Bellissima sorpresa. Sono stato a cena dal Veliero con la mia famiglia siamo 5 buone forchette alquanto esigenti e abbiamo passato una piacevolissima serata. Ambiente famigliare, ci hanno accolto e servito con simpatia e gentilezza. Squisiti i fritti come antipasto e primi piatti di grande qualità nonché generosi nelle quantità e nei condimenti. Io ho provato la matriciana con maialino nero e pachino un piatto molto ben preparato e davvero gustoso. Anche la Carbonara al pistacchio era notevole così come le fettuccine salsicce e spuntature. Molto buono anche il vino sfuso della casa sia bianco che rosso. Tocco finale un gelato al.cioccolato all'arancia , tiramisù e sorbetto tutti prodotti artigianali fatti in casa molto buoni. Menù ricco e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Bravi! Torneremo sicuramente!

I caught a small bonus on a website (it’s shown in the photo) and decided to treat myself to dinner out. Ended up with a great pizza — flavorful sauce, light cheese, and some pistachios on top. It’s nice to just enjoy the moment, especially when a random gift makes the evening a bit tastier.

This AIC certified gluten free restaurant has incredible authentic cuisine and a very large menu - it is in a residential neighborhood and your extremely friendly and helpful waiter will likely use Google translate to ensure you have are ordering what you want. There are a few outdoor tables and many inside. You will likely be the only tourist while groups of people off of work grabbing pizzas to go. If you want to try to eat where Romans eat, go support this lovely spot. (just two blocks from the metro).

We dined here on our last night in Rome and it made for a brilliant send off. The food and service was exceptional. The staff team were both helpful and friendly. We had Pinsa Merchese, two Pizzas, Diavolo and Calabrese, as well as Spaghetti Cozze e vongole italiane and Ravioli e Bronte Pistachio. Each was wonderfully cooked, flavoursome and just the right size. Definitely worth a meal at this restaurant.

We had a fantastic dinner at Ristorante Pizzeria Il Veliero. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were attentive and kind throughout the evening. We ordered the mixed meat and mixed fish, and both were absolutely delicious — fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and everything was cooked perfectly. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. It’s definitely a place we’ll come back to, whether for pizza, seafood, or a relaxed evening out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine and great service!

I have celiac, and on the way to Rome, I wasn't sure if the restaurants without gluten were going to taste good. But, with the help of the AIC (Alimentazione Fuori Casa), which is the celiac grup in italy, I found this restauraunt. One of the best gluten free restaurants I have ever tasted. Even though it is without gluten, the food tastes better than other restoraunts that cook with gluten. This restauraunt is 100% safe for people with celiac and gluten intolerence. Nel complesso abbastanza soddisfatto. Ci sono alcune cose che mi permetto di consigliare: Il servizio è mediocre. Il cameriere è stato molto gentile e attento, ma deve essere decisamente istruito meglio. Ho ordinato il crudo del giorno e una frittura chiedendo espressamente che arrivassero insieme. Ma non sono arrivate insieme. La frittura è arrivata una decina di minuti dopo aver finito di consumare il crudo. Quando si porta il crudo e il fritto sarebbe il caso portare qualcosa per le mani. La.classica acqua e limone o la salvietta monouso. La salvietta è arrivata parecchio tempo dopo, quando ho chiesto di sostituire il tovagliolo ormai fracico. Attenti al crudo. Gli Scampi avevano ancora i budelli. Me li sono puliti da solo. Una ciotola a parte per mettere gli scarti ( gusci, carapaci) dovrebbe essere portata subito. L ho chiesta io. Il pane? Non si usa offrirlo nel servizio? Avrei gradito fosse portato a tavola. La salvietta umida sporca del crudo è rimasta sul tavolo fino a fine pasto. Ho dovuto richederne un altra. Nel complesso il problema è stata la poca esperienza del cameriere nel seguire le procedure elementari di un servizio. Ma comunque non mi sento di condannarlo. Era gentile. Forse bisognerebbe dare disposizioni "dall alto". Crudo ok. Un po' scarno per il prezzo. Fritto ok. Il bicchiere di vino bianco frizzante, poco frizzante. Ma buono. Prezzo 50,50. Ho lasciato 60 per la gentilezza, preziosa più della professionalità. Consiglierei una maggiore presenza in sala dei proprietari o dei manager. Sopratutto con i nuovi clienti sarebbe carino maggiore attenzione. Forse il proprietario c era (ciuffo bianco?) ma si è totalmente disinteressato (anche un buongiorno e un arrivederci era gradito). Nel complesso, consiglio. Ci torno. Salut.

