No one does roast beef and curly fries better!

My husband really likes the fish sandwiches. He declares it's better than any other fast food chain restaurant, hands down.

This is a great location. The service was top notch. I ordered a single item waited less than 5 minutes in the drive thru, received my item and left. Just to provide you more insight on the location. It's located on the right side of Sunrise Blvd going east toward the beach the fork. To get there take the beach exit where the road splits to get to the Arby's. Bon appetite.

I love Arby's food. In my opinion this is the best location. I go here often and I never have a bad experience. The young man named Woods is super friendly and helpful. Nice, hard working and polite young man. His manager should be proud of him. Thank you Arby's and Woods for always giving me great food with AWESOME customer service. It means a lot! 😊

The fish sandwiches are great! I wish they were available all year. The staff at this location are wonderful: friendly and helpful with special orders, and they take care to make sure the order is accurate. Today Kimar was at the window and was very nice. When they don't have the fish sandwiches you can get the Market Turkey and Swiss sandwich without the turkey if you want to skip the meat. And, this location has switched to paper straws, which are better for the environment.

Always love a good Arby's Roast Beef and Cheddar. This was no exception. Drive thru was quick and efficient. Food was hot. Potato cakes fresh from the deep fryer. A delicious option on the fast food circuit. Lots of different items to choose from. Burgers get old, not much for tacos. Nice change of taste.

Oh my this is gooooooood food. I had the prime rib sub with curly fries and a roast beef cheddar sandwich. Delicious. Mouth watering choices on menu. Great, affordable prices. Staff was friendly and professional. Hard working. Restaurant was clean and bright. I highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner. We picked up Arby's roast beef sandwiches, curly fries and Jamocha shakes. We haven't had this brand of 'fast food' since the store on Oakland Park Blvd closed many years ago. It did not disappoint. Roast beef was exactly how we remembered it, hot and fresh, and the Arby sauce was the same too which was a double bonus. We always asked for extra packets in the old days and they doled it out like you were stealing it to resell lol. (Curly fries were cold and greasy though.) The shakes were just as we remembered them, really flavorful. Brought back many good memories. It was a pricey dinner for 3 ppl but the newspaper coupons made it more reasonable. Definitely worth the trip down memory lane👍👍

Best service I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in a while, literally every person I saw leaving the place rang the bell. The workers are so attentive in welcoming every person walking in and making sure people found their food to their expectations. They were also pretty friendly and attentive to keeping the place clean.

Love the food here and it's right near my house so it's so tempting. The customer service is great at the store on Sunrise and 15th.. everyone is always so nice and I have never had a problem. My kids love the shakes the best but they have allot of competition there..

Always love going to any Arby's .I just live the turkey, bacon ,ranch, cheese market place sandwich. The flavor is always spot on its so big that I always save half for the next day.

The best fast food drive thru in ALL of Fort lauderdale... the staff are always cheerful, professional and the orders are precise every time. This is the only place I can order, pay and drive off without checking it. Thanks for being excellent at what you do!

Totally dined in and had the whole place to ourselves. What a treat. We had the Greek Gyros and they were fantastic. Loved it so much we came back the next day again.

Everything was great as usual! My 7 year old was begging to go here because he wanted the macaroni and cheese. So I'm just sad they don't make it anymore. It was good and not too many kid friendly options so the Mac n chz was a nice change!

It was a drive thru PU. Wanted the fish sandwich. It was really good. Fish had great taste, the right amount of moistness, good size, and crispy batter after driving home. The mint chocolate shake is awesome. Crinkle fries are good, too.

