Eccezionale!!!!
We ate very well! Everything was really good. The owner is friendly and very pleasant. The pizza was cheesy and delicious! As a celiac, I felt satisfied and safe.
The pizza is good, and so are the homemade desserts. Average prices. My only complaint is that the staff is overly formal and a bit cold.
What can I say about this wonderful restaurant? The staff are knowledgeable, attentive, and the owners are always present in the kitchen and dining room, serving and pampering their guests. The restaurant is very spacious, with a vast menu ranging from meat to fish. The air conditioning is a real plus. For anyone staying in Rivoli, I highly recommend it for both lunch and dinner. Last but not least, many of the products are handcrafted, meaning they're home-grown. Despite the excellent quality and quantity, the prices are truly excellent.
The restaurant in question is a place that I have had the pleasure of frequenting both for work and with family and every time I leave more than satisfied. What strikes me most is the authenticity of the raw materials used, which translates into dishes with an authentic and genuine flavour. The owner, Mrs. Laura, is the true beating heart of the restaurant. With his kindness, his availability and his ever-present smile, he manages to make the culinary experience even more pleasant. His ability to pamper customers, even with tailor-made off-menu dishes, is truly unique and makes you feel at home. I cannot fail to mention Mrs. Barbara, who, with her impeccable hospitality and helpfulness, makes every visit to the restaurant an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have an authentic and genuine dining experience.
Very good!
This is my first time dining here, and I was very impressed. The place is very clean, the service is impeccable, fast, and attentive to customer needs. The products are top-quality, and the pizzas are numerous, with a variety of unique flavors. The menu is visible via a QR code on the dining table, which is very elegant and hygienic. The prices are very good. My compliments to the entire staff. I'll definitely be back.
In the kitchen, they're attentive and knowledgeable, creating excellent food, always adding surprises to the menu. From the starters, to the pizzas, to the main courses, and last but not least, the spectacular desserts, which are always different and all strictly gluten-free. In the dining room, I was greeted by Barbara's professionalism and friendliness, who was able to recommend the daily specials, making me feel more like a guest than a customer. We stumbled upon this place by chance, and it's now become a regular stop.

L’ambiente è grande, la pizza non è male ma ne ho mangiate di migliori. Per fortuna avevamo prenotato ma comunque per ordinare abbiamo dovuto chiamare noi il cameriere.
They have gluten-free pizza, which is a good plus, but the dough is quite heavy, even the regular one. Anyway, it's okay if you're in the area and crave pizza, like we were.
I often stop at this restaurant for pizza before heading to France, and I have to say I've always had a great time. The pizzas are always good. But today I ordered three pizzas, including a small one that cost the same as a large one, which is a shame (I ordered a small one simply because it was for a 3-year-old and I didn't want to waste it).
Very good restaurant/pizzeria. I've been there twice with friends, and since I'm celiac, I ordered gluten-free options. Both times, they brought appetizers to the table, which were gluten-free and very good. They make excellent gluten-free pizzas and focaccias, and the staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. I ordered the lard and rosemary focaccia both times. The first time, it was perfect; the second time, it was a bit salty, but still very good. I recommend it; good value for money and good food quality!
Good food. Verry good wine and homemade prossecco
Pizzeria located in Rivoli inside the Prisma office center. I'll start by saying I've tried the pizza twice, both times for takeout. Thin-crust pizza with decent-quality ingredients; the porchetta on the Orvietana pizza is excellent. The fries, however, are awful. Prices are average, with all pizzas starting at €8.
The quality of the food is excellent, as is the service and attentiveness of the owners and staff. Because I've been frequenting this restaurant for a long time and really appreciate it, I chose to leave a 3-star review as a constructive feedback, hoping it might be helpful. Unfortunately, after some time away due to business travel, I've noticed some things that have left me rather disappointed. The portions, both for starters and main courses, are a bit too small for current prices (which I don't question, given the quality) and for the style of service that sets you apart: a family-friendly atmosphere where more generous dishes are expected, almost trattoria-style. I also find it very problematic that people leave the restaurant with food-smelling clothes. In a context like yours, that shouldn't happen, and it's especially inconvenient for those whose jobs involve contact with the public. This has happened to me several times, even in the past, both during business lunches (to the point that some colleagues chose not to return) and at weekend dinners with family, where we found ourselves having to leave our clothes out for a couple of days. On one occasion, as we were leaving, we even overheard some customers, after paying and leaving, complaining in annoyance about the same problem. I sincerely hope this review will be taken as a constructive contribution, since you are a pleasant establishment; but I hope these issues, which many probably notice without having the courage to point out and simply choosing not to return, deserve proper attention.
The food was decent. The same goes for the restaurant... anonymous but still clean and tidy. What's off-putting is the owner's arrogant obtuseness... a shame, because all the wait staff are courteous and friendly.
A place where we meet every year with a group of friends, I have to say that this last time I was a bit disappointed. Comparing ourselves with others, we all came to the same conclusions: - the size of the pizzas has decreased by 15-20%, I don't remember last year's prices so I don't want to write inaccuracies - desserts went from €6 to €8 with a significant reduction in quantity but especially quality - the wait was considerable - the glass of wine (€5) was truly low quality - the icing on the cake was that we paid an extra cover charge (€3) despite having pointed out that one of our friends had cancelled in the afternoon. Now, since it's written everywhere in the place "restaurant owners with passion," it seems to me that the passion has faded and they're looking at a different P... I'm very sorry, but I don't recommend it.
We went to this restaurant for dinner with friends. The wait was quite long—over 30 minutes—but we weren't in a particular hurry, so it wasn't a problem. The owner was very friendly and attentive, especially to one of our guests with celiac disease, who felt welcomed and greatly appreciated the gluten-free pizza. Unfortunately, the downside came with the second course. My husband ordered grilled fish and left me the tentacles, which we thought were octopus. Upon first tasting, I immediately noticed an unpleasant flavor and an unusual texture, so much so that I suspected the fish wasn't fresh. Another person at the table had the same impression. When my husband pointed this out to the waiter, the owner promptly intervened, explaining that it was actually squid and that the flavor was due to its natural intensity. With that, she left without a response or further explanation. I was genuinely surprised by this attitude. I'm well acquainted with the taste of calamari, and what I tasted didn't seem normal to me, neither in taste nor texture. A little more openness to discussion would have been enough to avoid this unpleasant outcome. It's a shame, because the restaurant has potential—friendly service, attention to intolerances—but the way this situation was handled left me feeling disappointed.
