Order taker was pretty snippy, and never once did we get a thank you for spending over $50.00 with them. Fries were undercooked and on the cold side. It was like they were tossed in the microwave for 30 seconds and were mushy.

I love the customer service I get when I go, so far this has to be the only place in town I eat that gets my orders right and has great breakfast. There is a lady that works there in the morning’s and she is amazing always so nice and always gets my husband and my order right, she always helps us at the window with a smile. She reminds me so much of me when I use to work at a fast food restaurant. I highly recommend going.

The food is crispy, tender and delicious.. it brings great memories. We dine in and the place was clean and the staff is great, the cashier I got brought my food once it was ready, I appreciate how he went out and beyond by doing that.

She has helped me several times since I have been going to this resteraunt and has always been this way.

This place is solid, the service is pretty great the food is as it should be. I have had the problem of them telling me a few times when I ordered sauces that they can only give me one and have to charge for the rest. I'm certainly not a problematic with this but when they tell you this after you pay for your food, then they ask what sauces you want. Like I have to swipe my card again or pull cash out. But this is all info they know (it's their system) but why can't they ask b4 I pay..... even with that still 5/5 stars and will be continuing to go here for the best charbrolied burgers 🍔 one can get.

Went here to get two spicy chicken sandwiches. I ended up with a spicy chicken sandwich and some fries. When this was discovered, instead of making a big deal the staff member helping me, Raphael, just had the second sandwich made and left the fries in my bag for free. Have actually never had their fries before but might start getting them now cause they were fresh and delicious.

Carl's Jr has tasty food. I would eat it more frequently if the company weren't pricing it's customers out of access to their product. But bad business practices at a corporate level are not what this review is about. . . . I always have a pleasant experiences at this Lakewood location. The food is tasty and the service is always polite and friendly. While I have a good experience with everyone I meet in the drive through window I'd like to specifically complement Tevin. He provides exceptional service, is knowledgeable, and appears to be a hard worker. He always greets me and asks how I've been. He remembers that I like honey mustard. And he seems to always be busy when he's not talking to me. Once, while waiting on my food he was chatting with me at the window while also cleaning the soft drink machine. That's the kind of work ethic I'd want on my team. I'll also add that he has an exceptionally charming smile.

They correctly prepared our special order. That made our meal a pleasant experience compared to other establishments that do not consider the need for a custom order because they are focused on speed. There are a number of diners with special dietary considerations who cannot safely eat at a restaurant where details are overlooked in an effort to beat the clock. Timers can be a mixed blessing.

May 1st, first time trying the breakfast menus and they are delicious! My cashier Rafael C was very friendly and passionate about his job. So far the best experience I have received and will come again with friends.

The food here is always great--it's my European father's favorite American fast-food location, both because of the food, and the employees, who are always friendly and attentive--especially a worker named Adi, (I hope I spelled her name correctly!) who is also the reason I'm writing this review. My little sister tells me that she is the sweetest and came home tonight gushing about how I just had to write a review for her because of how nice she is and how much she liked her, so here I am. We've never had any mishaps and mistakes with any of our orders here in the 5 years that we have gone to this location, and the food has always been of good quality (the most quality that you can get from a fast-food chain, at least!) and good taste.

Fast friendly service. Food was good. Well priced. They lost stars for: 09/30/2023, Clerk handed out our 2 drink's, with ever mentioning which drink was which. The drinks were very water down.

I recently went to Carl's Junior, golden to the drive-thru there were three cars ahead of me, I ordered my food and it took me almost 20 minutes to get to the window to pay. I paid for my food and then wait another five minutes and had a team member asked if I've been helped, yet I told him yes, and he asked for my receipt, it turns out I had pay for food that wasn't even cook yet so they took another 20 to 15 minutes to cook my order. Overall the food is good and is very affordable however serving times are slow. overall 7 out of 10.

