Excellent brisket - that's the main thing. A nice, new little BBQ joint between Grapevine and Southlake. Definitely use the free valet service. I tried the beans, which were unremarkable but the brisket and the sauce are top-notch. I happened to ask about desserts. They're not on the menu at all. So it's a secret menu item. Today's dessert was peach cobbler, my favorite. They did a good job with it.

It’s sssooo good, you seriously want to lick the plate!!!!!! Can I just say how AMAZING both the BBQ is here AND the AMAZING service? We used to live in the area but moved to Florida 6 years ago. You just can’t find BBQ here…especially the jalapeno cheddar sausage (JCS). So we have this friend, Liz, who comes to FL every so often. Guess what she brings us???? Yep, some JCS! She will go to the Grapevine location and place my order. Oh….it gets better. The awesome guys there will package it up, freeze it and make it travel ready for her to bring. We have friends that are also traveling in Italy who made sure to remind me while on their trip to remind Liz that they too wanted some JCS. LOL When I tell you that MUA is the best…..I truly mean it. They also sell their Salt and Pepper. Yep, we get that shipped to us too. It’s so good to roll that on the edges of a good filet. The breakfast tacos are out of this world! I used to buy 15-20 for my team on Fridays. The brisket sandwich, the ribs….you name it. It’s all amazing!!!! I can’t thank them enough for still being able to serve customers for life even out of state. “YOU’RE SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!”

The excellent service was only exceeded by some of the best brisket I’ve heart had. Moist of course! My pic is of 1/2lb of moist brisket. It doesn’t do the flavor and nice crust of the meat justice. (I also had beans and “not yo mamma’s slaw”) I was staying at the Gaylord hotel and came here all four days it was so good! I wish AZ had a restaurant this good!

As soon as you walk in the place your mouth will start watering with the aroma of fantastic BBQ. Every item I ordered was fantastic and was perfect just as it was served.. they have three different sauces which was an amazing uniqueness of choice and flavor also. I will definitely be back!!

After a long morning at my granddaughter's wedding and photo shoot in Dallas, Texas, we found ourselves feeling hungry for lunch. Eventually, we came across Meet U Anywhere a Texan-style Barbeque with great big outdoor smokers filling the parking lot with amazing barbeque fragrances as we walked inside. I ordered hot links with jalapeño and cheese, smoky pork ribs, and country-style potato salad. My lovely wife ordered the brisket with pork ribs as she is a big fan of Texan brisket. The atmosphere is so authentic Texan Large brick building with beautifully stained wood, wood framed windows, and large wood beams with lights accented the dining area; a picturesque truly welcoming vibe. They even had a large stainless steel washing sink with a mirror for clean-up after you eat; especially for those yuppies wanting to make sure no barbeque sauce was hiding in their faces or beards, and on their clothing. Our family likes to share food and we try to order different entrees to share. Hands down the hot-links were the favorite meat on the table, my wife, both of my daughters, and my son-in-law helped eat the half-pound portion I had ordered. I had to smother my pork ribs with St Louis barbeque sauce as they were a bit dry, and my country-style potato salad had a large amount of dill pickles just the way I liked them. My daughter and son-in-law ordered a half chicken it must have been a double-sized chicken as they could not finish eating it. We enjoyed the chicken, but both the ribs and brisket, we all agreed to be too dry.

I brought my family here tonight for dinner while we are visiting Grapevine. The staff was amazing and the food could not have been better. We had the brisket, pulled pork, and German sausage along with the beans and creamed corn, and we were totally blown away. We had to take home a bottle of their sauce for later and we will definitely return the next time we visit.

I was in Dallas for an 8 hour layover on the way to Washington State. I’ve been wanting to try out actual Texas BBQ for a long time. Good BBQ places are hard to come by in the Northeast US. This spot was close to the airport and had great reviews. I took TexRail from airport down to Grapevine and walked into this spot. The person behind the counter was awesome. He suggested the Rib Combo with Brisket and a 1/2 lbs of St. Louis style ribs. I must say that it was amazing. The brisket was so juicy and went great with the sandwich it came in. The ribs were amazing with the dipping sauce they give on the side. The Jalapeño Mac n’ Cheese was perhaps the most unexpectedly awesome part about the meal. It had this smoky and slightly hot flavor that was so good with all the cheese. It came out to around $30 after everything. Worth it in my opinion.

