My introduction to this establishment began with boxes that greeted me at what I thought was the main entrance. Further acquaintance with the place was guided by a girl who was having a conversation with a Burger King employee about finding something foreign in her burger (I don't know what she found, but she was clearly unhappy). Initially, I didn't plan to eat here; I just wanted to use the restroom. I can confidently state that you can judge about 70% of an establishment by its restroom. So, besides everything mentioned above, the restroom was in a slightly post-war condition. It's a pity you didn't have a large variety of burgers as well. No need to punish anyone; just consider these mistakes and continue to develop, take an example from the Burger King near the Vatican. Thank u :)

Their store shut down the Burger King app, offering no discounts whatsoever. The burgers tasted awful—the buns were soggy—and the place was packed, forcing you to wait forever.

It's the worst restaurant I have ever been in my life, as a Brazilian, the same nationality than Bk, I'm very ashamed. They ask people to pay to use the bathroom and besides of that, there is a digital padlock on the door that doesn't work. A American woman had entered while my father was using the bathroom and so a BK woman staff come shouting a lot in a very disrespectful way. They should close this place as it's burning the bk image world around. Bathroom payed, dirty and staff very ver disrespectful.

Worst experience ever. I paid 36€, no sauce, menu are more expensive Than everywhere else. Burger is super dry,and the guy at the counter is very rude and unfriendly. I couldn’t even eat, it was soooo dry

I tried a lot of Different Burger kings in different countries, but that was the worst experience i ever had so far! the food prices are higher than other Burger Kings around it, the lady behind the counter instead of making our food she was very busy with her phone. The food portion was smaller than the rest of the burger kings. PLUS this is the only one without AC. (maybe it's gone down, but still) So if you have a craving for a good Whopper, walk a few minutes more for a different place!

No food, no service, and the potential for high monetary loss. Avoid this location. Potential loss of 200+ Euros. No food was provided on my placed order, which appeared on the delivery board, and then after I asked questions. Very rude staff who would not answer questions or help. An order machine told me that I placed an order. A jammed printer gave no receipt. The machine came back telling me I was charged 200 euros, but no receipt. They found my order on their delivery board but would not produce a receipt. Then, the order disappeared from the order board. I will not know for 24 hours if my card was charged or not.

The burger was cool, just like the drink. The chicken patty had a slight odor. The patty was cool, similar to the vegetables. The fries were also cool, a little cooler than the patty. On a windy day, the burger meal kept me cool from the inside out.

For some bizarre reason everything was being handled with no gloves. The crispy chicken burger came with an almost burnt patty in it. Soggy lettuce and on the menu electronic display there was only fried with onion but not chilli but the counter had a display of it ( God knows why they didn't customers know ). Most useless unseasoned fries I've tasted in a burger king ever.

Worst place.. center of ROME! Perfect location but Burger King was empty , now I see why. Instead of new burger with parmiggiano, different sauces, ruccola and onions I got a sandwich with mayonnaise . After a first bite I realised that there is no onions and came to stuff to ask why. The woman opened my burger with her hands without gloves (before she was cleaning) and put a slice of normal onion instead of fried one but okay I’m just hungry just give me at least this sandwich. Dry, no sauces, ham instead of crunchy bacon. Asking for ketchup I had to pay, as well as they didn’t give me a straw for drink. SHAME SMAME SHAME !!! This place is ruining the reputation of the whole Burger King chain. Center of one of the most visited places in the world. Deeply disappointed!

OMG I wish I had read the reviews before I went there... everything is true and more! FOOD: Cold, soggy fries and onion rings... They never make fried food to order, and no customers means the food sits for hours. And my soda wasn't even filled full. No lid, no straw... SERVICE: Rude period full stop. As everyone mentions, I NEVER got a receipt, and when we asked to use the toilet they said the code is on the receipt and wouldn't tell us the code!!! I had to ask another customer...!!! (4321, left-lower button). FACILITIES: Even if you get into the toilet, it is dirty, dank, and disgusting for a food establishment. ATMOSPHERE: We were the only customers until two other groups came in. No A/C running, Ordering screens didn't work. Tickets were clean. CONCLUSION: Do yourself a favor... avoid this BK outlet at all costs, and walk the extra distance to a McDs.
