Near the Rockville Center train station. Its in the heart of Town. Bathroom available, and is always clean. Small dinning area though so its more of a grab and go place.

I've only been here twice,but an employee was nice and remembered my drink order the second time I came(which was about a month later).

I go to this Dunkin Donuts every day.. Yoel, Mona, are my 2 faves, they know exactly what I want,before I get to the register. The customer service is great.

Great little shop. Online order was fast and speedy and most importantly correct. The workers wore gloves (unlike some other shops). Happy camper.

One of my two go-to Dunkin's in my neighborhood and they always treat me right. They see me coming and they pour my coffee and prepare it the way I like without having to say a word. While this may be common for a lot of regulars who go to their neighborhood coffee shops, these guys and girls here are really on top of their game. It may be a Dunkin' like you find elsewhere in the country, but this place really stands out.

New branding is in the works. A new look and new tastes are coming. No more DD. Soon to be DUNKIN'. Be sure to keep your eyes open for this exciting change. It's just around the corner. Great staff and management. That is not changing. Greetings to all of them.

Ordered some hash browns and a sweetened iced tea. The hash browns were good, but they just took regular sugar and added it to unsweetened iced tea... ruined the taste. Wouldn't recommend doing that...

Got a medium hot chocolate and for some reason it was thick and almost close to having a consistency of light syrup. I don't remember having DD hot chocolate like this. Anyway, I went back and asked why it was thick two of them said that's the way it is, its because the machine is old and that's the real hot chocolate. Only one of the workers stepped up to at least fix it. I asked for more water instead of milk. The tea is better.

Coffee I had was old, afternoon stop on my way home, ugh.Avocado Toast was uneatable.

Ordered a Coffee Coolata, the cost $4.59... Hand the kid behind the counter a 10 dollar bill..... He tells me they have no change, and hands me 4 singles back!!! And this is not the first time this has happened... My co worker said they did the same thing to him when he was in there... Tell the customer you have no change, and at the end of the day, split and pocket the profits!!! I will be calling Dunkin corporate on this scam!

The young black girl who works there has a serious attitude problem.. she definitely doesn’t want to be there! It’s been multiple times I been there and she’s always like this.

Bad experience overall.

The iced coffee tasted extremely watered down. The latte was basically all milk..really felt like a waste of money and was quite disappointed with the products.

I love it when i order a light ans sweet hot coffee, and i get no sugar with a dash of milk, better off going to Lynbrook, they do it right

First time in this store in I don't know how long. SERVICE STINKS. HAD TO GO BACK TO COUNTER FOR SANDWICH TO BE CUT IN HALF. HAD TO GO BACK TO COUNTER TO ASK FOR KETCHUP AND WAS TOLD ITS IN CUSTOMER AREA. UNPROFESSIONAL. The food was not ready and they complained to me that it was too much food and rolled their eyes. It was 3 items, 1 being a donut... They are always busy socializing amongst coworkers and not attending to customers.

The guy at the register does not understand English and decides to argue with me in front of all the customers and I asked for the corporate phone number and would not give it to me. Today Easter Sunday at 7:50 am I willl never come back here again.

What’s with never having change? This was the Second visit, in a years time, and on both occasions they could not make change on purchase..... Is this some kind of scam being run by the employees here? Keep all of the change they normally would have paid out within the course of a day and split it up amongst themselves? Obviously this practice has been going on for at least a year. Imagine how much money that added up to in a years time!

It was awful the DD near me In Rockville Centre is awful it has just completely gone down it is almost as if they are using it as a training center for new employees, well whatever it is they need to stop. After I just ordered a frozen chocolate I actually have the details from the cup right here, 11:14:13 a.m. #593, I picked it up since this was an on the go order and when I got in my car the drink was completely white no coloring at all, I took one taste and right I knew that there was not a single drop of chocolate in it. Whoever made this needs to be replace or even moved to another Dunkin because their service may have actually ruined my lunch off. Saying that the word chocolate is actually in the name of the drink and yet they still forgot to add it is just terrible. I can’t even, I am just done with Dunkin they honestly need to get their service back up before I can return.

About an hour agoI went to this Dunkin Donuts across the street from my hotel. I ordered a large decaf coffee and told the server I wanted it light and sweet. I got back to my room and got out of my street clothes and ready to relax. I opened the coffee and it was dark, not light. I took a chance and sipped it. It was bitter as hell. I doubt if there was any sugar in it at all. Additionally, I think the coffee was sitting in the pot for an hour or so. It certainly was not fresh - and with another 2 hours before closing (shaking my head). My friend also ordered coffee. He wanted a large iced coffee. When he drank it he said there were grounds all in it. The only redeeming feature was that one of my two donuts was kind of fresh. Since I didn't want to Get dressed and go back out again, I wound up making coffee in my hotel room. It was nothing to brag about, but it was definitely better than the Dunkin Donuts at 61 N Village Ave. Just because they are the only place around to get coffee, it is no reason to serve that garbage to their customers.

TERRIBLE customer service! Ordered an iced coffee, which was completely WATERED down btw. Asked Vinod to remake it and coffee was all over the cup as well as running down his hand. He wasn't even wearing gloves while preparing food. Very very bad experience.

And the second time I came back, the manager, James, (who was actually the one who made the order), got an attitude with me. No wonder the staff here has become rude, the manager himself sets a horrible example. I'm done with this Dunkin, which is a shame because this used to be one of the best ones.

went there yesterday 9/29 to get regular coffee. since it was buy one and get one free. got total of 4 coffee. The smell it self was disgusting and the coffee was plain water with one drop of milk and no sugar. Couldn’t even swallow and had throw away all 4cups of coffee. Disgusted. Never going back. !!!

Here is why: Saturday 12:00noon, the train is due in 7 minutes. There are three clients, me the 2nd and 7 attendants behind the counter. The ONLY ONE, miss attending send the man before me to the ATM, l step on to place my order, she goes: - sorry l can't take your order before him. (?) - (me), I just need an iced tea. - yes but l have to charge him first... I waited for the man to come back and he orders half of the store, and nobody (out of the other 6), can take care of me and the new three people in the store... The owner should instruct this team on how to resolve overwelming groups of people, even when we the clients were 1 less than the attendants...
