Un posto magico e silenzioso la Bastia. Monti rocciosi , un edicola votiva incastonata nel Monte con una splendida Madonnina che guarda tutta la valle Scrivia. E proprio li, un'osteria tipica a conduzione familiare,dove ti accolgono come a casa Martina suo marito i loro figli e lo splendido staff fatto di solo donne Cristina e Cinzia preparate profesionali e gentilissime. Cibo eccellente, gourmet, io vi consiglio tutto. Ma in particolare se passate di lì non potete non provare i ravioli alle rose con crema di pinoli di Martina. Un piatto , un viaggio. Un viaggio culinario, ad ogni morso ti porta in un roseto. A me in particolare a quello di Candy Candy. E se un piatto ti fa viaggiare così tanto, da portati addirittura bambina,ha vinto. Poi c'è la grigliata di carne o di formaggi sempre di produzione locale,fatta dal marito all'aperto con una brace pazzesca una carne top. Da tavolata con amici.I dolci , parliamone, fatti con amore sempre da Martina tutto godurioso. Compreso il Rosolio di grappa e l' arancello home made. Adatto anche per ospitare cerimonie. Amano i bambini (che non è scontato)c'è un bello e immenso spazio verde all esterno ,con fattoria e giochi ,e animali da cortile, ovviamente anche i bimbi pelosi sono ben accetti. Super consigliato.
A warm and welcoming place, with a grill outside, a cozy and decorated interior, and a beautiful Christmas tree at the entrance. The dishes are all delicious, the menu is varied, and the service is friendly. Bonus: every now and then, between courses, a very cuddly tabby cat, accustomed to human contact, might come and say hello.
A familiar, welcoming, and friendly place. The food is excellent, the grilled meat is superb. The handmade pasta is delicious. In particular, the tortelli alla rosa are truly unexpected. Thank you for your warm welcome and friendliness, despite the Ligurian hospitality... 😉
Genuine, authentic place. No frills, truly excellent food from appetizer to dessert. The staff is wonderful, truly helpful, and what can I say, making their children's toys available to guests is an excellent treat!!! ❤️ Well done!!
Beautiful place easily reached from Busalla, car parking near the restaurant, delicious food from appetizers to dessert; amazing barbecue, wonderful staff make you feel at home... There is also a nice park, closed, for children with slides, swings and little houses, from there you can observe chickens, ducks, a horse and a donkey... There are quite a few walks nearby, including the giant bench reachable via a very easy path even with children in strollers...
On Sunday we finally managed to go and eat at the Osteria della Bastia, and as I expected we ate very well, very kind and courteous staff, if you are looking for a quiet place in the middle of nature it is ideal, excellent octopus ravioli with cherry tomatoes and Taggiasca olives and rose ravioli with pine nuts, excellent second courses of fried mushrooms and sliced meat, delicious desserts: blueberry panna cotta and zabaglione with coffee biscuits, all rigorously homemade, I recommend a walk after lunch around the Osteria, worth visiting the sanctuary of Nostra Signora della Bastia, and a few minutes away the big bench 282, for the stamp contact the Osteria della Bastia
Very friendly and helpful staff, full menu of meat and fish. Generous portions and well-cooked food (no overcooked or store-bought fresh pasta). Well-balanced flavors, and the option of wood-grilled meats. Very generous mixed grill, no junk food like sausages. I recommend the Angus steak with blue cheese fondue and lamb ravioli with parmesan and a roast-style sauce, delicious. A walk to the giant bench or into the woods is a great way to unwind.
Excellent food from appetizer to main course, excellent service considering there was only one person serving!!! Very attentive to requests and super kind!!! When you go to eat in these places you have to sit down, relax and eat slowly!!! Rib-eye and Florentine steak cooked on the grill were out of this world!!! We will be happy to come back to you!!!! What can I say... Excellent food and a rustic setting... generous portions. A fantastic grill for a great barbecue, but the other dishes are also worth trying. After a go-kart race, this is the perfect place to end the day on a high note.
A few days ago, Saturday, September 2nd to be precise. We celebrated my wedding with family and friends 🎊 It was incredible. ❤️ The food was all excellent, with a huge appetizer buffet and excellent first and second courses. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. ❤️ And Martina was incredible. ❤️ Super helpful. It was a fantastic day. When they say the little things are the best, it's true! 😍 Ample parking. A welcoming place that makes you feel at home. Suitable for everyone. Highly recommended 😍😍
We chose Osteria della Bastia as the reception venue for our wedding, which took place yesterday, and it was a perfect choice! Martina and her team took care of every aspect of the banquet, from the excellent courses (two first courses and one second course) to the cake and even the decorations and flowers. With the help of other vendors, we were able to organize the bar, DJ music, and the fire pit for the evening, and it turned out to be a spectacular party. Martina was also incredibly helpful during the months of planning and accommodated every need, even the most unusual ones. Highly recommended :)
The best dining experience for families. They have toys for kids, amazing view, great food, and a cool cat.
Wonderful place, very friendly service, varied food, and good value. Very suitable for families with children, as the outdoor area is sheltered from traffic, there are games both in the garden and inside, they have a toilet seat, a step for children to wash their hands, and the staff are very patient. The atmosphere is family-friendly and pleasant.
In a beautiful and tranquil setting, the menu is always rich in fish and meat options, using top-quality ingredients. Everything is homemade, from appetizers to desserts, and is truly delicious.
A homey yet refined menu. Dishes with authentic, traditional flavors, but with a modern twist and meticulous attention to detail. Even the eye deserves its share! On Sunday, they offered a rose-themed menu. Rose aperitif, vegetable ravioli topped with rose petals, tiramisu with rose meringue. Plus the usual dishes... pictured: the house antipasto (shared in the photo!) and tuna with sesame seeds and caramelized onions. Excellent value. You be the judge!
Had lunch on Sunday with my wife and kids. The atmosphere was perfect for a family day. The place was spotlessly clean and very welcoming. We were greeted with great courtesy by the owners, who were truly polite and made us feel at home. The dishes are traditional Ligurian, with a slight twist to make them truly enjoyable and "new." Based on what we ate, I can assure you that the starters and desserts were first-rate. I honestly didn't expect to eat so well. The kids had a blast and the day flew by. Thanks to the owners for their hospitality and to Giovanni for his company. A well-deserved 5*.

Let's start by saying that getting there isn't easy given its distance from the city (I was coming from Genoa), but its quiet location overlooking beautiful, relaxing green hills is also a plus; on a sunny winter day, I'd say it's perfect. As for the dishes, they're simple and tasty, generously portioned, and don't keep you waiting long. It's a great place for families and non-family members alike. For two, we spent about €44 for two starters, a main course, and two desserts. Definitely recommended and worth a try; call to reserve.
Very good food, portions weren't generous for the first courses, but the second courses were very good (the breaded anchovies were delicious). The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant offers plenty of space, including an outdoor area equipped for children to play. Recommended
