Visited for the first time on a Sunday afternoon despite being so close to home. The place is quiet, and the outdoor seating is mostly shaded and well-ventilated. If it's hot, there's not much to do, but it's much less bothersome there. The products are excellent and the prices are fair. The artisanal gelato cups are out of this world; finishing them is a challenge, but leaving any is a shame, so you have to make an effort :-). We'll definitely be back; a great little spot to spend a cool summer afternoon.

Very nice and relaxing location for the evening, service is prompt and the waitresses are very friendly, but the ice creams are a bit watery and lack flavor. Overall rating: quite good.

This ice cream shop is located in Rovellasca Park. After a nice walk, seeing those full cups makes you crave ice cream. Unfortunately, the service is great, but the quality is average.

Communication also matters: the daily hours on Google (and the same on Facebook) indicate that Saturday and Sunday it's open from 8:30 a.m. to midnight. Then you go there and discover, with a note hanging outside the door, that it reopens at 3:00 p.m. And how would anyone who isn't from Rovellasca know that? Then, at 3:00 p.m., so to speak, by the time the various refrigerators reach serving temperature, it's already 3:20 p.m. That's fine by me; I'm not expecting you to never close, but keep them updated on your websites, so at least someone knows.

The clerks are rude and not respectful or hygienic. For example, today I bought a candy, then I realized it was open and went to ask for a change. Their response was: GO AWAY!! Things that are too expensive, a candy is €1 more, they were forgetting to give me change, be more careful 🤦‍♀️

In August, closed in the mornings, with random hours. The quality of a coffee or a defrosted croissant is beyond judgment. Criticism should be a warning to improve. Given the owner's responses to the many criticisms, I don't think he understands. It can only get worse. I'd like to know who actually runs the kiosk and whether it's still under management and paying the Municipality of Rovellasca for its occupancy. If so, the quality of this operator's service would be worth considering.

Terrible experience. Creative, spur-of-the-moment pricing. 20ml lemonade sold at the counter for €4 (€20 per liter). No receipt.

The ice cream is good, but the cones are really poorly made; some fall over, others are huge and tall, with very little ice cream. But above all: two "calippos" for 6 euros? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Are you kidding me??????

Rude staff. When you have to ask a customer for something, you have to be polite, even if you're not related! The ice cream was good, but the brioche with the ice cream wasn't so good. I paid 5 euros for a pre-packaged brioche; at that price, I want a fresh brioche!

Unfortunately, my experience at this kiosk was disappointing. And it's not the first time!!! The staff was rude and unhelpful, making the atmosphere unpleasant. I hope they pay more attention to customer service in the future. "I do not recommend this kiosk!!!

This bar (or rather, its owner) has only its location to thank for. I've been there several times for quick coffees, and then I've stopped in for a couple of aperitifs. The food quality is poor, the drinks are average. But that's not the problem. Once I asked for a toasted sandwich and had to wait almost 40 minutes because "the oven needed to heat up." The toasted sandwich arrived with a slice of ham (very low quality) and a slice of cheese. Cost: €5. After 20 minutes, I asked about the missing toasted sandwich and received a truly rude response. The same after another 20 minutes. This place could be the jewel in the crown of the park, but it's decidedly run-of-the-mill, even in the outdoor furniture and the plastic-covered patio. It deserves more refined owners who cater to a diverse clientele, from those grabbing gelato on the go with the kids to those who are perhaps a little more discerning.
