I planned a get together for 25 of my high school friends in Rochester/Henrietta location. It went so well. It was a luncheon with plenty of food and was delicious. Everyone was glad we could talk with friends from Rush-Henrietta class of 1964. The room and servers were very good.
Food was great but not the ✋️ wait... We were seated and then 4gotten... Finally worth the wait.. thank you Olive 🫒 Garden. To top it off a Strawberry Margarita 🍹 Delicioso
Delicious Italian food and good service. Ambiance is good and hosts are really attentive.
There was a day their kitchen was down. I had used gift cards for an online order that I threw away and the manager Jesse called and helped me out. Not only is the food fantastic the customer service is even better. I highly recommend this location.
Wendy was our server tonight and she was just the most fantastic experience we’ve ever had. She was so prompt, so attentive, so kind. A++ Thank you, Wendy!
the crispy chicken alfredo was so good i ascended to the gods and gave each of them a high five individually the moment i took a bite. 10/10 will go here again. btw idk who our server was but she was really nice
Got here right at 11:30. This has to be by far one of the nicest meals yet. Great, prompt service and the food was just delicious. Hot and fresh!!
We had a great experience at this Olive Garden! Our waiter, Harley, was so nice, attentive and helpful with our table of people! He was very personable and made my cousin feel very special for his birthday dinner!!
Had a delightful delicious family dinner! We had a nice room all to ourselves (table to put purses & extra chairs for coats). Food was scrumptious; service was impeccable; a good time was had by all!
A group of about 12 retired coworkers got together for lunch yesterday. Everything was great especially our waitress Hannah who took all our orders, processed separate checks (some people pay cash or by credit card or gift card) and was helpful and getting our orders straight. She was very diligent and asked if we needed any refills on the salad and breadsticks and cleared our plates as needed but most of all she was genuinely friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We will come back again and ask to be seated in her area.
We brought our son for his birthday & had the pleasure of being served by Mark and Zoe. Both of them being incredibly kind and attentive to us. Mark specifically went out of his way to make our son feel special and absolutely made his day! So much so our son asked to go back tomorrow :) thank you for your generosity and kindness!
Had lunch here with a group of 15 this afternoon. Debby, our waitress, did an amazing job. It is not easy serving such a large group and she did it with a great attitude. She was professional, friendly and worked hard to make sure her customers had a pleasant experience. I usually tip 20% for good service but I gave her 35%.
I ordered dinner for 7 carry out. The food was delivered to my car quickly, and with care. The food was the best I’ve ever had from Olive Garden! Their Black Tie Mousse Cake is to die for! Yum!
This was a delightful lunch. It has been awhile since any visit to an Olive Garden and I could not be happier we decided on this location! Payten our server was a most appreciated bonus. Attentive to every detail at the perfect moment. Soup, salad, and ravioli bursting with flavor. The 4 cheese dipping sauce was worth the try too! A wonderful hospitality for a long overdue chat.
There were 2 people for dinner. We had the soup, salad and breadstick all you can eat and chicken and shrimp carbonara for dinner. We found our food to be plentiful and it was very tasty. Chicken was tender and shrimp were cooked perfectly. We also took home a spaghetti with meat sauce and oven baked 4 cheese rotini as part of the $6 take home meal. Both were very tasty and we were pleased that the noodles were not overcooked.
Olive Garden is my happy place—where carbs, cheese, and joy come together in perfect harmony! From the second you walk in, it smells like heaven (aka garlic and butter). The vibes are cozy and the staff is always friendly, but let’s talk about the real star of the show: the Parmesan. You know that magical moment when they ask, “Say when”? Yeah… it took me 10 full seconds to say it. I just sat there smiling while my pasta got snowed on with glorious cheese. No shame. Zero regrets. The breadsticks? Legendary. Warm, soft, buttery perfection. I could eat a dozen. The salad? Fresh, crisp, and totally underrated. I went for the Chicken Alfredo—so creamy and rich, I was basically in a pasta dream. Every bite hit just right. The best part? You always leave full and happy, and maybe with a to-go box because the portions are super generous. Plus, who doesn’t love unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks? Whether you’re with friends, family, or just treating yourself (because you deserve it), Olive Garden always delivers the warm, cheesy comfort you need. And next time they ask me about the Parmesan? I might just let it snow a little longer .
Went to Olive Garden restaurant for a birthday party. There were 10 of us and we only had to wait a few minutes for a large table. We were waited on promptly and the server took our drink order first and delivered baskets of break sticks. Once our drinks arrived she took our order and the food along with all the salad you could consume was delivered and hot. Paying by the kiosk was a learning curve but was evidently solved and we left no longer hungry, but with a smile.
Our experience here was great! Our server Paige was a delight. She was super helpful and really made the experience. This location was the best of the ones we've gone to, portions and flavor were actually up to par with the prices (especially the Seafood Alfredo), the only gripe was the Seafood Alfredo was a tad cool when we got it. Really, Paige was the highlight of the night. If you're going out here, she's the one you want serving you.
I went yesterday and I had an amazing experience! The food was delicious, never disappoints. We got the new shrimp fretti (fried), it was really good and spiced to perfection. I was happy to see fried shrimp on the menu again. The calamari were cooked perfectly and tender. The entrees were great too. The giant stuffed shells and cheese ravioli with Alfredo sauce tasted really good. The waitress was super lovely. She really made the experience way better. She was sweet and understanding of everything we wanted. Overall, I highly recommend this location. One of the best I’ve visited around Michigan.
Consistently good. I've never had a bad experience at any Olive Garden. The passion fruit limonata is delicious, and you can't go wrong with spaghetti and meat sauce. It is always very quiet in there…

