I've always been a fan of this restaurant, not only because I knew the chef and had enormous expectations, but also because of the dishes I've always seen on the menu. And even though my expectations were very high, they exceeded them. The staff is perfect in my opinion. They know how to adjust their conversation and attitude to each table based on the people in front of them. That's why I had a great time. The people are down-to-earth, simple, and friendly, and that's why I truly had a wonderful evening. And if we want to talk about the dishes, I already knew what I wanted: the parmigiana with three textures of parmesan, the gelato, the custard, and the wafer. It's an incredible dish. I tried as many dishes as possible because it's a fantastic experience. Everything comes together beautifully, the flavors are fantastic, and there's always a welcome aperitif. It's excellent.

A trip worth making. A beautiful place “lost” in the countryside south of Milano. Amazing food, sophisticated and yet with a home made feeling. Friendly service, we will sure return.

Located in the village of Rognano, this little gem is worth the detour to experience a wonderful meal carefully prepared with seasonal and regional ingredients. The Maître D, Alessandro is a true character who will guide you on your culinary journey- his recommendations were fabulous. Highly recommended.

Had such a memorable experience here last night. Alessandro was the best waiter-knowledgeable and so friendly. I already miss his energy. I ate only his recs. Each appetizer was delicate and delicious. Flavors I’ve never had before. I also had the best risotto I’ve truly ever eaten. The whole meal was divine from start to finish. Can’t wait to return!

I made reservations for 2 nights and enjoyed the family and food so much that I stayed an extra day. This is a true Ricciardella family affair with the the 3 brothers, Chef Giovanni, Marco and Alessandro along their parents and families, having created a true gem. The rooms were very nice, clean, modern and had everything I needed. Even had charging ports in the outlets at the bedside tables. The shower was large and had great water pressure. The room comes with a bedside breakfast. I wondered the garden and got honked at by the geese. Loved being away from the hustle and bustle of the city. They also have a bakery on site. Wow! Everything is fresh and incredible. I even left with a chocolate Panettone. The restaurant for me was the draw and it did not disappoint. Their website says it all and they were not exaggerating. It truly is an exclusive and creative gastronomic experience. I ate there all three nights and had something different and equally great for each meal. They are only about 15 minutes from Pavia which is really quaint and has a castle with a museum. Highly recommend Cascina Vittoria!