It's been a while since I've been to Carl's Jr. I tried the western bacon cheese burger and I had mixed feelings about it it lacked meat even for a single patty and the bun was a little soggy but the flavor was really good definitely one of my favorite flavors on a burger. The fries were pretty normal nothing to amazing about then definitely not on par with any other fast food restaurant. The customer service was amazing and super friendly exceeding my expectations when I first entered. My food alone was roughly 15 dollars for a combo but I did get a discount since I was in uniform it was still pricey nonetheless and prices need to be lowered to make it worth it. The atmosphere was alright place was practically empty besides one person sitting in the corner of the restaurant

The drive thru was long because something was wrong with the speaker. I ended up going inside which took a long time. the cashier was nice. I ordered a Single Famous Star. The cheese wasn't melted and it was so messy when I bit into that by the end I could not finish. Everything kept falling out. It wasn't hot but warm.

I asked for a double California with extra cheese combo. They charged me for it. When I get my meal, the burger is missing the extra slice. So I go back thru the drive thru, I'm told they will take care of it at the window. I patiently wait behind another car to get their order. When I get to the window, the lady tells me they have a slice of cheese in a box to give me to put on my burger. The other option she gave is they will put the cheese that's in the box on my burger for me. I knew they had my order wrong when there wasn't a special sticker placed on the burger. Anytime you special order a sandwich, they put a sticker on the wrapper. I asked them for a fresh new burger. Now that just handed my burger back. I can tell all they did was put the cheese from the box on my burger. The lady came back too fast with the bag and the sandwich is smashed. The put this in the microwave and gave it back. All I wanted was what I was charged, a double California burger with extra cheese meal and a Fanta. I didn't ask for stress and lies.

Carl's Jr. Has been around for a very long time, and not much has changed in the way real creativity. In comparison with the other fast casual restaurants, the prices are excessively high for the exact products from 5 years ago and forward. Do you get that " bang for your buck, absolutely not!" Every fast casual restaurant wants your business, or should I say (your money), but when they make it unobtainable, then businesses should expect former customers to drive by and say,' I remember when it used to be this, but it became too expensive and ended up closing the doors.'

Co worker took me to Carl’s for the first time. Was very unimpressed. We ordered chicken strip combos and were told that the total would be $22.49 . When paying the girl asked us to pull around due to “waiting for our fries” . 10 minutes later and still nothing, correct me if I’m wrong but it doesn’t take 10 minutes to make fries. Also looking at my recipes to double check what time we ordered, I noticed that I was charged $28.01!!! That’s not the price I was told... We saw 2 cars drive by out of the drive thru when waiting. 15 minutes after pulling around we finally go our food. The fries were crisp, but I don’t think I’ve ever had a greasier chicken strip. It was like warm and every bite was coated in grease as if they were sitting there for awhile . The soda I received was flat , It wasn’t a good expierence and I won’t be back nor recommend this to anyone . Hopefully other establishments are better than this one .

I really like Carl's Jr. but this experience was different. Normally I have no problem getting exactly what I order and everything being fresh. There was no problem with everything being fresh this time however it was not exactly what I ordered. I asked for no onions and instead it was covered in onions. I had to pick all the onions out of my burger and still had onion taste throughout my burger. To top that off they gave me no napkins so my hands were covered in sauce that was on the burger. I looked at the receipt and I found that they took the order wrong in the first place so it had to do with the order taker and not the cook. It makes me nervous to go back to this particular Carl's Jr. again. I haven't had any problems with any others that I have visited. It could possibly be that this one was super busy that day however they were moving slow enough to take the order correctly.

Went through the drive-thru ordered two meals with two large fries. We got two small fries then ask them to replace it with large fries, she took the small fries back and didn't give us the large fries and did not give us the receipt either told us to leave. So we ended up paying for food we never received very rude and shut the door on us. I don't think she even understood us because she couldn't speak English very well.

