Mendocino Farm on Lake Ave, Pasadena is my go to place for lunch or dinner. The Manager Billy is Awesome which it reflects with his employees. Place always super clean beside the very tasty and healthy menu they offer the place has a chill vibe. Either you are new in Pasadena or looking for a place to have a nice meal this is the place Mendocino Farms!!!! Happy eating!

Under the leadership of their new manager, Billy, the entire dining experience has been elevated to a new level of excellence. First, let me say how thoroughly impressed I am with the quality of the food. Mendocino Farms has always been known for its variety of healthy, delicious options, but now, the consistency and freshness are unmatched. Every meal is prepared to perfection, with no detail overlooked. Whether it’s a busy lunchtime or a quieter evening, the flavor, quality, and presentation are always spot-on. The customer service at this branch is what truly sets it apart. Walking into Mendocino Farms in Pasadena feels like coming home. When my father was on disability, Billy made sure I had a few extra meals to take home, which helped ease our load as caregivers. These small acts of kindness made a huge impact on our family, and I’ll always be grateful to him and his team for their compassion and generosity. Thanks to the incredible team and leadership at Mendocino Farms Pasadena, it has easily become one of my favorite places to eat. It’s rare to find a place where the quality of food, customer service, and heart of the staff come together so seamlessly. If you haven’t been to this branch yet, I highly recommend it! This place is charming! Their salads are hearty and healthy and delicious (I've only had salad there). The staff is friendly and their prices are okay. I come here once a month and have never been disappointed.

I had the Happy Hippie Sandwich. It was outstanding! Nice tasting mixture of contents and generous size. My partner had a Peruvian Steak San that she really enjoyed. It was a little smaller than mine. The lady at the counter who took my order was extremely pleasant to deal with. We arrived a little before 6 and the parking was difficult on a Saturday evening.

Anthony was very helpful and patient! The cobb was perfect and the vibes were chill in there.

I seriously can’t say enough good things about Mendocino Farms. The food is just so good—fresh, flavorful, and honestly feels like something you'd make at home if you had the time and talent. The place is always super clean and has a great vibe, which I really appreciate. And Billy, the manager? He’s the best—so kind and genuinely cares about the customer experience. My first visit at the farm was agreat one on Lake street in Pasadena. The salad and soup recommended by Mr. Gabriel was 5 🌟. Great quality food, price and the high level of customer service from Gabriel is why I'm returning 👌.

Try this place for their delicious, healthy and interesting sandwiches, wraps and more. Prices were reasonable. Service was friendly, quick, portions were generous and the place was clean and roomie. Try the outdoor eating area and watch the world pass by on Lake Avenue.

The sandwich had so much flavor, I think it was the delicious pickled onions and let me tell ya, it had a great amount of turkey. I love some avocado on my sandwiches and this sandwich came with it. The salad was one of the best salads I’ve had. I will forever remember it. I’m no longer a Panera guy and I’m officially a Mendocino guy forever now! You guys have someone good please and make sure Billy stays forever at this location. I will personally make the long drive just for that guy and rest of his team. Probably one of my favorite iterations for this salad I’ve ever had. It tasted very fresh, the cashews were delicious, the chicken quality was excellent and the dressing was perfect. Overall it made for an amazing salad. I’d definitely come back here again to try their other items or just get the same salad again. During peak times, parking can be really really busy. ***update*** Dined in and it was a very spacious spot and customer service was excellent. I tried their Caesar with quinoa and it was delicious. Their fried chicken is pretty good and their cookies are worth a try. Their corn chowder is delicious along with their Bahn mi pork belly. Two excellent menu items to pair together. The black tie turkey sandwich was also excellent and I highly recommend it. The Thai mango chicken salad is phenomenal and is my favorite dish they got so far. Overall an excellent and filling lunch option.

Excellent place. Tried the impossible burger and it was delicious. I still want to come back to try different things from their menu. Sometimes they take your order at the entrance where you can see the menu hanging from the wall.

Our go-to vegan burger in Pasadena. It changes every so often, and they taken down some of their gems but their burgers always hit the spot. Other must gets are their couscous and impossible taco salad. Way too fire! Happy Munchies, @aVeganAndHer

I love mendocino farms all over Los Angeles. Their sandwiches are awesome and at great prices as well as their sides. They could use a little more variety.

The turkey (Kitchen House) sandwich and the leek soup was great. We sampled a couple of the salads and chose the beet salad. Yum! There is a chalkboard wall for kids to write on. Of course, we could not help ourselves and doodled on it... 4 stars because the seating is not the best for comfort. Metal chairs for ambiance, but do not lend themselves for long time seating.

Quick and efficient service. Friendly staff. The girl at the counter saw that we were noobs so she let us try some of the side dishes and found the right one for us. She also offered to let us sample some drinks but we didn't want to waste too much of her time since it got a little busy. Food tasted fresh and tasty and staff constantly checking on customers and cleaning. Food for the price could have been better quality. It was good but for the price I've had better at local and cheaper deli spots.

"Save Drake Farm" salad with citrus vinaigrette was also pretty good. Don't sleep on their soups, they're also really tasty. I recommend their creamy potato Leak & Greek lemon chicken Farro soup. Service was fast and friendly. Parking is easy, there is a huge lot behind the restaurant. The only downside would be the portions, I feel like it's getting smaller and smaller each time. Also, the Chimichurri steak & Shishito bowl was not the best steak I've had. It was kinda chewy and dry. All in all, good service and fresh ingredients. Will def be returning soon!

The marinated pork belly was delicious and the pickle carrots in the sandwich were amazing. My wife had a grill ham and cheese. Unfortunately, they forgot to grill the sandwich and we ended up grilling the sandwich ourselves when we got home using a panini pan. But the end result was a tasty sandwich with nice melted cheese in a sourdough bread. This is a good place to get a quick bite if you don’t want to din-in. The restaurant has good pandemic practices with everyone wearing gloves and mask. Best place to have healthy eats. End of the update We used to go their marina del Rey location when we visited our son at LMU. We enjoy their healthy choice of sandwiches and salads. For people that are health conscious and want to have to variety and tasty foods, this is the place for them. They have so many creative ways of making sandwiches and salads, you will never get bored. Their foods encompass variety and international diversity. I love their ITALIAN prosciutto sandwiches when I am in the mood for Italian food. My wife loves the Banh Mi pork belly sandwich as she is more fond of ASIAN foods. Today, I decided to order their steak sandwich to be more on the keto diet mode. So whatever diet you are hopping on, they have food for you. I see it's on the ticket, so the person taking my order is definitely not the one messing up. Then, I don't have the time to bring it back and have them fix the order. I wish they would please read the tickets better.

One of the worst experience I have ever had. This was the second time coming here and was made to wait one hour for my food on purpose by one of the workers there. I saw the people who ordered after me get there food first and then the people after them. I don't usually leave reviews but this was such a bad experience. Here is the picture of the worker who withhold our food.

The air-dried chicken that I went to Mendocino Farms for every week is still on the menu but not what you get on your plate which is just breading. I know all about the inflation over the past three years from wars against China, Russia and Iran but if they just raised their prices I would still be eating there.
