Opinions de IT Italian Trattoria COLLINS Miami Beach
The pizza was incredibly delicious! Thin crust, super flavorful toppings, and everything tasted very fresh. My order was ready really fast too. I had ordered delivery the day before, and on Uber Eats they usually have a buy-one-get-one pasta deal, which is great if you’re traveling and want to save some money. The place is beautiful and has a really nice atmosphere. You order at the counter instead of being served at the table, but I actually found it very easy and practical. The staff was friendly and the food was amazing. Loved it and definitely recommend!
I went here for the carbonara. They have baked goods, pizza and pasta. You get in line at the counter to order and pay. They give you a tray and a buzzer, where you pick up your order in the back at the counter. They charge you about a 20% service fee and also ask for an additional tip which is annoying for unsuspecting customers. I don't like this protocol. My pasta was served in a melamine plastic dish, which looked fine, l but I didn't like. The pasta was fine while it was warm, but the egg in the carbonara change texture as it cooled. It's a decent dish, but of course not like what you get in Italy. It doesn't come with any bread like you would expect in a restaurant. This place is more of a tourist place. The decor is nice and classy. Seating was moderately comfortable. There is outdoor seating on the street. I did not see a water station to get a glass of water.
I had such an amazing experience at Italia Trattoria on Collins Avenue! The staff was incredible, so friendly and attentive. The pizza was literally a 20/10, especially the mushroom truffle pizza… SO good. And the mimosa was perfect too. Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but it is absolutely worth it. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re seriously missing out! You know it was good when you pull out your phone and immediately review it.
This place is Ah-ma-zinggggg. They have a small menu but yet what they have is delicious. It reminds me of my Italy trip. Be it the pizza, pasta or tiramisu. Right on point. Must try: Pizza , pesto pasta and Nutella Tiramisu.
Great place to eat freshly made sandwiches and desserts. Many drinks to choose from, orange juice, cappuccino, wine, they also have a happy hour 4-7. Very friendly, and courteous.
Absolutely excellent pizza! We tried the Prosciutto and Burrata, and it was the highlight of the night—fresh, high-quality ingredients and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere is vibrant and the staff made us feel right at home. A must-visit. Grazie!
I thought this place is just one of the tourist traps but NO! Their clam pasta was one of the best pastas in my life (I have been to Italy.). The pasta was nicely boiled to al dente. My husband ordered a lobster pasta which came with a massive whole lobster for the price. Service is nothing special but I would love to go back to have the pasta again.
The food is just delicious. Spent 5 days in Miami and ate here three times, because its quick, clean and a good price. Staff are fantastic and they are warm and welcoming!
The Yummiest is all I can say! Very welcoming. We are visiting from Brenham, TX for a real estate conference. Authentic Italian food and lemon tiramisu
This is a great place for a quick and great meal. We had the spaghetti pomodoro and margarita pizza. Great service and friendly staff.
**"An Unforgettable Taste That Stands the Test of Time!** We first discovered this amazing spot back in 2022, right after the COVID lockdowns, and it instantly became one of our favorite places. The flavors were unforgettable, and the atmosphere was just perfect. Fast forward to today—we revisited, and *nothing* has changed… in the *best* way possible! The taste is still absolutely incredible, just as we remembered. This time, we ordered the **Ice Americano** (smooth and refreshing as always), **two Turkey Egg Paninis** (so delicious and perfectly seasoned), and for dessert, we couldn’t resist the **Nutella & Pistachio Croissant**—pure heaven in every bite! And of course, we had to pair it all with a **Double Espresso**, which was bold and rich, just the way we love it. Every single thing we tried was flawless. If we ever find ourselves back in Miami, you can bet we’ll be stopping by again. This place is a *must-visit* for anyone who appreciates consistently amazing coffee and food. **10/10 every time!**"
We have visited Miami three times, and on our first trip, we discovered this little restaurant. We were so pleasantly impressed that it quickly became very special to us. During our entire first vacation in 2022, we had breakfast there almost every day and often came for lunch to enjoy their pizza. My husband usually doesn’t like pizza, but even he was captivated by the flavor of their amazing pizza. We also really enjoyed the pasta, coffee, and fresh orange juice. After returning home, we recommended it to all our friends visiting Miami. On our second visit in 2023, we went there intentionally, knowing it would be delicious, and our expectations were fully met – everything was top-notch, just like the first time. This year, on our third visit, I was already missing this wonderful place. Unfortunately, this time we were disappointed. The pizza had lost its flavor and had become overly crispy, almost like a cracker. The pasta and lasagna portions were smaller, and my pasta seemed under-seasoned. Because of this, we even started going to their competitors for pizza. Another point that was a bit frustrating: you order at the counter and pick up your food yourself, yet a 18% service charge is automatically added to the price of the dishes. On the positive side, the coffee was still amazing, and we appreciated that a staff member kindly took my phone to charge it and was very friendly. Overall, we hope the restaurant can regain its former flavor and level of service, as this place used to be very special to us ❤️

