Valentina's Casale is always a guarantee! Ever since I had the pleasure of dining at Casale for the first time, I've always chosen this venue for aperitifs with friends, dinners, birthdays, and parties. For my graduation, Valentina and her wonderful staff organized a splendid party in a private room. The elegant, slightly country style of Casale combined with the kindness and helpfulness of the entire staff made the day even more special. The themed decorations, the beauty of the room, and the deliciousness of the dishes—with vegetarian and gluten-free options!—ensured that everyone at the table was thrilled. 🩷 Thanks again to Valentina, Mario, Luca, and all the staff!

We celebrated a surprise 40th birthday. I can only say it was perfectly organized, the food was high-quality and beautifully presented, the service was professional and friendly, and the location was truly meticulously maintained. I received so many compliments on how the evening went, and it was all thanks to the staff and Valentina, her expertise and helpfulness. Friends who want to come back to eat here soon were the best feedback for me.

Lovely, cozy, detached from the chaotic city of Rome. Well connected to the city center with several buses (118, 765, 663 and 664). Located next to the Roman aqueduct, we woke up every morning to this wonderful landscape. The smell of fresh brewed coffee and cornetti (italian croissants) followed shortly afterwards. The staff is very kind and attentive to detail. It also homes several horses due to the fact that it is also a place for horse riding... Overall a great experience. Looking forward to our next visit!

A stunning location in the middle of the park... shame about the rain, but it was a truly beautiful evening. The food was plentiful and very, very good, and we also happened to be there on the night with Pin-up. We'll definitely be back.

We visited this place not to stay, but simply for dinner with friends. Beautiful location, delicious appetizers and main courses, well-executed, and served in just the right quantities. The staff is kind, attentive, and friendly. The wine is truly good. In short, it would be the recipe for a truly special place if it weren't for some serious management issues. Upon arrival, the place appears sloppy: uncut grass, overgrown bushes, and uneven and neglected stone paths. Never mind, we're sporty, but when the wines start at €24 a bottle and quickly shoot up to €50, you'd expect the garden to at least be spruced up. What really brought the experience down to a level so embarrassing as to be comical was the dessert. The deconstructed millefeuille turned out to be a grainy cream decorated with chocolate chips from a discount store, and even worse, the "tiramisu semifreddo" was a slice of (leftover?) tiramisu that was brought in completely frozen, so much so that we couldn't eat it for 10 minutes. There wasn't even a hint of a semifreddo because the mascarpone cream dries out in the freezer, while the semifreddo cream thaws faster and stays soft. This cream was dry and unpleasant, and even caused some guests to have digestive problems. In short, a real shame.

Very suggestive place.. Immersed in nature.. Menu that preludes to excellent and very refined dishes.. Too bad.. Small portions and above all not similar (for me a 200g Danish pastry, for my niece two 400g total.. For me three gnocchi total 90g for my mother-in-law 200g of pappardelle) badly cooked but good meat.. In short, at the end of the meal we still woke up hungry... My gnocchi, then the wrong recipe combined with pieces of fried artichoke seemed to be seasoned with plastic.. Eating and spitting out pieces is not nice... In short, I will not return

Ottima location, servizio gradevole, cibo di buona qualità, se pur a costi alti. Purtroppo, si è “scivolati sulla buccia di banana”, facendoci pagare un coperto esageratamente alto e in aggiunta il cestino del pane.Mi preme ricordare che nel coperto sarebbe gia compreso il pane. Peccato, perdersi per cosí poco!
