Located in South Beach, Miami. Street Parking and Must Pay for Parking. Nice Atmosphere with Decor. Server was Friendly. Brunch was Amazing. The 305 Omelette was a great choice the sweet plantains gave a great sweet taste to the dish. The Natti Vice Mimosa was an excellent choice to accompany the breakfast dish. Very pleased with the Brunch Menu and Options. Will be back to try more Options.

Great established, accommodated us by holding our reservation because we got lost. Great customer service Feddie was amazing. Great food and milkshakes, Definitely should try the platter with macaroni bites, wings, strips and onion rings. Burger was loaded with but burger and fries lacked seasoning. Blackened chicken Sandwich also lacked seasoning. Their milkshakes will always be the highlight of my visit. Great portion size on menu items

I recently dined at Sugar Factory in Miami Beach, and I must say, it was an experience worth sharing. The ambiance was fantastic, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. The music added to the overall vibe and made for a delightful dining experience. The restaurant itself was beautifully designed, creating a visually pleasing setting. The drinks were a highlight, with a variety of options to choose from, all of which were delightful. As for the food, we tried a range of dishes, including chicken and waffles, spinach dip, birria tacos, and chicken fajitas. Each dish was a flavor explosion, and I couldn't get enough. The chicken and waffles were a perfect blend of sweet and savory, while the birria tacos had a rich and satisfying flavor. The spinach dip and chicken fajitas were equally delicious and left us wanting more. It's definitely a place worth visiting.

It just opened and the place is so beautifully decorated. I love Halloween. The four cheese ham sandwich was delicious. I ordered the butterfinger shake and it was to die for. My friend ordered the spooky sliders and he loved it. I recommend this place. I for sure will go again.

Wow! Place was beautifully decorated for Valentine's day. We made reservations for sunday afternoon since this area is always busy. We were pleasantly surprised there was plenty of availability. Fernando our server was great. Food items were huge and delicious! Everything tasted great and really felt like it was made with love and care. We couldnt eat it all and now have plenty of left overs. Careful though, everything looks so good, that you might over order like we did, and will have to pay a very large bill. Enjoy!!!

Luis the bartender was the best! The service was excellent and he made our experience great. We tried the Watermelon Patch drink and it was amazing super refreshing and full of flavor. We also ordered 8 Buffalo wings and 8 Garlic Parmesan wings, and both were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is a must, very welcoming and enjoyable. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

The whole restaurant was decked out for Halloween, which made the vibe even better. Definitely worth stopping in if you’re looking for a fun atmosphere and unique drinks.

Indoors is small, outdoor area is good only if they had the tables on a deck or something and not have the tables close to the bathrooms, also there are air-conditions in that was dripping water into our table almost going into our food and drinks. Service wasn't good at all. we sat there for about 30 minutes before we got seen just when we were about to get up and walk out a waiter finally came and attended to us. There's nothing amazing about sugar factory food. This place is basically for the kids & adults to enjoy the drinks, but i have to say the lobster ravioli will be my go to whenever we go back to sugar factory.

I went while on vacation in south beach. We were the first people there on a Monday morning. We were waited on by yuengling. He was amazing and welcoming. I only got cheese fries since I intended to come for brunch but they only serve brunch on the weekends. The fries were fresh and delicious and I can’t wait to come back for brunch!

Eliseo and Yani were amazing!! Very excellent and speedy service!! The drinks were delicious and the food was great. We mentioned it was our anniversary, and they went above and beyond for us. Additionally, we came in just before closing, and they still took care of us with red carpet service. The meatballs were amazing and the ribeye was cooked perfectly. You must check out this place and ask for Yani next time you’re around here.

The moment we arrived he directed us without even knowing we was coming to the sugar factory. This was our first time here and it was wonderful. The drinks were lovely and it was pure vibes. Mom’s club sandwich was massive she loved it! The fried mac & cheese pops were so good, little pink slider burgers were outstanding I’m definitely having them next time. Service from Eliseo was great & there was even a photographer that came around to take complementary small photos of us & we liked them so much we bought some photos! We came here for the "Instafamous" drinks and based on some reviews, were expecting the food to be lackluster.....however, I had the best buffalo chicken sandwich I've ever had in my entire life. The drink presentation was definitely worth bragging about on social media and it wasn't overly sugary and was also very good! I 10/10 recommend this place and we will definitely come back again and get another drink and try a sundae for 2!

Everything was very good, food was delicious, service was great especially from Eliseo. Very good place to come for birthdays and celebrations. The food was yummy! Rose had the Pink Princess sliders and they were amazing! I love fried calamari, and this was the best I have had in many years!

We came in here just for a few slices of cake to-go but we loved the atmosphere! Super cute place. The staff was friendly and even gave us cups of water while we waited. The cake was great and they did not skimp on the whip cream. Highly recommend!