I was asked by a friend to pick up the advertised 2 for $6.00 special sandwiches. As it was 11:30, I was pleased to learn that there was no wait. The requested additional condiments were cheerfully put in the bag. Service was very quick. It was clear that there are regular customers as the lady behind me had some type of card she had validated. Glad to do this favor so quickly

Fresh food with surpassingly good quality for fast food. They really do have the meats. Had both the new Diablo dare chicken and Diablo dare roast beef sandwiches. The heat is for real - definitely a challenge though not as crazy as the one chip challenge. Perhaps comparable to the Korean fire noodles in hotness. The sauce is good but seems to work better with chicken rather than roast beef even though that is Arby’s signature. Highly recommend.

they have the best buffalo slider like its drenched in hot sauce you can have curly fries or onion rings they have these dipping sauces next to the soda machine if you want to add more sauce to your sandwich or use it for your fries I was just disappointed that they ran out of there cookies cause its salted caramel choc chip cookies I like it here cause its always quiet no kids from school yelling and screaming like mc Donalds

I like Sent a, change from the burgers, has a good variety of sandwiches. It is fast food so we are not talking gourmet but it is a nice change of pace. Good shakes, nice discounts between 2 and 5 pm. Sliders are nice.

Am I the only one who thinks Arby's is underrated? This fast food chain, in my opinion, provides excellent value for money. I've been to this location several times. Most of the time, I just do a drive thru. My orders are always correct. When I receive the food, it is freshly prepared and hot. I enjoy their promotional items, such as their fish sandwich on a Hawaiian roll. I ordered the Good Burger 2 meal today, which included a wagyu beef burger, fries, and a strawberry milk shake. The entire meal cost less than $14, which is less than what many restaurants would charge for just a burger of this quality. Needless to say, I'm a fan, and I'll be back!

I'm not sure why they don't have more customers because their food is far above the standard fast food restaurants. Their meals cost about a dollar more but are not even in the league with McDonald's. The only thing is the buildings are a bit long in the tooth. Was surprised they were still around. I an not a roast beef kind of guy and.sliced as.lunch meat, was always a firm no. Arby's has put a twist on a, for me at least, boring sandwich. The newest addition of white cheddar cheese macaroni and cheese is delicious. I guess whatever they are doing is working. Food is quality, menu changes have only added to an sturdy menu.

It's Arby's so I wasn't expecting too much. Got the Brisket sandwich combo with sauces on the side. No risk of an over sauced sandwich. It was fast food brisket sandwich okay/Good and fries were fresh. The part I found most refreshing was the staff being friendly.

We always hit the drive through here so I can't comment on the atmosphere inside. On occasion there are 2 or 3 vehicles in thecdrive through, but that is rare. The staff is efficient, polite, and hard working. Especially the gentleman who is there during the day (I expect he is management) and the young man at the window at night. Sometimes they'll have you pull off to the side if your order isn't quite ready (fresh fries anyone?) and there is someone behind you. They then run your order out to you in a jiffy. It's our favorite fast food place in a pinch. We will miss it and the staff when we complete our move.

Ive been going here since I was in highschool and ive never had any complaints. Unfortunately whoever just prepared our food did not care whatsoever. It's like they slapped it together and drenched it in sauce. Does Arby's train who they hire on how to prepare the food?

I stopped by for the first time in a couple years to try the new gyro sandwich and it wasn't bad at all. The restaurant got a major renovation a few years ago in keeping with the chain's new look and it's been well maintained. The dining room and restroom was clean, stocked and organized. Suggestion: Try the 3-Pepper sauce. It's mild but flavorful but it doesn't come in packets like the other sauces.

The food at this Arby's was fine. It took a while for somebody to realize we were waiting to be served, and once that happened, they were very prompt and courteous, and I have no complaints along those lines. The store was clean, but there was a certain odor about it, and it was rather disconcerting. I'm not sure what it was, but maybe old oil. And that kind of put us off our food a little.

The food from Arby's was good as always. The service was fine but the cleanliness of the tables could be improved. Conclusion: There are clearly better Arby's restaurants.

