The drinks were fantastic and the place had a great vibe! We had a few drinks and engaged with others at the bar and it was really enjoyable! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Armando, who radiated warmth and genuine hospitality. It wasn’t just us — everyone who approached the restaurant received the same friendly, welcoming treatment. He wasn’t only managing the front; he was everywhere — helping seat guests, delivering dishes, and making sure everything flowed perfectly. You could tell he takes real pride in what he does. We started the evening with cocktails at the bar — I highly recommend the Tropezone Negroni, paired with their complimentary almonds and olives. It set the tone beautifully for the night. When we moved to our table, our server K♥ (yes, that’s how he signed his name — love it!) was outstanding. He was friendly, engaging, and gave great suggestions without ever rushing us. His energy and attentiveness made the whole experience feel effortless and personal. For food, the Pan con Tomate is an absolute must — simple but done to perfection. The Dates and Mushrooms were also incredible, and the half portion of Paella was just the right size to share and packed with flavor. Everything was fresh, balanced, and beautifully presented. As a local Miamian, it’s rare to find a spot in this area that delivers both quality food and exceptional service without pretense. Tropezone stands out — it’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back and bring friends. Highly recommend whether you’re a local or visiting from out of town — this place is truly a star 🌟

Delicious and good service! Only negative was we asked for a gin recommendation since the restaurant seems to have a lot of gin infusions and the server didn’t have one or offer to ask the bartender, they just said they didn’t know. Otherwise, food was very good. My favorite was the gem salad! Would recommend and come back!

If I ever had to get drunk with Hemingway in Miami, this would have been the place to do it. Tropezón is the kind of place you keep coming back to, so much so, that I think I ended up there three different times within a 2-day span. The vibe is low-key but thoughtful, with just enough edge. K behind the bar makes the whole thing better, quick with the smile, quicker with the pour. The gin list is deep, and they know what to do with it. Their martini? Clean, smooth, and serious just an olive oil rinse and no theatrics. It’s a bar for people who don’t need to be told what’s good. No weak drinks, no attitude, just good taste and people who know what they’re doing. It's difficult to find a good Spanish gin bar in the states, but I felt like this one found me. Armando, and the rest of the crew provided fantastic service, excellent drink recs and amazing vibes.

Loved our experience dining at Tropezon, from the attractive interior, the cute illustrations on the menu to the service. And the food! Absolutely delicious. Particularly enjoyed the gem lettuce salad and the skirt steak. Oh! And the pan con tomate - the bread was both crunchy and also soft in the middle where the tomatoes had seeped through. Ordered 3 tapas and 1 main to share with the hubby and it was a perfect amount.

We found this place and it had great reviews especially as a gin bar. It lived up to the reviews where the cocktails were great, especially if you like gin but they can make other things as well. They had a tomato salad of sorts that my fianceé ordered two servings of because she loved it so much! We ended there with a gin espresso martini as reviews recommended and it was a good way to end the night. The service was good. The bartender serving us was newer but make a good drink. The atmosphere was where it's at. We'll definitely come back.

We walked just past the touristy spots on Española to stumble on this appropriately named restaurant. Everything from the cocktails to the food and the service was exceptional! We started with jamon iberico, patatas bravas, and empanadas which were all fantastic! The seafood paella was perfectly prepared! Edwin provided top notch service and excellent recommendations for their crafted cocktails. Overall an exceptional experience! Do not overlook this place!

Can’t speak to the food, but love the drinks and staff! They made us feel welcome and had recommendations for drinks at the ready. We came here twice in our 3 day stay! Would absolutely recommend for an after dinner drink- reasonable prices as well!

First time dining here and will definitely be going back. Fun tapas menu concept and the food was great overall. The staff were excellent with a special nod to my server Conrad who walked me through the menu and made some great recommendations.

Conrad’s service was excellent and catered to the needs of needs of customers with professionalism and kindness. Drinks were below average and lacked passion, they used in-house mixes opposed to brand names making them taste that of rubbing alcohol, but Conrad’s service made up for the experience.

The drinks and food were interesting, well prepared and delicious. Our server Romane was outstanding!! She was lovely, attentive, and very helpful with our questions and advice. We had a wonderful evening and would definitely go back and ask for Romane!!! Thank you!!!

This place is an absolute gem, avoid all the other restaurants down the street and just come straight here. The dates, patatas bravas and mussels were absolutely delicious - fresh and full of flavor. The 512 and red sangria were both 10/10. The atmosphere and service is great, thanks Bayron for all the recommendations! The raccoons in the canoe on the wall are a nice touch as well.

We came to Tropezón to celebrate my parents’ anniversary, and the experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We arrived a bit early and waited at the bar, where Heriberto immediately took such great care of us. He even surprised my parents with some bubbly to kick off the celebration, which made them feel incredibly special and set the tone for the night. The rest of the evening was just as wonderful — the service was attentive and welcoming, the food was so delicious, and the drinks were just as good. Everything came together to make a really memorable celebration. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Romane and the entire crew at Tropezón made my birthday celebration so special. Our food was absolutely amazing and the service was over the top excellent. And those churros, yum! Plus, the place is absolutely gorgeous - such cool vibes inside and out. We will 100% be back and recommend to others!

Tropezón’s food is undeniably good—bold, vibrant flavors that make you sit up straight. But let’s cut to the chase: the portions are downright skimpy for what they’re charging. The so-called “large plates”? Someone in the kitchen has a sense of humor, because those aren’t feeding a hungry toddler, let alone a group of four adults. We dropped $350 (including tip), and while the taste was there, the value was MIA. Don’t get me wrong, I’d come back, but I’d beeline for the bar, where the drinks are great and you can pretend the plates were meant to be this small.

Tropezón Miami serves the best shishito peppers I ever ate. They are luscious, a perfect blend of smoke and salt. Charred for flavor, but not so much that they become boring dry husks — they can in fact be described as juicy, which implies freshness. The croquetas were also standouts. In a world where many things can be served in a fried ball, theirs were packed with flavor. The only negative about that dish is that it comes with only three, when after the first bite you’ll be demanding more. I am a fanatic for a good tortilla española, and will always order it when I see it on a menu. There are a lot of bad and bland editions of this dish being served — and Tropezón’s is better than many. The tuna crudo, on the other hand, underwhelmed. Its texture was slightly off-putting and the flavor was not enough to compensate. The drinks were good and the service, while quite pleasant, was a little slow.

Updating to a 4 - the food was excellent. But still, train your staff. First impressions matter. And this place just made a not great one. We had a reservation. We were forced to wait for 10 minutes while a line of walk ins in front of us were sat. I told an employee we had a reservation and she didn’t react or help us until all the walls ins were sat. We were then finally sat at probably the worst two top in the Resturant. All of the walk ins having filed in before us and multiple tables dirty and not bussed yet. The table was literally positioned between two benches. The second anyone moved, my butt cheeks were pinched together. The waiter was helpful and moved us. But word to the wise - don’t waste your time with a reservation.

Disappointing Experience with Off-Menu Classics Don’t let the fancy menu fool you. While the house cocktails (Tropezón Negroni and White Mezcal Negroni) were decent, the service fell apart when we ordered a classic Whiskey Sour. It cost $23 and was a catastrophe. They served it in a coupe glass using a smoky scotch (Johnnie Walker 12), which completely ruined the balance of the drink. A smoky Whiskey Sour is practically undrinkable unless specifically requested. It felt like a cash grab or a total lack of basic bartending knowledge. For a place in Miami Beach at this price point, you expect a bartender to know the basics. Stick to what’s printed on the menu or you'll regret it.