Excellent BBQ! Had the breakfast tacos; brisket, pork guiso, and carne guisada!! All of them were delicious and the tortillas were fresh! I was greeted by almost every worker, and the owner gave me a sampling of their burnt end stew….fantastic! Perfect for that cold day. When I am in Grapevine, I will definitely look for a reason to stop by this place again!

The $15 Monday special is the best way to go. It is a sampling of German sausage, jalapeno and cheese sausage, one single rib with rib meat, brisket, mac and cheese with bacon and jalapeno, and a roll with pickles and jalapenos all in a circular foil tin. Drink not included. Overall, the German sausage was excellent, the rib was a dry rub rib but close to falling off the bone, and my least favorite was the brisket. The brisket was a little tough and did not fall apart when pulled with a fork. It required cutting with plastic ware and it didn't go great. We will be back.

Hands down the best BBQ in town, I just visited for my second time and I was blown away again. I'm the type of person to do most of my own BBQ, but I just can't beat the flavor here. Brisket, ribs and sausage is so flavorful you don't even need sauce, but their house recipe sauce is too good to not use! The Mac & cheese is also very solid and I also appreciate they provide chopped onions, pickles and pickled jalapeños on the side. I'm certain everything is excellent here! One suggestion I have, if you like fatty brisket, ask for it to be "moist" and you will not be disappointed, I almost wanted to shout "yeehaw" after the first bite lol Great service, great employees and the owner is a caring guy, I'm sure he carefully selects everything from meat cuts to firewood because the quality of the food shows.

Meat U Anywhere has some of the best meat you can get! And there fires and Mac n' Cheese are surprisingly good! They not only give you a genorous amount of meat but they are super kind and have great customer service! The brisket Meat n' bun was overflowing with meat that was tender and delicious! I will always come back here!

This is the original location of Meat U Anywhere BBQ which has now expanded to another location. Their barbecue is really consistent which is good when you’re expecting a good experience. They also serve breakfast tacos that are extremely good. Check out their daily specials. You’re not going to get a better bang for your bucks. Mondays are especially good as they offer what they call the Holy Trinity that gives you a taste of brisket, pork rib and sausage along with Mac and Cheese all for under $20.

The food is Amazing! We tried a sample of two kinds of brisket, turkey, jalapeño and regular sausage and the pulled pork. If I had to pick a favorite I'd say the Texas brisket. Even the pickles were delicious. I hope i make it back some day

I was looking to get out of my apartment and a friend who used to live in DFW recommended this restaurant as his go to spot for BBQ. I placed an order online for pickup, because I wasn’t sure about outdoor seating and I’ve been cautious about eating indoors, due to COVID-19. I arrived and the main parking lot was full, but I was able to find a spot. As soon as I exited my car, there was a wonderful aroma of BBQ in the air. I entered the restaurant and was promptly greeted. The employees were very friendly and were able to answer all of my questions about the menu, to ensure I had an awesome experience! I ordered what my friend suggested, the Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage and Smoked Brisket Tamales (which were available as a Thursday special). I decided to stay and eat at one of the 4 tables outside, so I could social distance. I first took a bite of the sausage and it was amazing and very tasty. The tamales with the suggested side of chile con carne was amazing, as well. The barbecue sauces are yummy and delicious and went well with my sausage, although not needed. The Sticky Red (original) had a good flavor, the Carolina Style is sweet and the West Texas Heat is spicy, but not too spicy that it’ll burn your tongue off! I wasn’t sure about the beverages when placing my online order, but they have several bottled drinks and fountain drinks, as well. The fountain machine doesn’t have Coke or Pepsi, but RC Cola (which I thought was pretty cool)! Anyways, definitely a 5 star restaurant and definitely worth the 25-30 min drive from my location in Dallas. I’m looking forward to visiting again and trying a few other menu items!