First off I was going to rate this place a 1 star for the bad service but after speaking with the manager on duty Marie everything changed. She is one of the most polite and professional person I've ever met. Not only she make feel like a customer but as a human being in whole. Elextremely satisfied with her handling on the situation and incredibly happy the way i was treated. Marie thank you for being the manager at this location and addressing my concerns. As to the supervisor named CARLOS, this person should be more like a cleaning table crew. His skills are below standards for such title. He was extremely unprofessional, As I was explaining the situation to both Marie and Carlos, Carlos just plain said well what can we do for your sir? Instead of listening and attending to my concerns he just wanted me to let him know what I expected them to do. I got upset and asked which one of the two was the manager and Carlos said it was Marie so of course I said I wanted to speak to her and not him. Carlos just stood there looking directly at me and never left the counter until finally, I'm guessing he needed to just go and hung up the phone which I was on hold for over 27 minutes trying to speak with a manager. Personally if carlos is ever at this store when I come to the dining room I would just walk out. He is unprofessional, rude and no respect for the customer, He needs to be retrained to keep his supervisor title because he shows no justice for such. The biggest disappointment today which is a pet peeve of mine is hot food that is COLD! I received 2 Beef and Cheddars with extra cheese sauce, the beef and the cheese were cold. Now when I returned to the counter the Mgr, [ I'm guessing] apologized and asked for two new ones. It gave me hope only to be let down again with a warm bun, lukewarm roast beef and again slightly above cool cheese sauce. 🤷‍♂️🤯. I guess at least this day they were consistent!

The food is always good but this location is run down.l in the last couple of years. The staff seems to feel underpaid and unable to perform their job. It kind of feels like you're asking too much from them to get you your food but overall these are just feelings, I've never been treated badly. It was okay..... Food is never freshly cooked when we go there to eat. I drive across town specifically because I wanted Arby's so I decided okay cool I'll wait. Half an hour later I return to the drive thru only to be told that the roast beef still was not ready and when asked how much longer was told not sure .....complete waste of time and I won't return. Had the new Petite Filet Steak sandwich recently and was very UNDERWHELMED. Yes, it tasted pretty good, but there was only the SMALLEST amount of meat provided. It was clean and the food was ok. However, we were at the counter to order our food and 2 of the employees were arguing about who was going to stock for the shift in front of the management. Horrible service EVERY single I come to this Arby's. They always have me pull off to the side to wait for my food and when I ask how long they say a minute or 2.... then why pull over & there's no one behind me? Last time they told me 2 minutes for curly fries, i waited parked for over 10 minutes, and they were trying to signal me in my rear view mirror from the window to back up to the window because they were to lazy to come outside. One of the dirtiest fastfood places I have ever been. Floors are sticky, several of the soft drink dispensers were empty (unless they make clear Coke). Very incompetent employees, took forever to get food considering they were empty (which should have told me something). Even saw an off duty employee climbing over the serving counter reaching for something right in front of the manager, not that he cared.

Our visit yesterday was horrible !! Stood in line for 8 minutes, while one counter person was extremely rude and left the counter and was in back arguing with another employee . While another employee was counting money right out in the open.. I said several times can someone help me , and was yell from the back counter I’ll be right with you ( Rudely ) I turned to the guy standing in line behind me .. good luck I’m out of here … I will never return to this Arby’s ever again . Hire people who care about you business and not rude and unpleasant employees .

Great place to get some food poisoning. They can’t ever seem to make the simplest orders correct and that’s probably due to the turnover of employees every few weeks.

I would give a zero star but I am unable to do that. I placed an order to Arby’s through DoorDash. They gotten the entire order wrong. Not only did they got it wrong I received another person order. I called the restaurant several times and no one answered. What is the point of you guys having a number of no one answers. So I had to contact DoorDash and they were able to help resolve my problem by reordering from them. Once they did that it over an hour and then my order was cancelled. So I had to drive up to the restaurant to ask about my order. And literally one of the worker is just standing at the counter looking at a paper. Idk how my order was messed up when I only seen 3 three workers working. Next time please throughly look over customer orders before handing it off to the drivers or anything. This was my first time ordering from them and will be my last time.

