Edit 10/15: it's happened again for the third time. Ordered the fish fillet sandwich and noticed the oil that the fish was fried in was spent. Never eating that menu item again. Such a shame because it's my go to favorite. 😤 Great food, but it seems every time I order here, the fryer oil is turning the food too golden. Keeps giving me loose poops. This is the second time this happened. Please clean your fryers and replace with fresh oil regularly! I'm tired of having to poop 5+ times every time I eat here. Order taker put in wrong sandwich. Then wrote note to cook of special instructions instead of just putting correct items ordered. The special instructions were wrong and I called her on it and she assured me it would be done right but no, not the case at all so we had to wait again for correct food.

I have a picture of the sandwich, I got a big Mac from Rochester washington mcdonalds, absolutely disgusting. The worst sandwich I have ever seen in my life I swear it'd give any influencer a heart attack, any germaphobe a Jump scare, and any mother regret with the mess they are about to witness. That big Mac had so much sauce it could feed 20 people, that bread was so soaked it became a mush crammed between 2 thin slices of meat that makes you question "what have I done with my life choices" lettuce mushed together like it's a rice ball, with slimy cheese all over the box, your hands, EVERYTHING enough to make your grandma cry "this is why there's food at home". Dude was in the kitchen and really said "oh yeah, let's make them regret ever coming here" I opened the big Mac box up and had to run to the store really quick for a life jacket, preparing to take my first bite I also booked my first therapy appointment, my husband's in the background hiding behind a bronze shield "be patience with the sandwich honey" when the sandwich was never patient with me, there was so much sauce I didn't have to repaint my walls, the mcdonalds employee glady did it for me by giving me that Mac sauce bomb you call a big Mac. After taking 2 bites the best I could, looking up to the sky and seeing my ancestors cry, I decided it was a defeat on my end. I had lost the big Mac war, looking at my dog I knew there was only one way I could get rid of this fowl beast called the big Mac, and to my surprise instead of my dog scuffing it down, she sat back kicked up her legs in her rocking chair, grabbed a straw and drank it like a Bahamas milk shake, the sauce will be the next 2026 spring horror movie, tomorrow I won't be shocked waking up to the news stating "big Mac sauce shortage" this employee really said, here have all of it. I hope I never have to go through such a horrible state again.

I interacted with three people here. Two of the three were rude. I had to sit in the drive thru while one line kept pumping cars through the line, no one said anything to me despite me saying “hello?” Then I hear the gal talking to a fellow coworker, “if this lady doesn’t stop yelling hello”. Well I wouldn’t yell hello if someone would talk to me. So after still continuing to wait after that rude encounter, I left the drive thru went inside, asked about my order and the response was not friendly. When my order was ready, the gal who gave me the food was friendly, which was nice after all that.

I ordered a Quarter Pounder meal from this McDonald's. How do you screw up the iconic Quarter Pounder? The meat was not your typical McDonald's patty. It was an over cooked thin store bought patty like the kind you buy in those bags of 8 that start out as eight inch rounds and then cook down to four inch rounds on the grill. It tasted like they used a grainy cheese sauce. It tasted awful! We were driving back by this one again three days later and we totally avoided it! Absolutely gross!

I ordered 32.00 worth of food. Got home, food is all wrong. I call, and speak to Monica. She says come in for replacement meal. I drove back to McDonald's, 23 miles 1 way. I get to the store, Monica is not available. Some other woman says she can help me. She comes 10 minutes later, apologizing for the mix up, offering me cookies. I took my food home. Still the food is wrong. Come on McDonald's, it's not that hard. I wanted ranch snack wraps with no cheese, light sauce. I got all cheese and extra sauce, and No lettuce. Cant eat it, don't like cheese.For going there twice, pretty disappointed 😔

I hate this Mc Donald’s Rochester. Peoples lazy, incompetent and doesn’t like to serve costumers as well. They usually serve sandwiches burned. Today I spent $20 bucks to receive 3 burned sandwiches. I didn’t return it because I’m sick and hungry.
