Tip: The line moves quickly, and sitting outside is a good option. Be aware that the pistachio cortadito might keep you awake if you're sensitive to caffeine.

Opinions de Cortadito Miami
We love this place when we’re in Miami. The coffee and the service are second to none. Miami is saturated with hovering service but Cortatido is special. These women, it’s always been women for all the times Ive visited are genuine and caring and want you to enjoy your experience and brief stay with them. That’s special. The coffee, wow. Flavor, hot, fresh and creamy and smooth with your choice of steamed dairy/nondairy. It’s a must try. Don’t replace this with the chain we all know. When in Miami do the right thing! Cuban coffee!! The food is dependable. Unique and fresh and hot.
We were looking for Cuban Coffee when visited Miami Beach and this place popped up on Google with good reviews so we gave it a try. The store is small and only has the counter to order and pick up with a few tables inside and a few small tables outside. Their coffee was good but I don’t know if they are authentic cuban coffee so I can’t judge. I would say their coffee tastes like American coffee more than some of the cuban coffee I have tried. This doesn’t mean it’s bad though. I think what kinda missing in my opinion is the deep brown sugar flavor, maybe? I know many people are not judging coffee for those sweetener so if you just talk about coffee coffee, I don’t think you will be disappointed in this place.
Great coffee with some fantastic food options. Friendly staff who were so attentive Definately better than the starbucks and other chains! Call in and give them a try!!
Nice cozy café with great vibes and friendly staff. Tried the Pistachio Cortadito — loved the nutty flavor, though it kept me awake all night (guess I’m caffeine-sensitive 😅). The Banana Nut Bread was delicious and moist, while the Cheese Pastry and savory cheese sticks were just okay. The Matcha Strawberry Latte was a pleasant surprise — perfectly balanced and refreshing. Great spot to relax or get some work done!
☕️Cortadito is lovely! I stayed in South Beach for 5 days as I do every year in February. I managed to visit Cortadito 3 separate times, mostly because the iced coffee was delicious!!! I was able to try the same iced coffee 3 times and each time it tasted delicious, I also had a croissant one time and another pastry the third visit. The food tastes great, the service is a bit slow but I live in NY, so that is just my nature, the atmosphere is a bit sloppy; for example one day there was one open door and a locked door for no reason. The space itself is clean but just seems to lack charisma. Maybe it’s me…overall great iced coffee! Yay!
This place is a must. Hands down the best in Miami Beach. They're consistent every time, the espresso is amazing and the cortadito is the star of the show.
The latte, matcha, and smoothie were delicious! We also got the egg croissant which tasted really good as well!
We had Cortadito every single day on our trip! We tried mostly everything and it’s all amazing. The staff were very hard working and also kind. We can’t wait to have your coffee and food again in the near future.
Very nice atmosphere, we had some Cuban breakfast (we were so surprised how good it was for the price, very recommended) and also tres leches latte (delicious as well)
Excellent coffee, great atmosphere, and a really solid breakfast. Everything we tried was well made, and it was a nice place to sit and start the day. Would definitely come back.
We absolutely love this place! This is our second time visiting Miami, and we make sure to have breakfast here every morning. The Cortadito Cuban coffee and the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich are simply amazing! The flavors are incredible, and everything tastes fresh and delicious. The service is top-notch, and Yuli, Kelli, and Francy are super kind and attentive. They make us feel at home every time. We can’t wait to come back! 🥰😍
Very nice small spot for breakfast! The portions are generous, and the mix of Cuban and American dishes is delicious. Great place to start the day with a good meal and friendly atmosphere.

5 Star resort Coffee, food quality it’s outstanding but what make this place special it’s the big smiles of the employees when you walk-in thank you!
Super friendly and fast service with delicious food and coffee. I ordered the cortadito with the avocado on toast. Good portion which was super filling. The coffee was perfect, I’d been craving a decent one since landing in America and finally got it. Thriving atmosphere and good location 🙌🏽
I was so happy with my experience. The staff treated me like family, they were so kind. I loved the Avocado Toast with Eggs and Bacon and my husband had the Cuban Breakfast with ham croquettes. We also had FRESH SQUEEZED orange juice and 2 Cortaditos. I would definitely recommend this place and they have quick service.