The newly advertised fish and fry platter was misleading nothing like the commercial. I ordered the (5) piece platter and was extremely small and disappointing. This platter is perfect for anyone that is 5yrs old and younger. It's smaller than an appetizer. Since I'm here all of the portions are extremely small and very pricey. On 4/29/2021 I had a extremely rude and threatening experience between 9:30 - 9:45 p.m. by two employees in the drive thru... they are very unprofessional and rude and when I asked for a manager, they both crowed around her at the window as if they wanted to brawl... The manager was very nice and defused the situation but I should not have to fued an employee when I'm spending my money at a place I've been going to every week for years, before they ever worked there...

Pregnant and craving Arbys. Usually go to a different location and now I know y. Wanted cheesesticks, they had none. Ordered a double beef n cheddar, NO FREAKIN CHEESE ON IT. I cried. Asked for Arbys sauce, he said he put some in. It was 1. 1 freakin sauce. Waste of freakin money.

I just left the drive-through at 5:33. I ordered my food paid for it. They told me to move up and park in a spot next to the place so they can bring out the food. They forgot half the food I went in and the gentleman behind the counter, was scratching his genitals and packing food. Drive-through attendant made my beverage because the beverage machine was broken in the dining room. While he was making it him and his friend behind the counter, we’re laughing like he did something to it, Trying to leave the parking lot they had such a backup of all the people waiting for Their food it took me another 20 minutes just to leave the parking lot because of cars were packed onto each other waiting for their meals. Finally, I left and throw the food away, never going back there again!

Worst place I have ever been. There was a lazy employee in the drive thru, rushing us to order and forgot one of our items. We went back in the ask, but he doesn't even remember us from 20 minutes ago. We were only 1 car at that time for 15-20 minutes. Not sure why he asked us to pull over to the parking lot. Food did not sit well in our stomachs. We won't be going back there again and not recommending this place to anyone.

How are they still in business? I went there to grab a beef n cheddar and some curly fries. The place was DEAD and not only did I have to wait for the order (which I don't mind if it's fresh) but when the food came out EVERYTHING was cold. The fries were sitting under what I assume was a broken heat lamp from the time I got there until my order came out.

I stopped late tonight to get food and the gentleman was rude and lack customer service. I decided to never go to any Arbys location from his behavior.

GROSS. JUST GROSS. Ordered double. Got singles. No sauces i asked for. Do Better Arbys! And to the lady working the register. I will not back up because you decided to fake taking my order in the bathroom! Hope you washed your hands! If you dont want to work here find another job. Almost $40 for this GROSS food. Never again!

Since when has a customer service job turned into being such an inconvenience to actually provide good freaking service to the customer. It blows my mind to pull up to someone’s job and it’s like YOU ARE INCONVENIENCING THEM. This is so freaking backwards it’s disgusting. I ordered pickup, two sides of fries and a beef and cheddar. I got there to pick up my order, he hands me the bag, I look in and there were maybe 2-3 packets of sauce. I love Arby’s sauce so I asked for extra, he legitimately ROLLS HIS EYES and hands me two more packets of what ended up being horsey sauce. Will not be back to this location ever, super unsatisfied customer here. Maybe reach your employees how to actually provide good customer service and people will want to return.

Don’t ever go here. I go home to find rock hard fries and a sandwich that looks like it was 3 days old! The meat was bone dry, and the bun was torn up.

Ordered a steakhouse garlic ribeye sandwich. Got exactly TWO tiny onion rings. Cheese was melted but cool. Curly fries were less than lukewarm. Server acted like she was too busy to take our order. Restroom was a disgusting mess, I wouldn't even gave used it except I NEEDED to. I've had this steakhouse garlic ribeye sandwich at other restaurants, and it ROCKS. Today was a bitter disappointment. Will never go back to this particular restaurant again. Which is sad, because it's the closest to where I live.

October 2nd at 12:15am I stopped and grabbed 2 beef and cheddar. This is what the looked like when we ate them for lunch today??? WHERE THE HELL IS THE CHEESE???? Do better Arby's Employees!!! Because this sandwich SUCKED.