I realize fast food maybe hit or miss depending on time, location and/or personnel yet a certain quality assurance needs to be retained. My daughter hit the drive thru for us which is only 3 blocks away… upon return busted out our feast to much dismay. The ‘Super Star’ with cheese looked far from the idyllic portrayal in any of their adds. Buns were smashed down, burger tasted as if cooked an hour plus prior and lacked the lettuce & tomato advertised. ‘Hand-breaded Chicken sandwich’ was similarly flattened with a bland taste to leave one wanting. Add indult to injury, 5 piece‘ chicken stars’ looked & tasted as if purchased from the local grocery store. The accompanying fries had potential but not freshly fried. Even though made $3.35 an hour back in my day starting out in the work force, we took pride in our jobs and that put forth to the public. Carl’s Jr. has so much potential to produce as promised yet this old Marine vet refuses to relinquish another hard-earned dollar unless roll in to said establishment and eat whereas my voice may be heard if dissatisfied with any portion of the meal. I had a previous review that was falsely submitted by the store clerk, Claudia. I was told I would receive a free dessert if I logged in and she offered to help and bam… she gave herself and the food a perfect rating!!! This place and the service is a DUMP!!! A $62 dollar drive thru order and one we got home - everyone’s order was wrong!!!! I was beyond upset!!! I will never ever use that establishment again!!!! One star is beyond generous!!!!!

Girl taking our order in the drive through was rude and in such a huge hurry. I was ordering exactly what I wanted and she seemed annoyed to have a customer know what they wanted. We get Carl's all the time but this is the first time I've gone to the lakewood one I always go to the one on 6th ave because I work over there.. well we got home after getting our food and they missed part of our order. I almost pulled away after placing our order because of the service we got from the girl taking the order. Very disappointed. No excuse for her attitude. There was one person in front of us that was leaving when we pulled up and one person behind us and no one in the parking lot so it was definitely not busy enough for her to be in such a huge hurry and have an attitude.

Today I get a call from the fraud department that someone was at the Tacoma Mall trying to use my card info (All attempts were declined) for me this was a horrible experience.

I didn’t put anything down for food because we didn’t eat there came in and they were slammed did not come up and acknowledge that we were there instead made us wait for about 15 minutes until coming up and informing us that we would not be able to get our orders taken until they got their orders that they had already taken down would’ve been nice if they had came and greeted us like at the next place we went toto inform us of this situation. I don’t mind waiting for my food. What I do mind is not being informed that I have arrived at a establishment train your people better for a faster time and a better experience. I will come back there because I like this place, but it was not their shining moment.

I want to start by saying that I made the initial mistake of ordering from the Carl's Jr. app for a location I wasn't actually at. Realizing my mistake immediately after placing the order, I tried to cancel it but couldn't find a way to do so on the app. I found the phone number for the Lakewood Carl's Jr and called them repeatedly, but all I got was a busy signal. I called eleven times over a seventeen-minute period from 8:03 AM to 8:20 AM, and every single time, the phone went to a busy signal. I work graveyard shifts and was just trying to get some 'dinner' before heading home and going to bed. The next day, after my shift, I went to the Lakewood Carl's Jr. and spoke with an employee there at around 710 AM. They told me to come back the following day at 10 AM because the manager was off that day that's not acceptable as that's the time of day where I sleep and also I won't even be anywhere close to Lakewood tomorrow. I asked them to call their manager, which they did, but there was no answer. They refused to honor my order from the previous day, even though there was no way for me to cancel it, I asked them to show me on the Carl's Jr app how to cancel an order and they had no idea. Their only suggestion was to call my card processor and have them dispute the charge, which is likely what I'll end up doing if a resolution can't be made. I submitted a request for feedback through Carl's Jr.'s website but have yet to receive a response. I'm willing to change this review if they can offer me an acceptable resolution.

Um.... I visited twice, the first time I had ordered the double charbroiled cheeseburger, it was SO GOOD!!! A few days later I decided to go back and get another one, half way through the burger I noticed there was a barcode print on my bun (the burger tasted different compared to the one I had before that) i was very unsatisfied, ended up throwing away ALL of the food I ordered.. they could've at least switched the bun with one that didn't have numbers printed on it before they gave it to me.... cmon now, REALLY!!??