LOVED the breakfast here! We started out with cortaditos, I got the caramel flavored one. Such a treat! My family and I picked something different for breakfast and all of the dishes were super tasty! Great presentation and it all tasted fresh. The line here moves quick, we were able to sit outside which was nice. We also got a tres leches latte and it was delicious! Will definitely stop here for breakfast again on our future Miami adventures!
We went here every day during our stay in Miami! The pistachio cortadito is so yummy and the staff is very friendly. They also play some great music.
Food was great. Got the breakfast sandwich with croquettas in it. It was delicious. The bread was pressed well and was nice and crisp, the eggs were a good fluffy scramble, and the cheese was mostly melted. The sandwiches have good size so you could easily share one. The ham croquetta in the middle completes this sandwich and makes it really something. Also, the guava bread was quite tasty with a nice soft cake, great flavor, and guava jelly bits throughout.
Went their the last day of our vacation for a breakfast sandwich before we got the road and man I wish we went a couple more times. Prices were great food was amazing. The bread was the best part nice crisp on the outside super soft in the inside. I got a breakfast sandwich with bacon. It was amazing. Most definitely recommend to anyone!
Amazing spot for Cuban food for a quick coffee or Cuban dessert they’ve got a little bit of everything. My boyfriend and I got the bowls they have one ropa vieja and the trio bowl the service is fanatastic they go above and beyond. Big thank you to Yuleidy, Flor, and Rodo! They completely made our night and experience too notch. Extremely friendly and fast just the best customer service willing to make people happy and feel good while serving up delicious food. We finsished our meal with a colada ofc which was perfect! Definitely check this place out if you love Cuban food you won’t be disappointed!
The service is amazing the food is perfect and you have to go there !! 🤩🤩🤩 I took this avocado toast and is really fresh 🫶🏼
Delicious, best Cortadito I’ve ever had. Amazing service and very friendly staff. The avocado toast was delicious. 10/10 recommended.
Spinach empanadas are tasty, especially with mustard and hot sauce. The smoothies are big and made with real fruit—no syrups or artificial flavors. The staff is friendly and patient with indecisive customers. You can eat in or take out; there are a few tables inside and some on the sidewalk. It’s not quiet, but it’s well-ventilated. I plan to return to try the coffee!
If heaven served coffee, it would taste like this. I’ve traveled far and wide, sipped espresso in Italy, and live in the PNW where coffee is life — but nothing, and I mean nothing, compares to the cortadito I had at this little Cuban coffee oasis in Miami. Run by the unstoppable trio of Kelly, Yuli, and Mayu, this place is not just a coffee shop — it’s a vibe, a feeling, a movement. The second you walk in, you’re hit with the rich aroma of freshly pulled Cuban espresso and flaky pastelitos that make your knees buckle. But it’s the warmth, the banter, the pure joy that these three bring to the counter that makes you wonder: Am I in Miami, or did I accidentally walk into a magical alternate dimension where the coffee is perfect and everyone’s soul is fed? Their cortadito is a creamy, velvety miracle — just the right balance of strength and sweetness, topped with that signature Cuban espuma that makes you close your eyes after the first sip and whisper, “Oh my God.” The pastries? Flaky, buttery, and completely unfair to every other pastry that’s ever existed. Do yourself a favor: run, don’t walk. Cancel your plans. Book a flight if you have to. Kelly, Yuli, and Mayu aren’t just making coffee — they’re creating moments. And this little Cuban shop? It’s serving liquid poetry in a cup. Five stars aren’t enough. Ten wouldn’t do it justice. Just go. Your soul (and taste buds) will thank you.
Fun Miami vibes!!! The food and drinks are very latina-influenced, with traditional options like a coladita and ham croquets but in a very trendy, fun, modern flare. Super great spot along Miami SoBe and very reasonably priced. If you’re looking for a great start to your day, this place is sure to give you a warm welcome into Miami! We got 2 coladitas (which are my favorite cuban coffees and a must try in Miami if you’ve never had!), a pistachio latte, a guava pastery (all pictured), a breakfast sandwhich, and the pan con tortilla. Everything was amazing! Mayu, Kally, and Yuly were so energetic and friendly! Loved this place!
This was our every morning spot while at Miami Beach!! The ladies were the BEST!! Thank Mayo, Yoly, Kelly and Liauy. Everyday they were the perfect baristas!! The coffee here on Point!! (We had both hot and iced Vanilla Lattes with Almond Milk). I had the Breakfast avocado daily and my husband the ham, egg and cheese croissant!!! Can not recommend this place any more!! Thank you ladies!!!!