This buildind looks like someone just plucked it right out of the South! A brick structure with a beautiful southern charm. The theme carried inside with hot sauce and a roll of paper towels on each table. When you enter the restaurant, your nose is greeted with the awesome smells of barbecued meats. The sounds of meats being chopped, cut and served deli style. It's an unforgettable sensory experience! The Big guy behind the counter offered me samples to help me make up my mind about the delightful taste experience I was about to enjoy. I chose the Brisket and the hot sausage. I was shaking my head in disbelief at how tender and flavorful the meats were. I really did not need to add any sauce to improve the flavors. They were cooked and seasoned just right! While I was enjoying this Southern delight, the big guy walked over with a pork rib, set it down and said, try this! On the house, I might add! I also enjoyed their Mac n Cheese. You have never had this before! Do not miss a chance to enjoy this place if you are near Irving, Texas, you will walk away with a BIG Southern grin on your face!

We visited for lunch and the food was excellent food. Brisket was fantastic and the Mac and cheese- the best I've had in long time. My daughter had a pull pork and she really enjoyed it!

This is authentic Texas barbecue. It is smoked on premises and you can tell by the layers of flavor. The person who took our order was very attentive and made sure that we had exactly what we needed and was careful as I told him I had an allergy. The atmosphere was excellent and people were just happy and enjoying and sharing how good their food was. The place is a little small so you want to bear that in mind if you have a large group or are going with some friends that you might not find 2 tables together. But other than that, amazing.

Meat U Anywhere BBQ is a family favorite! We love the smoked turkey breast for lunch. The breakfast tacos are a crowd pleaser when we have guests. When my boys are headed out to hunt, leftovers are great after sitting in the deer stand. And…the mac n cheese is the first thing that disappears at our family Thanksgiving dinner. A true win all around when trying to feed the family…and someone else does the cooking!

I don't give out 5 stars that often but this place checked every box, even ones that I didn't know I had. First impressions, nice small BBQ joint. We stood looking at the menu and were offered free samples. That right there made say "dang". We ordered lean brisket, fatty brisket, turkey, sausage, burnt ends soup, potato salad and mac-n-cheese. Everything was amazing. The fatty brisket was so tender and moist. I've never had brisket that good ever and I've been to several BBQ places across the US. My top 3 selections today were #1, fatty brisket, #2 burnt ends soup and #3 (curve ball) the pozole. It was given to us to try, it had a little spicy kick but it made my top 3. Sweet 8lbs 6oz newborn infant jesus this place is beyond delicious. Its easily my #1 BBQ place in Dallas. Please give this place a try, you will not be disappointed.

I’ve been in Texas for three weeks (I’m visiting family, I live in Australia). This is the best bbq joint I have tried (my 6th). Mac and cheese was spot on, great flavour nice and moist. The brisket was good, the pulled pork outstanding and those St Louis ribs blew my mind.

One of the best in Texas! If you haven’t been , get there as fast as you can! The BBQ is simply amazing ! Some of the best I have ever had! Smoked turkey moist and tasty! Brisket so delicious and moist! Mac and cheese is on point ! The seasonings that they sell are best in business. Every meat we tried was tender with a smoke ring and so delicious. Ribs have a nice tender bite off the bone. Every time we are in grapevine tx we go to Meat U Anywhere BBQ. The smoked tenderloin was melt in your mouth deliciousness!

As someone from Austin who been to Snow’s 10/10 and Franklin’s 9/10, I have high expectations for brisket. And the moist brisket here was spectacular tender, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth good. However, a few burnt ends had a slight propane-like taste, which threw things off a bit. I looked for pickles to help balance that out but couldn’t find any, though I later learned they do offer them. Overall service was amazing, it’s still some solid BBQ. 8.8/10.

The parking lot was empty, so we were tempted to go somewhere else. I'm so glad we went in. The guys here were so very helpful and kind. They prepared everything right in front of us within seconds. This was decent barbecue for a slightly high price. I've definitely had better ribs at this price point, but overall, the food is good. I would have probably marked this as 4 stars, but the service was absolutely exceptional. The workers seemed to genuinely care about our experience. I was out of town when I visited, so I'm not sure how the surrounding places stack up, but if you want some good BBQ in a low-key, casual setting, then check them out.

