Came in this morning to use a breakfast jack combo coupon. Didn’t realize that my order I made didn’t apply and was told so. I offered to pay the original amount for my meal but the gentleman gave me the meal with the discount instead. Legitimately made my week a whole lot better plus he was very friendly. A+ service

Lots of excited people, party vibes all throughout the air, big drinks and German Mallorca bangers blasting that get the crowd dancing on top of the tables and chairs!! Come with a good attitude and you'll have an amazing time.

Oh my days ! If you just walk past this place you are missing a treat. You literally wouldn’t know what’s going on behind those heavy curtains so you need to go in … even if you walk right round and out again it’s amazing !! The entrance is free and it’s open all day. No idea what it’s like in the day but great party atmosphere in the evening. The door staff find you a table which is great to start with and how they serve you is even better. No queuing at the bar they come to you. So many staff we were never waiting long. Drinks are a little expensive but you are paying for the best night ! Very popular with German tourists and even though there was a language barrier with people around us we had a great night . Reminded me of the Beerkeller festivals you see in Germany . Music was fab and had a special guest on when we went . No idea who they were but probably very famous in Germany. They were great. No major drunken people, no fights just very friendly people out for a good night. Ages from 18 through to 80’s in there . You have to go in if you are near here as it’s an experience!!

Great and amazing atmosphere. Loved the fact that security and staff took care of the people who were too drunk and started to annoy other tables, they did it in a nice way though. The girls that took care of our orders were lovely and happy people, greetings to them Maria and Jossy!!

Super unique venue, absolutely massive. Incredible atmosphere and generally helpful/friendly staff. Drinks can be very expensive and it's cash only, but there is an ATM at the door.

Have seen a lot of videos while researching where to go out for a night out in Palma, and this was one of the most recommended spots and it stood up to its hype. The venue itself is huge and the ambience was just amazing and can probably understand why the beers are so overpriced, they were charging $19 for one beer. The staff is courteous and they even offered us to show us around the place before we decided to go from the VIP lounge as well

Theme: Beer-infused German madness. Picture 5000 people, most standing on stools (H&S look away), beer steins in hand, occasional tables sprinkled with cocktail towers. DJ pounding the deck, cheering on the crowd to chant German somethings with gusto. The atmosphere is electric (I am sure if you were not drunk it would be hellish …). And the waitresses were in top form: smiling, answering questions and even dancing with party-goers. €25 gets you entrance, a free t-shirt and a litre of beer / sangria / others. I am sure if I spoke German it would be 5.5, but as it is, a full 5 stars. Ps, dress code is outrageously informal - think football shirts, shorts, sliders with socks.

Good food and shout to the girl that works there I think she's Indian she is the star that makes this location what it is. Always smiling and looks genuinely happy to serve people. Now for my issue. I ordered on the app for pickup at counter. I get customer service isn't fast foods main focus these days. Very hard to get employees attention but I think that's just the way fast food is now. Anyways I had to wait 10 plus minutes just to get someone's attention for my bag I can see sitting back there ready. What's the point of ordering on the app if it takes that long to get it. Maybe call customer name when food is ready or have a pickup station like McDonald's. Thanks!:)

Diego is absolutely fantastic. I work odd hours and have come during closing and opening, but Diego has always been on top of things. He has remembered my name and order and made sure to have things fresh and on time. Of all the workers( most have been great at this location) he has always given me top notch service. I appreciate that kind of attention to detail. I’d say most locations are pretty standard around here but it is nice to have at least one worker that always gives me stellar service. At the end of the day it’s that little touch that makes me feel that much more taken care of

it’s a nice place to hang out, but it’s really targeted towards a german crowd. they played maybe 3 english songs. like 99% of the music here is german. you get a free jersey with your order.

Megapark is probably the best party spot in El Arenal/Ballermann. Super crowded but with a great atmosphere, and it’s actually a nice place to meet new people. Facilities are clean, toilets are way better than most places, and the A/C is so strong you might even catch a cold 😂. Security was friendly and helpful, no issues at all. Downside: it’s expensive. I paid 30€ entry (late August 2025), 1L vodka lemon was 25€, and 1L beer around 19€. You do get a free drink plus a mid-quality tank top or shirt, which is fun. Live acts can be hit or miss – sometimes good, sometimes meh. But overall, if you’re after the full Ballermann experience, Megapark is hard to beat. Order times at the bar can take some time. If you are at the Ballerman - its a must go though.