If you're looking for good Cuban coffee then you need to come here. The atmosphere itself just brings good positive vibes to you. The energy of the staff members make you want to stay there for a longer time. Even though the shop is very small it's comfortable and cozy. 10/10 on the drinks that we got. Make sure you grab a bite to eat as well. Unfortunately we didn't have time to have a meal but the presentation looks fabulous. Update: Day#2 - we went back for the iced latte and breakfast. 100% worth it !
My review below was for the Lincoln Street coffee shop. But apparently, when you review one of their chains, they put the review for all of their chains. I went to the Washington Street coffee shop today and the staff is not nearly half as good as the Lincoln Street. Staff at Washington Street has no idea what the products are that they carry if they have alternative milks that are unsweetened or sweetened. The woman that took my order was extremely rude. Didn't want to be bothered answering any questions, nor did she even know the information to answer any questions. Yet she works there. The Cortada was still one of the better ones I'd received anywhere in the city so far by the beach Wow, I finally found a great coffee shop near the beach. The flavor of my Cornado is spot on delicious. I tried four different coffee shops before I found this amazing one. Presentation was decent and the flavor was amazing. The barista friendliness average to subpar, but my great cup of coffee made up for that. Ultimately what we want in a coffee shop is an amazing coffee. It's nice to have a fancy workspace and it's nice to have friendly amazing staff but in the end what I really want is the best espresso I can get. This place threw me for a loop because when I saw it online, it didn't have the greatest ratings. And the signs I saw in the background of the photos made it look kind of like a fast food place so it turned me off. I'm glad I tried it out anyways my fourth try Lol I'll be back tomorrow. Definitely great espresso and Cortas here. One other sidenote, they also had the correct size cup for my Cortado. The other coffee shops I had visited did not. For me that's a sign right off the bat they don't know what they're doing. Lol.
One of the best breakfast & coffee places in South beach. It’s unfortunate I visited it on my last day. I had an oat milk iced latte and an American breakfast 🥞 🥓🍳 I saw that they are going to open soon in Beickel city center. Good luck and thank you for the great service, food and drinks! 🙏🏻
love this coffee place! decent coffee & it’s consistent at every location. Delicious empanadas as well.

The coffee was delicious. I got a guava and cream cheese pastry that was excellent. I stopped in here many times to get my cuban coffee fix while in Miami Beach.
Good coffee—we tried hot café con leche with oat milk, iced café con leche, and iced oat latte. All drinks were really good. The place has cozy indoor seating and a few outdoor tables, but they’re right on the sidewalk so people passing by can be a bit distracting. It usually gets busy. We also tried the Cuban bread egg sandwich, and it was ok. Servers were friendly and nice. Overall great spot for coffee.
I loved my time here! I ordered a vanilla latte and it was sweet but not overly sweet. The espresso had a nice flavor. If you prefer a stronger coffee get a less sweet latte. Overall the atmosphere was great. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the music was loud enough to hear and fit the vibe of the coffee house but wasn’t overly loud to where you couldn’t have a conversation with the person next to you.
Quite the coffee house in Miami Beach. Great breakfast menu, from pastries, savory empanadas to avocado toast. Tried the Traditional Cortadito and Caramel Cortadito, can’t go wrong with any of them, they are delicious if you’re a hot coffee drinker. Staff is super nice, place is extremely clean. Loved it so much, went there for breakfast two days in a row. The place is fairly small, heads up if you’re in a big group. It wasn’t super busy during the weekdays, however I cannot attest to the crowds on the weekends. Highly recommended if looking for a quick delicious bite without spending too much.
Exceptionally good Cuban Coffee, especially to be in South Beach, food also great from the sandwiches to the hot pastries, both savoury and sweet. Staff is very friendly although very busy, it gets busy very quickly at certain times and not a huge number of sits, however mind there are a few at the back so don't be intimidated. Really worth a visit, it has more of a Little Havana vibes than SOBE.
I stopped by this Cuban coffee and sandwich spot in Miami, and I’m honestly blown away. Their pistachio coffee was out of this world — so smooth, creamy, and full of flavor. I’m usually not a fan of espresso, but theirs completely changed my mind. This might actually be the best coffee I’ve ever had in Miami. Every sip was unforgettable. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and check this place out — you won’t regret it!