It was late in the evening around 9pm after finishing my work reports I was hungry for a drink and a meal. Olive Garden showed up as nearby restaurants so drove up there . They were closing 10 pm and rushed in ordered their Italian Margaritas yes I have ordered many times in past with shot of amerello liquor. Minestrone Soup and salad was ordered afterwards as Bar was about to close but my waitress was very polite and efficient so went ahead to order drink first and then took my food order . Nice service and good food see photos
We went to Olive Garden for dinner. The service was amazing. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and added broccoli. He ordered shrimp and chicken carbonara. My dish was good, he said his was okay. The bread sticks were much better than the last time was there. The salad was much better too. Overall our experience was good.
Had to wait way past the time we were supposed to, to be seated only for the boy to pronounce my friend's name wrong(I'm sure because he over heard us complaining about the wait)she has a simple name so he was being funny but nonetheless the salad and bread sticks definitely hit💯 the toasted ravioli are a no go waayy to hard and the fried lasagna was horrible as well. Try your luck! Oh and I will say the drinks were good too(spiked strawberry lemonade was my go to for the night.
The chicken and gnocchi soup was delicious, I'm glad that it comes with free refills. Unfortunately the restaurant was experiencing a breadstick shortage so we couldn't get breadsticks until after our entrées had arrived. My entrée of chicken alfredo with broccoli seemed like they forgot to actually put the Alfredo sauce on the noodles (see picture), so that was disappointing; however the grilled chicken slices on that entrée were good.
I saw recent promotions on all you can eat. I knew I couldn’t eat that much and ordered a smaller plate. I got cheese tortellini and Alfredo with chicken. I felt like there was not enough sauce and it was even good tasting anyways, too salty. Also chicken wasn’t tasty and I wasn’t given the option for grilled chicken. Also breadsticks are mid I’ve seen other reviews of red sauce dishes getting better reviews. Also disappointed about no pesto or cacio e pepe; my favorites
Tasty Italian food with cheese. We visited this place for dinner. The ambience is good with an ample sitting place. We start with Berry sangrila cocktail and starter stuff ziti fritta with delicious cheese inside. For the main course we ordered Stuff Chicken marsala, chicken tortilla alfredo both dishesh are with complimentry soups , chicken gnocchi soup and minestrone soup. Both the dishes and soups are fantastic. Service is excellent. Overall experience is good.

Pleasant atmosphere in a convenient location. The service was good, as was the food, but not quite up to par with finer Italian restaurants in the area.

So this is the second time I’ve ordered from there ordered out and I’ve noticed when I’m there they get absolute great service but when they’re sending food to you, I don’t know if they’re in a rush, but it’s not the same quality when you’re there so I recommend going there versus ordering online. I’m supposed to get meat sauce extra meat sauce. I asked for extra things that I’m willing to pay for and leave my direct number, so even if they can’t uphold it, they can at least call me. Hey we can’t do this. I’m very kind never rude so I figured if I’m Being a respectful customer, I expect great customer service so yeah go there and eat don’t order online tell me if that looks like regular sauce or extra sauce looks dry to me
Food was great. Atmosphere was great. Everything was great… until the bill came. For three people with a couple appetizers, the total was around $150 — which is fine. But what wasn’t fine was noticing an automatic tip added that I didn’t personally include. I went back and spoke with the manager. To his credit, he handled it professionally and gave me a gift card to make it right. I appreciate that. That said, make sure you check your receipts carefully. Don’t assume the total is just food and tax
I'm not sure why people love this place so much. The pasta is okay but the other items such as the chicken are fast food quality. If you order chicken parm you get a pre-made frozen patty deep fried that's less than a quarter of an inch thick. There are much better places in Rochester to go for Italian food.
Just went on a monday very slow but still our waitress Jeanette took way too long to place our order and during meals. Ordered shrimp scampi classic didn't have any sauce we used all of the lemon to add flavor. Lasagna was dry. Chicken alfredo was okay. Kept looking for her to pay bill to get out of there took to long. Bartender and the guy there were very nice and friendly. Went and paid at bar and rushed out.
Gets crowded quickly! Servers are efficient and usually quick. Soups and salad are delicious. Entrees are consistently tasty.
Wasn’t impressed. The soup was water down with a weird texture of chicken similar to ground, the Alfredo was nasty. The only thing good was the salty bread sticks and my appetizer.
I usually love it here, but today, I receive my plates that I am expected to eat on UNDER items I know for sure have touched other counters and trays. That is absolutely disgusting and I couldn't enjoy my meal because it's all I could think about. I finally let the waitress know about the cross contamination issue and she said that they wipe the counters down so it should be fine. Won't be back.
My party was given an estimated wait of 25 - 30 minutes for our table to be prepared. When i checked with the front for the table after waiting the estimated wait, she said that the table was not in the system. She then said she gave our table priority to be seated but we ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes for our table to be prepared. All in all, we waited an hour. This included them telling us that our table was ready but needed to be cleaned. The food was nice as always but I wished the hosts were more attentive to our time to be seated :(