Bbq and tacos all day! You're speaking my love language! The brisket egg tacos are the best! You can get flour or corn tortillas. Their salsa was perfect. It's not too hot, but has enough kick to wake you up. The loaded baked potato was delicious. There's something about good bbq places that makes potatoes so tasty. They are doing the potatoes right! The turkey was my favorite. The sliced brisket and their sauce were delicious. I had feared there weren't enough parking spots, but the lot is bigger than it looks when you're just driving by. And they had signs for overflow parking. The creamed corn was very creamy.Sadly the banana pudding was only okay. It looked good and the cookie was crispy and there was a lot of whipped cream, but it didn't have enough banana taste for me. The daily specials look good. I'll be back for some of their Friday fish.

Pleasantly surprised with Meat U Anywhere. It was fantastic! Went to place our order and mentioned it was our first time there so he gave us samples of brisket and turkey breast. They were both incredible! I’ve never had such a moist turkey breast or brisket in my life. And on top of that the price is extremely reasonable. I love Hard Eight but tbh this quality of food was better here. The only flaw was the drink station. I’ve never seen a RC Cola fountain station. Need to switch it up to Coke or Pepsi and it would be amazing! And don’t forget their peach cobbler it was also delicious. Also love that they have daily specials.

Wanted to try a BBQ place we hadn't been to yet so after seeing the good reviews we gave it a try. Definitely not disappointed! We had a pretty good sampling of things and it was all good. Pulled pork and jalapeño cheddar sausage were awesome. Brisket had great flavor but if I'm being honest it was dry. It was very tender and still good though. Only real let down was probably the mac and cheese. I would still recommend this place and will return when we are in the area for sure. Staff was great and we had more than enough to eat for the 3 of us. Ended up taking home a good amount.

Food was very good! Above average BBQ. The ribs had some of the best smoke flavor I've ever had on a rib. The cheddar jalapeno sausage was delicious, and the jalapeno mac and cheese was one of the best things I've ever tasted. I took one star off because the brisket kind of disappointed me. It was moist but weirdly flavorless. Very possible it was just bad luck and every other day it's amazing; if I lived near here I would absolutely try it again. The rest was good enough that I want to believe the brisket is usually better.

In town for a conference so we decided to give this BBQ restaurant a try. They were out of their ribs which was the special for the day. So, we tried the brisket. It was pretty good with their standard sauce on the table. We also tried the banana pudding and jalapeno Mac and cheese.

Brisket was ok. Past the bark there wasn’t much flavor. Pit Ham, jalapeño cheddar sausage, and tenderloin were solid. Wife had tacos which she said they were good.

The food was good. We had 2 rib plates. One with fries and cream corn, and the other with jalapeño bacon mac & cheese. It was banging. The sauce was less than saucy for me. I expected a bigger flavor with a little kick, but overall, it was good. Now, if you are looking for a good southern dessert to top you off, the banana pudding ain't it unless you really just want banana flavored pudding. The dessert was my reasoning for a 4, and I would do 4.5, but it wasn't a choice. We enjoyed our 1st time, and if or when we're in Texas again, we'll be back for sure! Oh, and I loved that my cup was a souvenir to take home!

