I've had pizza here several times, sometimes takeout and sometimes in-house. I've always felt welcomed, and the service is quick. Everyone is smiling and friendly. They also stock local bottled beers.

Le Betulle speaks for itself...it doesn't need many comments or reviews of any kind, but I still want to do my part to promote this place where courtesy and respect for customers are paramount...the smell is truly top-notch, both for the quality of the ingredients and the fragrance of the dough...and the desserts? Do we need to talk about them? All homemade from A to Z and served impeccably, because as we know, the eye also wants its part...Le Betulle definitely wins you over!!!

On Sunday evening, returning from a weekend in the mountains, I was told there was a 1-hour queue near Darfo. While planning my trip, I opted for this place for a quick pizza, since it also has a Lyoness agreement. I booked a table for 2 adults and 2 children, and told them I'd be there in about 45 minutes. We arrived with a few problems... the sign on the street was slightly faded. Convenient parking adjacent to the restaurant. I was greeted immediately, and since I had booked, I was immediately shown to my table. The restaurant was quite busy. After a few minutes of waiting, they brought us the menus, with some suggestions for the day's pairings... very much appreciated. The wait staff were very friendly, even towards my children. Despite the number of meals planned and the still long drive home, I decline the simple pizza... I choose a Zola and salami, two baby ones for the little ones and an Americano for my wife. For drinks, a glass bottle of Coca-Cola and a small beer for myself. While waiting, to quell my hunger, I'm served a taste of "stew with peas," which at first glance seems very strange as an entree... but it helped stabilize the situation. After about 10-15 minutes, the pizzas arrive... I must say, as a lover of true Neapolitan pizza, I turn up my nose at the thin pizza, but despite the thin dough (roughly 180-190g balls), the melting gorgonzola makes it very tasty and soft, even with its tiny crust. The children's pizzas in baby size are also appreciated, the American one has its own flavors... (pizza and fries aren't my cup of tea) Because of hunger, the time (9:35 PM), the road... we ate it in 5 minutes... also because it was good, and for the same reasons mentioned above, we had to forgo desserts... not asked for, but unfortunately, heard when they were listed at the next table. Upon leaving and paying the bill, a brief social interaction with a young man, who seems to be the owner, and the waitress, who took down the Lyoness card number, kindly offered sweets to my little ones. I definitely don't know if I'll have time to return... but in case of problems on the highway... it's a convenient and tasty excuse. 5 well-deserved stars!!!!!

Se volete trovarvi in un locale e sentirvi come a casa questo e' il posto giusto cibo perfetto staff ancora meglio, gentilezza e professionalita' .

The pizza was very good, the staff was friendly, they even offered grappa...we'd go back even though it's not exactly close to home. Unfortunately, they didn't ask for a green pass; we pulled it out and they didn't even look at it. The same goes for the customers after us. I gave it a low rating for this. In times like these, they should follow the rules for everyone's good.

Four friends went for dinner after checking the menu and prices on social media, but once we arrived, we found a menu with significantly different options and prices. We decided to stay for dinner anyway, even though the menu isn't the most extensive and they don't serve wine by the glass, only by the bottle (which is unusual for a trattoria). The food itself isn't bad, although we had to send back a horse steak because it was too tough, but that can happen. The best part, however, came after reading the bill: they charged us €11 for a 33cl bottle of wine (bubbles), so I politely asked the cashier/waitress for an explanation. She started yelling and screaming without giving me a chance to speak, drawing the attention of all the customers at the tables. It's not true that the customer is always right, but it's true that those who work in contact with the public must know how to behave. Never again.

Terrible place. Despite our reservation and our punctuality, we waited over an hour for the pizzas. Takeout is available first... We also ordered a simple plate of pasta with tomato sauce and... that too was inedible, decidedly undercooked 😱😱😱 The desserts were good, but the evening was ruined by a bad mood... and an empty stomach😪 When we reported the incident, when it was time to pay the bill, the icing on the cake was a haughty insult and a farewell. Never again will I go to this place 👊👊👊