Our Delicious Food was Served Hot and Fresh!! The Restaurant has Inside and outside seatings. The Restaurant is Hugh, great for Parties, Family Gatherings. This is a brutally honest review of my first time here, for me niece’s 11th birthday. Upon entering, the vibe was exactly what I expected- intense, vibrant decor, good music , bright colors, etc. Adonis, the host greeted us and was polite at first. We were seated quickly. I preceded to ask Adonis (away from our table) if there was anything special they could do for the birthday girl. I explained that I was informing him (in private) in order to keep the birthday celebration a surprise. He informed me that I had to tell the server. After some back and forth he became condescending and rude about the whole situation, stating that I “didn’t let him explain”, eventhough I repeatedly asked for clarification. Genesis was our server. She was attentive and thorough, doing her best to make our experience a positive one. The food was expensive and was basically the same quality as what is served in public school or county jail. To elaborate further, a couple people at my table said they like their food. Everything I tried was anywhere from bad to okay. The milkshakes were outstanding though. The highlight of our day was the photographer, Oksana. She worked magic with her camera and managed to take some outstanding pics, which we ended up buying. In summary, this place is fine for the experience, definitely not the food. Would I come here again? No. Would I come here again if I were 14 years old? Probably.

We had reservations for 8 at 11am for brunch. Upon arrival only 1 other table was seated so no wait to be seated. It took 20 minutes to get water. It took another 20 minutes to get one coffee. The other 2 my friends ordered never came. The food we received after being there for an hour was good for most. 2 friends got the veggie omelette which instead of veggies listed on menu put different veggies in it. When asked because my friend didn't like broccoli substituted for spinach they said they are out and took $10 off the bill. The rest of food was good. Place was really cute but our service was so bad. Also parking is ridiculous.

The food was okay. Desserts were great. Asked for birthday to be sung, they confirmed at check in and before we sat. Then, they didn’t sing when they brought out dessert and told us they would have to do it after they sang to a girl who was having her birthday party there. They wanted to sing after we were half way through our dessert. Also, we ordered the skillet and the ice cream is supposed to be served at the table. I asked about it and was told the device was broken. I asked for a manager and he said he would go get the device (in other words the server didn’t want to take the time to do it the correct way). Manager made it right but just a disappointed overall for my wife’s birthday. We won’t be back.

The only great thing was the food. Our service was horrible. We had to get the manager Julia (I believe) to help take our order as Dary our waitresses wasn’t very attentive and only came to our table two times.

I usually refrain from writing negative reviews, but my recent visit to Sugar Factory in Miami Beach was so horrendously bad, it deserves a special mention. First off, the service was abysmal. The waitress seemed completely disinterested in serving us. She lacked basic knowledge about the menu, which is a fundamental aspect of her job. To make matters worse, she botched our order, bringing the wrong dishes and then had the audacity to be annoyed when we pointed out her mistake. Thirsty? Good luck getting water at this place. Despite asking three times, our request was blatantly ignored. As for the ambiance, it felt more like being in a nightclub than a restaurant. The deafening noise level made any attempt at conversation a futile endeavor. But here’s the kicker: they have the nerve to charge a mandatory 20% service fee, which isn't clearly disclosed on the menu. That's not just poor service; it's borderline deceptive. And just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, they charged us twice for this miserable experience. We're still in the process of getting the duplicate charge refunded. This was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I've ever had in Miami Beach. My advice? Save your time and money. There are plenty of wonderful places to eat in Miami Beach that actually value their customers and know how to run a restaurant.

If I could give this Sugar Factory location zero stars, I absolutely would. You can bet your bottom dollar that neither I nor my family will ever return to this establishment. We were a party of around 12, celebrating my niece’s Sweet 16. While we did arrive about 40 minutes late to our reservation — which we understood was our fault — we were seated outside. That was fine. However, the issues really began once we placed our orders. The food itself was mediocre at best, but the service we received from one particular waitress was downright unacceptable. Three of the kids in our party ordered steak, including my 16-year-old son. The first steak arrived cooked medium-well with a side of fries, the second was well-done with traditional fries, and the third was a completely different dish — a "Kona" steak topped with mushrooms, which none of the kids ordered. When I pointed out that my son does not eat mushrooms and likely didn’t order that dish, the waitress insisted he had ordered the Kona steak. She then turned to my son and asked him directly, “You ordered the Kona steak, right?” He didn’t have a menu to reference and, feeling unsure, just nodded. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the waitress then said something along the lines of, “Well, what do you want me to do? Who’s going to eat this?” All of this was unfolding while the birthday girl still hadn’t received her meal. When her steak finally arrived, we questioned the preparation, assuming it may have also been incorrect. At that point, the same waitress — apparently standing behind us — walked over and defensively stated, “Well, that wasn’t my fault the first time.” I was stunned. Customer service like this an excusable! Word of advice to the management: Train your staff on basic hospitality and professionalism. As for me, I’ll be making sure my large network of friends, family, and colleagues steer clear of this place.