We stayed nearby and went there every day for a cortado. The coffee is really good, but what makes it even better is the service from the staff (Francis, Mayu and Yuli), who were always very kind and welcoming, with a smile on their face. Since we went every day, they even remembered our names and our order. I highly recommend it.
Oh my gooosshhhhhh I can’t begin to express how much I love Cortadito. When I first came to Miami last year I was in desperate need for some coffee. I’ve always heard of how amazing Cuban coffee is. I’m from southern California and though we have some great coffee shops, I wanted to experience something different. After some yelp searches I found Cortadito and fell in love with all of the pictures. Even better, it was a block away from my hotel. The from of the place is a beautiful green. I walked in and awesome music is place, the welcomes were lovely. Their lunch menu is incredible. The sandwich options are delicious. And, the coffee option are to drool for. I had never heard of a lot of them and the staff was more than happy to explain to me what they are. I ended up getting a cortadido, which is a Cuban espresso with hot milk (almond milk for me). Oohhh I got exactly what I asked for. I was in love and became addicted 😂 during my stay I came 2 more times, one of those times a brought someone with me and she loved it. I’m here in Miami again and I’m so thankful because I’m able to come back here. I’m currently have a Cuban sandwich and a cafe bon bon. On top of all of that, the service is incredible 🥹 the staff is immaculate, patient for indecisive people like me. Please please give this place a try if you’re looking for a lunch and coffee. Before I forget, their breakfast is freaking amazing as well.
Super friendly and fast service with delicious food and coffee. I ordered the cortadito with the avocado on toast. Good portion which was super filling. The coffee was perfect, I’d been craving a decent one since landing in America and finally got it. Thriving atmosphere and good location 🙌🏽
We stopped here to try our first Cuban coffee and we were not disappointed. It was exactly what we'd hoped for. It was reasonably priced and service was fast. There was a line, but it moved very quickly. This place is definitely worth a try!
We visited this coffee place to try their famous Cuban coffee. We ordered Cortadito coffee and some savory treats like chicken croquettes and empanadas. The coffee was unique and quite different from the typical South American coffee we usually find in coffee shops. The savory items were fresh and delicious. It’s a great place to catch up with friends over coffee.
We ordered the caramel flan iced latte and it was just average. Got half sweet and still very sweet. Not worth it for an almost $10 coffee.
This is a nice little cafe right on Washington Ave in the heart of SoBe. The ladies working behind the counter are very nice. If you are confused about the menu or how to order they are very helpful. The coffee and sandwiches were very good as was my taco. Definitely worth going if you want a break from the madness of SoBe.
We headed out for Denny’s only to find out it had permanently closed lol. We ended up at this spot instead. There was a line, which was a win, and the food itself was actually delicious. The portions were a little on the small side for the price.
Cortadito is such a cute spot and quickly became my go-to every morning while visiting. I tried the strawberry matcha, chicken empanadas, spinach empanada, guava and cheese pastry, mocha cortado, and vanilla latte. The empanadas and the mocha cortado were my absolute favourites, while the vanilla latte lacked flavor. Overall, a great spot to start the day with lots of options and cozy vibes.
Nice place, well decorated, many options for breakfast or quick meals. We ordered the avocado toast and alfajor and it was amazing. The issue here was the service. A complete mess. From order to pickup. It took 10 min to order (line to use the tablet), and more 20 to pick my order. Also part of the staff cannot speak English well so it’s complicated the communication.

This cafe is a great spot to get out of the sun for a second, grab a sweet or savory snack, and a.nice authentic Cuban coffee. I prefer this location because it is all indoors and in the air conditioning. One of my favorite things to get is the flan varietal of the iced coffee. They have all dairy substitutions for those like me who want something other than cow's milk. I've recently tried their individually-wrapped baked goods, specifically the banana bread, and it was spectacular. They have Cuban breakfasts and other fare like the croquetas, tequenos, and papas rellenos along with the guava pastry we've all come to love. The people here are friendly and inviting. A detail that keeps me.suggesting this place whenever I have a meeting in this area. Price is what you'd expect on the beach without it being overpriced. Do go, A Plus Recommends
Food is OK. Coffee is a European size, no sugar in 2 orders. Avacacado toast too oily. Pan cakes are 5inch big. Better to Order online. Table was clean but sticky.
