little bit of egg.

The worst “Crema” location in Miami. Out of smoked salmon for breakfast.. No hibiscus tea. Ordered 2 hot teas, they brought cold iced tea. Food, service and atmosphere are really bad. Ruined my breakfast.

The blonde waitress was so unprofessional and rude, there were no empty tables so we sat in a dirty one. She refused to remove the dirty dishes of other clients as she kept bringing us our order mixing it with the dirty things. When we politely asked can you please clean the table first and then bring our order she said: no I have to do one things at the time. Spoiler: yes, first you clean then you serve. She then came again to the table evidently angry and while cleaning she threw the salt and pepper to the floor. Terrible experience, I highly recommend you not to ever come