Osteria calabrese, ristorante di pesce e pizzeria. Tre in uno. Noi abbiamo provato due primi di pesce (sarde e nero di seppia) ed erano molto buoni. Come anche buonissimo, ma un po' caro, era il tartufo calabro di gelato fichi e noci. Brutte da vedere le piante "movibili" all'interno dei carrellini del supermercato. Un'osservazione sull'uso del pistacchio. Qui sta su tutti i piatti, proprio come si diceva un tempo del prezzemolo. Anche meno andrebbe bene.

We spontaneously walked in and had mixed grill, and pizza margaritas. I personally missed a bit of salad or something to come with the meat, but the meat was really good and presented in an original way, hanging on a hook above a pan of grilled potatoes. My wife and daughter absolutely loved their pizza.

The food is good, the house wine is perfect, but the wait is enormous. Probably it’s not a good idea to go here late in the evening. We have been waiting for the waitress to take our order for about 30 minutes and then the same for our food to get prepared. So you must be ready to sit there for more than an hour without anything, just reading the menu and drinking water.

One of the best truffle pastas I've had in all of Italy. And fantastic prices, too! The pizza however was not good. Maybe they should stick to pasta. Service was prompt and orderly, but it felt like staff did not want to be there and they were not warm or friendly.

Mi hanno segnalato questo ristorante in senso molto positivo e ci sono andato. I Proprietari sono Simpatici, Comunicativi molto disponibili, il Servizio al tavolo è fatto molto velocemente ( probabilmente perchè avevano tutti i tavoli prenotati) ma da una Cameriera garbata ed attenta. Abbiamo ordinato pizze, supplì, fritti. Tutto buono specialmente i Supplì ( sembravano fatti in casa, molto buoni), non abbiamo atteso molto i piatti e ci siamo fatti portare tutto insieme. Una bella scorpacciata. Inoltre sono specializzati a cucinare quasi tutto per i Celiaci ( hanno cucine separate) e questo sicuramente è un punto maggiore per Loro.Complimenti per il cibo. Solo 3 Stelle perchè nell arredo non và, sedie che non richiamano la “ marinarità”, colori sulle pareti troppo accessi, questi colori stonano avrei preferito colori inerenti al mare ( ho visto passare degli ottimi piatti di pesce)… la prossima volta, ordinerò Pesce😋😋😋🥂🥂🥂🥂🍾🍾🍾😉😉😉😉🤔Raccomandato

Il locale ha posti sia fuori che dentro ben disposti. Ho assaggiato una pinsa romana che era molto buona, come anche le pizze a detta dei miei amici. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile. Consigliato :)

Sinceramente non ho avuto una buona esperienza e sinceramente non rientra nella mia personale classifica di locali da consigliare.... Anzi, direi proprio di no. Devo dire che la proprietaria è stata molto gentile e cortese a venirmi incontro e dedicarmi uno "speciale" sconto per un piatto che purtroppo era immaginabile. Fettuccine al sugo di cinghiale ma di sugo nemmeno l'ombra, il piatto era secco e asciutto a tal modo da non poterlo finire. Sinceramente sbagliare un piatto del genere, che ha 3 ingredienti é inaccettabile quando poi nel locale c'erano forse 10 persone... Per il resto abbiamo preso una carbonara accettabile e una amatriciana nella media.. Nulla di che... Poi chiedevo un tiramisù ma mi veniva servito quello senza glutine se non sbaglio, per quale motivo non lo so visto che io avrei voluto quello normale... Purtroppo quel giorno è andato tutto male...

Bassa qualità degli ingredienti, il Condimento sopra la pizza quasi inesistente. La versione senza glutine sembra una pizza surgelata. Personale gentile.

The outside waiter was incredibly helpful and he was evidently concerned with each customer's needs. Too bad that there is not enough staff to serve the customers. If you see more than 15 people in the restaurant - get ready for a long waiting time. Not to say about the mistakes that the staff makes due to business. If you order a gluten free meal, MAKE SURE that you double check if your order is correct.

Quando ordini una tagliata ai porcini da 24 euro e ti servono una bistecca intera, piena di grasso, con 4 funghi buttati sopra e che devi rendere tagliata usando da solo il coltello.. Non c'è molto altro da dire..
