Sharky’s in Radford was recommended by a friend, so we gave it a try. We arrived around 4pm, so only a few customers were in. We ordered from the lunch menu, which had surprisingly reasonable prices. The photos show most of what we ordered except the Ahi tuna salad was ordered with the chili option. The cup of chili was exceptional and had just a perfect tinge of heat. The Ahi tuna salad with the ginger scallion dressing was just as delicious. A beer from a local brewery was ordered with this meal. The Chipotle Chicken Philly sub was very good and was served with unseasoned waffle fries, which were fresh and had lots of potato flavor. Service was spot on, with constant refresh of water and tea. Total bill without tip was $30, including the entrees, side dishes, and beer. We will return to Sharky’s even though it is 45 minutes away. Don’t let the unassuming storefront mislead you… there’s a lot of good inside.

Wow! What a great place! The service is always exceptional and the food delicious! We got the brownie Sunday last time and it was A-mazing!! I would highly recommend. Late night can be a little loud sometimes but the music is good! 🎶♥️ the steak salad is my favourite! Yum 😋 my boyfriend always gets the wings of course. Tuesday nights they have Bingo!

We came in town for business and wanted something local. We nailed it with Sharkey's. Had a great time. The food was great along with the service. Food came out fast and hot. Plenty of tv's to watch any sporting event you wanted to. It will be a must stop if we come back to town.

Grateful for the vegan options. 💚 We ordered beyond burgers with vegan cheeze and buns. The service was great! They offer outdoor 🐶 pup friendly dinning and THE BEST Happy Hour prices! 🍹

Great sports bar/wing joint in Radford. Was down in Radford Sunday night for an early appointment at the surgery center up the road and was given a recommendation by by VT grad brother to check out Sharkey's. Excellent tip brother! Sharkey's is a large sports bar with at least 30 TVs all around the room with just about every sport imaginable playing. We were seated quickly and our server was very nice. My son and I were hankering for wings so but there was an interesting appetizer we wanted to try so got the Crabby Fries...Cajun crab dip over seasoned waffle fries. Sure it was a bit of a heart attack on a plate but boy were they tasty. For the wings we split a half-bucket (25 wings) getting half mild garlic and half honey siracha. The wings were cooked to perfection and very good. To top it all of, we had the chocolate chip brownie a la mode for dessert, which was also very good. Overall a great experience.

Super crowded, but a great place to eat, so we toughed-out the 20 minute wait. Waitstaff was perfect & you'll need to have Ben make all your cocktails; he's very skilled. Not a long wait for food & you get chips & corn salsa immediately. Also a great place to grab a shot of some rare & top shelf whiskeys & tequila (as available). We tasted a 10 year aged Old Rip Van Winkle tonight, & last time, we tasted a 12 year aged Van Winkle Special Reserve (Lot B).

We lucked out and stumbled into this nice restaurant about 4 miles off the highway on main Street. Wings were awesome and so was the crab dip. We also had the Bison burger. This day they have a buy one get one free deal, but we were on the road and couldn't take the extra. They came by and gave us pint and shot glasses as a gift. Class act. Ryan, our server was attentive from the time we walked in until we left. Great guy. If ever in the area again we will definitely return.

Great beer selection and the menu is extensive of the food you enjoy most with beer (wings, burgers, sandwiches, fries, etc.). The burgers and tots have always been good. The nachos aren't engineered that well. So much stuff the chips are soggy and you need to eat with a fork. To my taste the chili is too sweet and the cheese sauce is not my thing. But it is a hefty portion. Service can sketchy when the bar is full, but they try hard. On another trip we had to reconsider the atmosphere; it is just what you think a college bar would be. But plenty of locals enjoy the food and the TVs on every wall. We had some wraps instead of burgers and found them delicious and filling. Their tots are always great.

Honestly skip the ribs. Boiled or steamed then sauced and barely grilled. They have no bark, no rub I could detect, and have never seen smoke. Also mine came out cold in the middle (like out of a redigerator cold). I expected a lot more from something literally in the name of the establishment. Maybe the wings rock, I didn't try. For reference I have managed 2 BBQ joints over my career.

I’d give zero stars if I could. On 9/19/25 (check#197) I placed a curbside order for 2 boneless chicken wings meals with fries. One order was up charged bc I added cheese sauce and bacon. I received a text message stating to click the link when arrived and it would be brought out to my car. I have an infant so this was the best option for me. I received a text stating it was ready, so I promptly pulled up and clicked the link. Waited almost 15 minutes and when no one was clearly coming out, called the store. The person on the phone was confused and it took almost 10 minutes for them to understand what I was talking about. Finally the food came freshly cold and soggy! I paid $41.41, for 2 orders and even left a tip even though I wasn’t dining in. The one order I paid $3.25 to upgrade to cheese sauce and bacon on my fries and did not receive the cheese sauce and fries….on either order! Also, I received 6 “chicken nuggets”, I say nuggets because they were hardly wings, and was supposed to receive 8. Long story somewhat short, I will not be returning! Disappointing!!! Especially with the amount of money spent! Do better!

The food was bland, and very expensive. 10 wing halves, with no side other than a celery stick, and soft drink for $25. The service was horrible, I was only one of three in the building. Parking is a nightmare and flies around the food. See picture.