Fun and lively atmosphere with great music, especially if you're into party vibes and dancing. The shows and DJ sets are energetic and well organized. Drinks and food are quite expensive, though, which can add up quickly. Still, it's a unique experience and a must-see if you're in the area and looking for a wild night out. Just be ready for the prices!

Very random bar we got pulled Into as passing. Was told we could enter for free but we had no idea what we was walking into. The place was huge with plenty of tables. We ordered 1 litre bier €18.60 with a free tahirt, and asked for 2 glasses, the waiter brought 2 x 1l bier. We said it was ok and not to worry until we found something random floating in one of the beers. It was very lively and the dancers were brilliant. Just not my scene.

I believe you need to hire more people in order to run efficiently and accurately. Two times in two days, my orders have been wrong. My son is autistic and is on a hamburger kick. He only likes ketchup and pickles and sometimes cheese. Today and yesterday I've ordered only cheese only ketchup only pickle. And yet I find mayonnaise on his hamburgers 😕 Stop having only two people run the store.

My food order is right the servers are nice and friendly.

Great beer bong, and somewhat good vibes, however, it feels distance and too crouded. Tried to enjoy a full evening, managed to have 15 minutes of fun, after that, the croud won and we left.

Very disappointed with the place. Service is awful in a sense that the waiter was very rude. Calamari was ok, too salty but edible. the drinks in the other hand were extremely watery. Sangria was tasteless and the non alcoholic cocktail was awful, watery and too overly roses . It was very thick so that it was obstructing the straw , and crushed ice made it impossible to drink without a straw. Never going back, might be a good place as club, bit as restaurant is very bad

Amazing place... I never saw so many 'smart' people in one place. First: prices - one 0,5 beer for 4,20 euro (that's fine), then 1 liter for 14,90 (weird difference, right?). It's because if you will buy whole 1 liter of beer you have t-shirt 'for free', but obviously you don't have it when you are buying 2x0,5 liter. Also you can't sit in the table without having a drink (it doesn't metter that you already drink one, you have to buy another). The plus is that every nights there is many shows, the minus is that most of them are in German... A lot of people there are going wasted very quickly... so you can see people almost dying because of amount of alcohol in their blood, it's funny view but also a little bit (I don't know) sad? There is so many places which are better to choose to have a drink, but people still choose this fabric of money. I found this place at the end very boring. Also staff wasn't really friendly, which I understand, it's hard to work being surrounded by so many drunk people.

Placed a mobile order through their own app and it was canceled when the third party delivery driver got there. I assume they closed early, even though their hours said they should be open for at least 4 more hours. Really messed up that they allow you to place an order when they are closed. That was my last money set aside for eating out until payday and now it's not available to place an order somewhere else because they don't even issue a refund automatically when the order was canceled. So now I wait for corporate to respond to my refund request and I make instant ramen. Trash business practices.

whoever manages this location seriously needs to teach their employees how to serve food. Multiple times I have gotten just a burger with ketchup with no lettuce tomatoes bacon cheese etc. in sight. I saw multiple reviews like this so be careful with this location and stay away if you can. It is 1/11/21 at 630 pm and I got a one of their special chicken sandwiches that is supposed to come with onion rings and a ton of other stuff but instead I got a piece of fried chicken between two buns. I usually don't write reviews but had to for this place.

The young lady At the window was stellar, but the food was horrible asked for extra extra pickles there were 2 on my burger, the sourdough isn't tested and they actually served me burnt to crisp jalapeños poppers, plus no one Answer the phone to rectify the situation. Unacceptable! The guy who was in the cloakroom on the 26th, handing out T-shirts, hit my girlfriend and me when we were trying to get our T-shirt. Of course, he's been reported. He was a terrible worker and a terrible person. We'll never go back!

Well, how did I end up there, idk, but behind the fancy facade, there is a 3rd class party, with the overpriced drinks, beer that taste as a piss, weird German music (barabarabarabara..) and hundreds of weird drank as f... germans. (S'Arenal in general occupied by Germans, looks like), waiters selling drugs under the table, people are smoking inside that is disgusting. Luckily, security kicking bullies and very drunk people out. So, 3rd class place for the 3rd class people. But you get what you pay - the entry is free.

The atmosphere was really well! However, the service was horrible! We've spent like 400€ at this place. One friend of us was outside smoking. They asked if we wanted to have another tower of 130€ so we told them we wanted to wait for a bit for our friend to return before deciding. Immediately he just throws us out of the place angrily. This is not how you should treat customers! The bartender was called something like Jaime of Jaimy. This guy shouldn't be allowed to work at this place where people just want to have a good time. His rude attitude ruined the experience for us.