Cortadito Coffee House – South Beach’s Hidden Gem ☕🥑 If you’re looking for a great coffee spot in South Beach, Cortadito Coffee House is a must-visit. Their coffee is rich and flavorful, perfect for a morning pick-me-up. The avocado toast is one of the best in the area—simple, fresh, and a healthy way to start the day. And if you’re in the mood for something sweet, the guava and cheese pastry is absolutely delicious! The shop is small, so one of the best ways to enjoy it is grabbing breakfast to go—maybe even taking it to the beach for the perfect start to your morning. Definitely worth a stop!
Cortadito Coffee House on Washington Ave is a cute place for coffee and they're open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can can either other with someone at the counter or order place an yourself with the kiosk, which makes the lines move quick. The service was quick as well. I got my food and coffee within minutes. I order a caramel flan latte, expresso with sweet condensed milk, their breakfast avocado toast, chicken croquettes, ham and cheese empanada and ducle de Leche alfajor box. Everything was good.
I had a quick but satisfying coffee experience at Cortadito, where I stopped in for my Cafecito fix. I decided to try out the cortado, and it did not disappoint, smooth, strong, and exactly what I needed to power through the day. After a less-than-stellar experience with a Cafe Bombon at Lifeguard located near here, this was the perfect pick-me-up. The café itself was nice and clean, with a positive, energetic vibe that you'd expect from a good coffee shop. While I only tried the cortado, it left a great impression. If you're in the area and need a solid cup of coffee, give Cortadito a try, you won't be disappointed.
Super cute spot. Food and drinks a little lacking. I got the cilantro lime chicken bowl and it just was lacking flavor. My sister got the traditional Cuban bowl and it was definitely the better choice. I also got the pistachio cortado but honestly didn’t taste like there was any pistachio in there. We also waited 20 minutes for our bowls and they were not busy.

The tres leches latte and the tropical smoothie were SO GOOD, but the pressed breakfast sandwiches were a little meh. The place has super loud music, which can be a little much, and most importantly, they do not have restrooms, which makes it completely impossible to stick around and work from here. I guess that's not what they intended either as they also don't have wifi, but I feel like a breakfast place should still have bathrooms.
Great place for coffee to go. The coffees are very good! Probably not recommend it for a full breakfast tho. 10$ for 2 pancakes, a bit of scrambled eggs and cold bacon on a paper plate with plastic cutlery, I expected a bit better. But for a coffee to go, it's worth it. (No restrooms)
The coffee was good. It was my first time ordering here. The lady at the cash register was nice and helpful, the lady who was distributing drinks was not so great. Try the cookies, alfajores de pistachio or alfajores de dulce de leche. I bought both, and shared with my family, we all liked them!
Chef leaves door wide open to let light literally engulf the entire customer seating area which killed the atmosphere and asked for a sweet matcha but it’s not... $8.00 lost and the place wasn’t even busy, but I didn’t complain just had a gut feeling this place was going to get it wrong. Oh wait just found the sweetness at the bottom of the cup and it tasted awful. Not coming back here again.
Was excited to try this new spot as a Cuban-Miami native visiting back home, but my cafe con leche was more like a luke-warm leche con un poquitico cafe 🥲 unfortunately they also gave me a small after I ordered a large, but I couldn’t switch it out as I had already been waiting for a while and was in a time crunch. Staff are sweet and atmosphere is very cute, I just wish the coffee was better.
I have to give this restaurant one star because I had stomachache after having breakfast at this restaurant. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffe, they tasted nice. But after that breakfast, I had stomachache for the rest of the day. It ruins my day. I had to go to restroom almost every hour. It's so terrible.
for $5 the drink is two sips and tastes horrible. it’s just an overpriced shot of espresso. people are mean, uncaring, and unhelpful. the cup is probably 2 inches tall and you can close your hand around it it’s that small. please don’t fall for this scam
Terrible experience- extremely rude. Very frustrating to try to support a "local" coffee shop instead of grabbing Starbucks 1 block closer to the beach and have such an awful experience with the woman taking the order and the one making the coffee. This place reminded me of why Miami has such a bad reputation for rudeness.
What I’ve learned about Miami is no matter how a business advertises themselves, not one of them knows how to make a proper coffee. I just came for a cappuccino with oat milk and it’s horrible. Don’t order coffee from this place unless you like the taste or cheap coffee beans. Not worth the $7 I paid, not even worth it if it were a free coffee. Business in Miami need to step it up.