I asked the chicken & shrimp carbonara and the portion was like half plate.\n\nA black hair was mixed with the pasta, it couldn't be me, because I had winter hat.

Went here two times. Both times were awful. Years apart too. long wait with one customer in the entire building. No bread. Mediocre food at best.
After being on the waitlist, had to wait 15 mins, not bad for a Saturday night. Was sat next to a huge family who was screaming and singing labibu. Understandably not olive gardens fault but we recived our food before our drinks. Were simple, we just get unlimited soup salad and breadsticks. well apparsntly it has a limit because we were only offered one refill of everything and the 2nd time was even worse than the first. The soup was extremly watery and plain old gross, the breaksticks were hard as rocks even when they JUST arived at our table. Was never given a tea refil, then was told they RAN OUT of cups, and tongs but was continueing to seat new guests. We also watxhed our waiter just stand there playing with her hair while holding the cheese grader and not offering to grate it on our one and ONLY refil. I usually love olive garden, i will never be returning to this one.
This place is cheap quality of food, it smells like sewage when you first walk in and the staff is condescending. Spend your $ on real Italian Food! Not to mention the dusty olive branch decor and sticky ledges!
Service was really bad, I mean really, never got our appetizer, never got the correct drinks, not busy, my drink came to me with it appeared to have mice droppings in it. Waitress removed drink. I really can't tell you how bad the service was, waitress had to be asked over and over for something. We asked for the salad with no onions, it not only came with onions but the salad came with no dressing. I have been at this restaurant before it has never been this bad. We just stopped asking for service. The manager came over but it seemed like he knew the waitress service was inappropriate but let it go. You know I'm sorry only works for so long. The couple across from our table just laughed and shook their heads. Really there was no excuse for service this bad.
I made a to-go order on a Thursday night and I went to use a gift card to pay for part of it and the employee taking care of me told me "the card was inactive". I went online to check the card balance and I pulled up a 25 balance. She didn't even get the manager to help her figure out what was wrong. I had to pay the whole thing on a card that I didn't want to put that much on. All the manager said was that I could use it next time. I was very unhappy with everything that happened while I was there. I feel like my problem wasn't resolved and got me even more mad than I started.
Haven’t been to Olive Garden in YEARS and this was my reminder to never go back ;) server didn’t bring bread until we asked and then proceeded to “ forget” our bread until our food came. Asked her for 3 boxes and she repeated “ ok I’ll bring 3 boxes back” brought 2 :) food honestly tasted like the smell of puke. For $20 a plate not worth it. Not to mention the group of high schoolers that worked there just standing around giving everyone dirty looks. Will probably never go back to an Olive Garden again but if I do it will never be this location. Trust me your local Coney Island is better than this.
This location is a complete embarrassment to Olive Garden and the Darden company as a whole. From the moment we sat down, it was a disaster. The only thing our server said to us was, “What do you want?” Zero greeting at all, no friendliness, no follow-up, nothing. After that, they vanished. We got drinks but no refills, no breadsticks, no check-ins… nothing. But the real problem here is the manager, Corey. I’ve never seen someone in charge care less about customers or the restaurant they run. Corey was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to fix anything. No apology, no accountability.. Just standing there with an attitude like we were wasting his time by expecting BASIC service. It honestly felt like he had ZERO control over the place and didn’t even want to. The food was cold, the staff looked miserable, and the entire restaurant felt like it was being run on autopilot by people who had already given up. If Darden cares about its brand at all, they should shut this location down until they can find a manager who actually knows how to run a restaurant. I’ve eaten at plenty of Olive Gardens before and never had anything close to this nightmare of an experience. This one ruined it for me. DO NOT eat here!!