We ate Cuban all week. Needed some pizza. Really enjoyed my 12 inch. Great atmosphere and lively music! Nice for family or individuals. The pepperoni pizza was awesome! The tiramisu was to die for!!
“The service was quick, efficient, and friendly. It was a pleasant surprise to find genuinely fresh-squeezed orange juice on the menu. That said, the salad fell a bit short; it wasn’t as fresh as I’d hoped. Overall, a solid spot for quick bites and drinks.
Stumble upon this place while strolling down Miami, it was Delicious Pizza I tried the pasta and that was good as well. Quite a few dessert and delicious coffee.
Wonderful place for breakfast, a lot of beautiful and tasteful options. I super recommend the panini strada and dolcci. The price is a little high as common in the area but the taste is worth it (despite some other places). They have a lot of places to sit and enjoy your breakfast, nice playlist, good decoration and vibe. The only thing that bothered us: Few staff in the morning generating a huge line. I swear that it took me 35 minutes to get my meal and it only was 4 people before me. Unbelievable! I felt a lot of disorganization. Despite that K really enjoy our breakfast and probably will give a second shot but coming early to avoid the line.

Service, just okay. Definitely under did the welcome. Like, they were ready to close shop since it was 11pm already. They did decide on making a fresh salad for us. The food was just okay ..no where near delicious. There was pizza in window which was moved to serving display by a young lady with bare hands and no gloves on. So unless you request a fresh slice of pizza ...I wouldn't trust it. The guy with the tattoos behind the bar was friendly & helpful. That's about it. Wouldn't go back or waste money.
We went in a sat down at IT Italian Trattoria to look at the menu for a possible lunch stop… nice outdoor seating area, we thought we’d enjoy! The inside of the place is kind of dark, not a real open airy feel like outside. The staff were not very friendly when we approached to look at and ask question about the food selections. No toilet paper in the bathroom, and apparently none in the place because the staff were discussing someone leaving to go get more toilet paper. Rather underwhelming…. The food didn’t really look that great compared to other spots near by, so we didn’t stay. Don’t need to go back….
IT Italian Trattoria on Lincoln Road is a solid spot for a casual bite. The pizza is simple, tasty, and hits the spot—nothing fancy, just good quality. Prices are surprisingly reasonable for the area. Great option if you're looking for something easy and affordable. pizza was good and the Aperol SpritZ was just ok.

Short wait. A little disappointed by their pesto pasta. It’s not correctly advertised as the photo on the menu. First they gave me pasta with tomato sauce. I went back and they just added basil pesto on top…. Lazy and cheap work.

We’ve got an appetiser, two pastas and two aperols for $85 (incl. 18% mandatory gratuity). 1. Stracciatella with focaccia 4.5/5 Very delicious, the bread was just perfect! They use a machine to press their pizzas; that’s why focaccia looks like pizza. Would recommend to try for a light snack! 2. Carbonara 3/5 I’ve tried better carbonaras in Italy. It was too dry, and I needed a lot of salt to taste anything. Would definitely order something else if I had a second chance! 3. Rigatoni Amatriciana 4/5 It was good! More taste than carbonara and spicy. (Haven’t got a photo, sorry!) 4. Aperol 5/5 Tastes just like in Italy! Big glass. What was good: You can see/hear the folks are real Italians and know what they’re doing. You can get as much parmigiano as you want! The waiters and cooks were polite and serviceminded. Downs: I guess they are better at pizzas than pastas. You order, get your food and clean yourself, so I don’t get why you have to pay 18% for “service and operational cost”. They could just as well have added it to the amount of meals. Maybe it’s just my danish mentality speaking 🫣 All in all: good experience of Italian food ⭐️
First time visit to Miami and this place. It looked great and seemed busy as we walked by a few times so we decided to give it a try. Saw the chicken parm special so we went with that, the spicy tomato sauce and a pepperoni pizza. First off the chicken parm had no price and was $30, crazy! The spicy tomato was ok, kind of bland...and the pizza.... interesting that you leave the food out then reheat it. It tasted like cardboard and stale. Overall it was terrible. Service was ok but they seemed irritated that I didn't speak their language and huge barrier as well. Nice place though. Don't go if your looking for actual Italian.

This is my first bad review ever: THIS IS THE WORST PIZZA I’VE EVER HAD. AND THEY SELL OLD GROSS FOOD. PLEASE READ BEFORE EATING HERE. 8:30 PM on a Saturday, prime time in Miami Beach, I walk in with my wife and I ask for half ham and mozzarella pizza. They cut half a pizza that was on display and proceeded to warm it up for me. Meanwhile, my wife asks for a salad in the register, and the cashier proceeds to take the salad from the counter fridge, my wife told him that the salad looked 5 days old and the guy smirked. He literally agreed that it looked saggy and gross. They DON’T MAKE FRESH SALADS! They have them there for hours. She said that she didn’t want anything and we left with my pizza to go. When I open the pizza box and try to eat it, I find a piece of bread with no sauce, almost no cheese, dry, old, no ham pieces, not completely cooked dough, simply the grossest, most expensive pizza I’ve ever eaten. I would love my $25 dollars, and my time back. Do not eat in this touristy place. There’s way better options.

The place was nice but we were overcharged $9 per plates and even after unconvering they didn’t offer to reimburse. Someone else in our party was charged $2.95 for shaved Parmesan cheese that she did not asked for yet was billed for. We told the waitress about it and no offer to reimburse not even a bottle of water.
