South Sacramento is a very dirty town. Infested with homeless people.This is thee only Taco Bell in South Sac .off of Fruitridge/ Martin Luther King that you can actually walk in and get good customer service.And eat and enjoy your meal. it's clean inside .The employees here are very nice .

When I arrived to pick up my mobile order I was told that they didn't have my order. Upon pulling up to the window they gave me a completely different order that costs much less than the order I paid for. We're all human and make mistakes but this is the third time this has happened at this location, customer service reps need to reach out to me.

Walked in ready to order a few items, get my lunch and leave. A lady in the back said, when you're ready to order, you can do so from the kiosk. I kindly replied with. I would rather say somebody physically take my order. That way it doesn't get messed up. And she said, if you're hungry, you'll order from the kiosk.If not you will leave!

It started off when the lady wouldnt attend us and was rude about it and told us to use the stand to order, but my mom doesnt know technology. Then this other lady attended us and my mom orders 4 crunch regular tacos. Then i asked for a large freeze then the cashier goes "the regular one is cheaper" in my head i go "obviously but i still want the large even tho the large cups are definitely not large. And i just go ahead and say okay because i already have social anxiety ordering. Then my mom checks the order already have way home and they were not the tacos she ordered. They tacos she got were these weird chicken hot tacos with cheese on the outside.

Restrooms were disgusting , I asked for the code to the other restroom and they refused to give it to me after wards I opened the door to show her how disgusting it was and she said "i haven't had time to clean it, I have only been in for 2 hours." When they have a sign stating they clean every 30 minutes... I would not recommend eating there due to lack of hygiene , responsibility,and respect

I came in Taco Bell I'm here right now and ordered two ENCHIRITOS both extra meat and sauce plus three tacos cheese before lettuce and two Dorito tacos what the cooks did was scrapped off the lettuce and put the cheese on it i told them to make my order over but one of the cooks started getting very loud and rude. I also asked If they could put both red and green sauce on my ENCHIRITOS and the both started be very disrespectful. After about 5-6 mins my order was ready and we eat in the lobby. I opened one of my TACOS. And my shell was broken in about 7-8 pieces. I opened the other 2 they were the same. I really was so upset. Then i asked the cashier how much was the DRINKS. and he gave me 2 free small cups of sodas. I when to the soda machine to get my drinks i was able to get one then all of a sudden someone turned off the soda machine. I asked what was going on and the male who was at the drive thru window told me that i could only get WATER. I told him the CASHIER gave me free cups to get sodas The two female Cooks, and the male drive-thru started a argument with me then the other Cashier told them he gave me the cups for sodas free. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT WERE YOUR EMPLOYEES SO RUDE,DISRESPECTFUL, LOUD, AND VERY ARGUMENTATIVE TOWARDS ME. SOMETHING NEED TO BE DONE
