At the shopping center... Really good pizza, but without generalizing about everyone, some people unfortunately don't pay attention to the hygiene of the dishes used to cut the pizza... speechless... I prefer not to write further, but I believe we can really improve by taking care of the hygiene of everything... let's give them a chance for more training... maybe tiredness has an impact, for goodness' sake... the goal of the review is to improve... nothing else... thanks

The pizzas are okay for on the go – nothing special, but quite solid when you’re hungry and passing through. They’re ideal for eating while walking through the mall. The taste is average, but correct, and the portions are enough to “satisfy your hunger”. The service is fast, the place is always full and you can see that they have their own audience. It’s not top-notch pizza, but for a quick break and something quick – it’s quite passable.

Good pizza, as always. Shame about the service. The girl serving us couldn't even crack a smile. My pizza was falling off and she huffed and puffed, and after I paid, she forgot to give me a drink. The counter at 8:30 PM on Saturday only had three trays of pizzas, two of which were practically identical, and not even one Margherita. I understand it's exhausting working with the public, but kindness never hurt anyone.

The pizza that we ordered looked good..but when served...it was hard and obvious that it has been heated and not fresh...the place is in a mall...so finding a table is a bit difficult. Service was ok.

The pizza is very good, but everything else needs updating. The staff is rude, and above all, the place is really poorly maintained; you eat amidst leftovers and dirt. Embarrassing!

The pizza is decent, and there's a wide selection. But the fact that at 8:40 PM the sales assistant puts my pizza in a box for takeaway and, after telling her we wanted to eat it on the spot, tells me, when I ask to reheat it, that the oven is off because they close at 10 PM, is paradoxical. You close your service an hour and 20 minutes earlier? Zero customer service. It's already a bad thing I didn't leave the food there.

Cheap, but not much tasty. Grazie got pizza cotto, which had a strange taste. I wouldn’t recommend, there are plants of other better choices in the mall.

How can you make pizzas with ingredients (low-quality and randomly placed) that make no sense together...like sauce, tomato pieces, mozzarella, mayonnaise, ham, and lettuce? Or even zucchini flowers, anchovies, cherry tomatoes, and raw zucchini? And I'll stop there...just ask Rom'antica. I've never written a negative review, but I can't pay (or even pay enough) for this kind of abomination.