This was our (dad, bro and I) first meal on a recent weekend Texas trip (planned the whole trip around the Cowboys game on sunday as my dad is a huge fan). We had researched on Google Reviews as well as Yelp to see where the good bbq was. This resto scored highly on both platforms and also happened to be 20 min away from our hotel so we figured it was worth the trek. We told the guy at the register that it was our first time and we wanted to try a lil bit of everything. He got us a platter which included a bunch of assorted meats at which point, I asked him if he had any beef ribs left. He proceeded to show the 3 of us one of the biggest dinosaur bones I've seen in my life. We also grabbed a banana pudding from the fridge and got some mac n cheese on the side as well. The food was delicious! We did find some of the meats to be a lil on the salty side and we also had our own top 3. For me the top 3 out of the the meats we tried were: 1. the beef rib: this thing had the craziest bark but was so tender that my plastic knife was cutting through it like butter with no other utensil required 2. prime rib: medium rare and super juicy 3. pork ribs: even though they had gotten a lil cold, the meat still tore off the bones cleanly with each bite (I know texans don't usually put sauce on their pork ribs but that's how I like mine so I doused my ribs in the tableside bbq sauce; it was on the runny side and was too peppery) A lot of folks have been raving about the brisket in multi-platform reviews but if I'm being honest, the fatty brisket we requested didn't really wow us. We may have gotten a poor batch out of many (which happens). While the meat did pull apart with a fork, it was slightly dry which was unfortunate. The jalapeno cheddar sausage was a good amount of spicy for me (but not for my dining companions) however, they were a tad too salty imo. Turkey was actually a sleeper hit! Still moist but a lil cold. The mac n' cheese was NOT our cup of tea lol. They used ziti or penne shells which is fine, but the problem is how incredibly overcooked the pasta was. It was basically mush (echoing what a couple other recent reviewers have said). All in all it was a great experience! This place certainly lived up to the hype. The menu is pretty huge so ofc we didn't get to try everything we wanted to. I'm definitely curious about the chicken and pulled pork. On a return visit, I know what items to skip now (sausage, mac n' cheese). Beef Rib is a *MUST ORDER* (consensus #1 rank by us). Banana pudding was quite generic tasting. I did enjoy the wafers adding texture to each bite (kinda wished they put some more in the cup). Side note: The beef rib was like $70 USD which was basically price-equivalent to the platter of meats we got. After searching online, it does seem like $50 is more of a fair market price so it looks like we got upcharged. I will say though, that the beef rib was better than anything else we had by a mile.

This spot was open on Memorial Day! Grateful for the staff working on a holiday. I tried the ribs, cole slaw, potatoe salad, bbq beans, mac &cheese, jalapeño cheddar links, and smoked chicken. Ribs- some tenderness in feel the rib and flavorful could have been kicked up Cole slaw- watered down and a bit too sweet Potatoe salad- nice balanced flavor Beans- nice and Smokey w/ plenty of meat Jalapeño Mac & cheese- creamy, a bit of spice, noodle not over cooked Links- mild mix of spice and cheese Smoked chicken- nice smokey taste could have had more moisture The bbq sauce is ok... the lighter of the two is the best and has the best balance of flavor. There was no clear distinction between spicy and non Worth trying at least once.

Ate lunch here on a Saturday. It wasn't too busy when we got there. We were immediately offered some samples of the brisket (which Id already decided to get) when we got in line. I ordered the Meat N Bun with a side of the jalapeno bacon Mac n cheese. My son got the rib combo with fries. We both grabbed bottled drinks from the cooler near the register but later realized there was a self serve soda machine which I would've preferred. They gave us the food right away and we found a table inside. The food was all good. Very tasty. I wish they had more combo options on the menu besides the rib combo. I would've liked some combo of brisket, Mac n cheese and a drink for example. Or a two or three meat combo for more money. The meat n Bun was good but I didn't really want a sandwich bun but that seemed like the only way to get brisket without ordering a pound of it.

Very good spot I happened upon while visiting Dallas TX. I told the cashier it was my first time there and he was very patient and explained the menu and how to best order. His recommendation was delicious. He even gave us a sample of the brisket. The meat was cooked perfectly and the sides were delicious as well. My standard is/was N. Main BBQ in Euless, 25 years ago. MUA BBQ was very mediocre, especially since they use 1/3 hickory in their smoker. The brisket did not have any hickory smell and was bland. The ribs did not have any hickory smell/taste either. The ribs were dry, not moist. The rib meat did not slip off the bone.

Well..imho the brisket isnt as good as others have stated. Real good Texas brisket has a smoke ring and full of flavor,fall apart tender..this isnt that. Fries are good, beans good, Jalapeño sausage is good..i did t have the ribs..but on a scale of 5..3 stars is best this gets

Came here with a friend. We both ordered sliced brisket...my friend got all succulent pieces with plenty of fat, and all the pieces I got we're bone-dry. Fortunately I have a nice friend who switched half with me. I'd heard good things about this place but overall found it rather average. The cobbler was quite tasty though I must say! And the fatty brisket was pretty good after all.

We just put an order in for lunch. A group of 7. My Wed Special order was enchiladas & was at the bottom of the bag smushed with sauce coming out everywhere. A little upsetting but no worries, I cleaned it up. There were 3 pounders (baked potatoes) with brisket & added bacon to all of them. NONE OF WHICH HAD BRISKET! ALL BACON! AND WE PAID FOR THE MEAT. I like the food here so this was disappointing, to say the least. Only got a pic of 2 of the 3 potatoes with ALL BACON. NO BRISKET.

Jalapeño cheddar sausage was well balanced with just the right amount of heat. Wife really enjoyed her turkey and found it moist and flavorful. The sides (mac and cheese; slaw) were average. All-in our takeout meal was $60 for two people.

Not very impressed with the food and it was way too overpriced. For a $15 baked potato with meat, it was a bit on the dry side and just ok, definitely had better. My partner's brisket had lots of fat and was not enjoyable. The bacon Jalapeño Mac and cheese was a disappointment. It was Penne pasta, not macaroni, dry and it was too salty. The French fries were old and soggy, totally not worth $4! I would not pick this BBQ place to return to. It may be a local favorite but not so much for out of towners. Lunch for 2 people cost almost $50, just ridiculous in my opinion.

Dry brisket, stale rolls, no tea. No mash potatoes. Good service though... I would rather have a great product. This place was dirty and I mean most tables had trash. They must not have another BBQ place close by to be getting these types of reviews. I will definitely not be back. Their Mac and cheese is pasta big pieces and cheese not really cheesy . What a fail

Gave it a shot, but... Dry ribs, overcooked. Overly moist brisket, which typically is a good thing, but this felt undercooked. Mac and cheese was mushy. Potato salad was ok. The guys at the register were polite but didn't smile. Very dry responses. Confusing menus. We were the only customers there, empty parking lot. Best thing was the RC Cola.. hadn't had it in years. Won't be back..

We never got served. They were so focused on their take out orders they never took our order. The people ahead of us who did order never got their food. After 15 to 20 minutes I gave up and left. I will never go back there. It was just rude and bad management. The worse part was the staff kept looking at us like we were homeless.

Bbq is good, lean bbq is lean bbq, given moist that was lean. Overall good bbq. Better than Rudy’s that’s for sure. It is smoked very well not with charcoal but didn’t inquire and is a solid bbq place . Will try the other menus items as the week progresses during my stay Update 10/26 The chicken was not their forte. The chicken had a decent flavor bold and slightly sweet. Chicken was very dry and the the food was served cold. I do not recommend you order this item at this establishment. Just reflecting on the brisket I’m not so sure it would be a must try as there are other award winning bbq eateries to try as well

This place came highly recommended. I have been looking forward to visiting and chose today since it’s my birthday. Sadly, I was very disappointed. All of the available tables were dirty. The floor was dirty too. I asked if someone could clean a table for us. The person who came used a chemical spray in a canister for the table and wiped it down with a cloth. Sitting down to eat our food with that heavy chemical smell in the air was not appetizing at all. It smelled like something you would use to clean the mirrors in the bathroom. The BBQ sauce containers had hardened BBQ sauce all over the outside of the spout. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. Needless to say, I didn’t put any of it on my plate. I ordered the brisket and the ribs with one side. . Both of the meats were very dry and heavily salted. The funny thing is, this place had a stream of people coming in for takeout. With that kind of traffic, I really expected a great experience. Sadly, for us, it was terrible. A waste of money and time. Will not be back.

Holidays disappointment! Been going here the last 4 years for holiday smoked meats; Whole Hams and Briskets. This year, I bought what was supposed to be a smoked ham, it wasn’t! I think the ham we got was closer to an average grocery store over the counter ham. Not sure what has changed, but the smoked hams we got the first 2 years are markedly better than the product we got today. So disappointing…we won’t be back for a 5th year.
